Putzie's POV

It was the next mornin' and so I got dressed to tell the girl of my dreams how much I love her. I walked out of my house holding roses, a card and a heart shaped box with candy. "Putzie, you little handsome devil." I said to myself, making sure I got everything with me.

"Go get your girl, Putz!" I heard Phil yelled.

Then I ran over to Danny's house and knocked on the door to Danny opens it.

"Hey Danny, is Abby here?" I asked him.

I saw him froze.

"Oh, um she went to the park…with Daisy…and Tom." Danny told me.

I just literally felt my heart break.

"Oh." I said feeling sad again.

"I'm real sorry pal!" Danny said feeling bad for me.

She's with Tom again! UGH I'MMA KILL TOMAS!

"I'm so sorry pal, come on in." Danny said as he pulled me inside the house and shuts the door.

"I guess there is no hope." I said looking down.

Danny puts his hands on my shoulder and I looked up at him.

"Hey, there is hope." He told me. "You just got to wait for her to come."

"Which will be never." I said.

"Yes she will." He told me. "Beside you and Abby are meant to be."

I looked away trying to stop my tears from coming.

"Can I…" I started. "I use the bathroom? I got something in my eyes." I lied.

He knew me like a book!

"Sure." He said patting my shoulder.

Then I walked upstairs as went in the bathroom to wash my face and stared at myself in the mirror.

"You couldn't tell her how you felt?" I asked myself. "You're an idiot!"

Then I threw the cloth at the mirror and turned around, taking a big breath.

"So unbelieveable." I whispered to myself.

I went downstairs and I gave Danny a hug as he gave me a hug back.

"I want to be her boyfriend so bad." I said.

"I know you do buddy." He said rubbing my back.

"And I'm gonna try to get my girl back." I said letting go of Danny. "Whenever how long it takes…" I started. "I'm gonna get Abby to my girlfriend."

Then he smiles at me.

"Because I love her so, so much." I said.

"You sure do." He smiled.

I just nodded my head.

"I'm proud of ya my boy." He added.

"Thanks." I said.

He pulls me for a tight brotherly hug.

"You're a great guy kid." I heard him say and I smiled in his arms. "Don't ya ever forget that." He adds.

I nodded my head.
