CH 153
"I'll get it," Sam said as she got up. She walked over to the phone and picks it up
"Hello"
"Sam, it Mark"
"Hi Mark is everything ok?"
"I'm at the hospital, An gone into labour" Sam turn to Jack who was looking her
"She not due for another two weeks"
"I know, the doctors said it will be hours before she give birth"
"Ok, who is looking after the kids?"
"Ann's parents are here, they arrived this morning, they stayed with us for a month since they missed out last year with the triplets that were born… good timing"
"Sounds like it, I'll let you get back to Ann, call us when she has the baby"
"Will do Sam, I'll give grandma, Auntie Tracey and Uncle Phillip a call after the baby is born"
"Ok night Mark"
"Night Sam" then they hung up.
"It looks like the fifteenth of June is going to be a big day for all of us"
"Sounds like it alright wedding anniversary and four birthdays"
"Yeah" then the doorbell rings.
Sam walked over and let the guy in with the tray, after Sam signed the slip he left closing the door behind him. She walks over to the bar where the tray is and picks up her bowl of ice cream and walks over to where Jack is and sat down next to him.
They talk while enjoying their ice cream and sodas. When they finished and bowls were back on the tray, they went to their bedroom and did their normal night routine before getting into bed for the night.
The next morning Jack woke up looking down at Sam, who was still seeping, he gave her a kiss before slipping out of bed and putting robe on. He went and relieved himself and washed his hands then he walked out of the room and walked over to the desk where he called room service.
When finished on the phone, he walked over to the French doors and opened them and walked outside. He looked over the city thinking about what has happened in the past twelve months.
He knew that Sam's dream of going out into space has been put on hold since the Challenger disaster six months ago and with the training she got over the next twelve months.
How his family and friends have got children of their own or who are going to be parents within the next few months. He knew he wanted to have a family one-day but he knew that Sam's career and dreams are important to her.
He knows that he is the last O'Neill in his family and he wanted that bloodline to care for in the next generation. He knew he needed to talk to Sam about starting a family, question is when. He heard the elevator doors open so he walked back inside and over to the door.
He open it before the guy press the doorbell which made the guy jump
"Leave the trolley over where the table is"
"Yes sir"
The guy pushes the trolley over to where the dining room table is, then he picks up the card as he pulls a pen out of his pocket and passes it to Jack. He signs it and pass them back to the guy
"Thank you sir enjoy your breakfast"
"Thank you" then the guy walked back out of the door closing it behind him.
Jack walk back to the bedroom he looked at Sam as she sleeps. He took the robe off and put it over a chair then he walked around to the side of the bed and crawled back under the sheets and snuggled up to Sam. He gave her kisses that cause her to moan. When he pulled back he look into blue eyes
"Morning" he said
"Morning" then she wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him down for a passionate kiss. When they broke apart they both were smiling
"Happy anniversary Sam"
"Happy anniversary Jack" Jack moved and made extra pillows float over to them and onto the bed
"Sit up Sam" she sat up
Then Jack put extra pillows behind them both then they moved so they could lean against them. Sam was leaning against Jack with his arm around her shoulder.
"So what have you got plan for us" she said looking at him
"Look" he looked at the door,
Then she turned to see plates floating into the room and onto the bed. He then looked at Sam to see that she was smiling.
"Wow breakfast in bed, I love it" she turned her head and gave Jack a kiss.
Then she picks up a doughnut and puts it in front of his face. He took a bite of it then she did. They talk while having breakfast. Jack even made a jug of orange juice and two glasses float into the room.
And on to a table then the jug pour the drink then put on the table. Then two glasses float over to them. Once in hand they started drinking while finishing their breakfast and talking. When they finish their breakfast, Jack makes the plates, jug and glasses return back to the trolley. Then they move the extra pillows out of the way so they could lie down again.
"How are you feeling Sam?"
"Good, you?"
"Good, I thought, how about you and me in the bath?"
"Mmm sounds like a good idea to me"
She rolls over and gives Jack a kiss before getting out of bed and walking into the bathroom and closing the door. Jack lay there waiting for Sam to return. When she did, he could hear the bath filling up. Sam sat on the bed looking at Jack
"Jack are you ok"
"Yes, why do you ask?"
"Something is on your mind, I can sense it… talk to me, please"
"I have been thinking"
"About what?"
"Family"
"Oh… family as in you, me and little O'Neill's"
"Yes"
"I know what you mean, I've been thinking about it myself in the past few days"
"Have you and what have you decided?"
"Why don't we talk about it in the bath"
"Good idea"
"I'll go and check on it" she stood up and walked into the bathroom.
Jack heard the water stop so he got up and walk into the bathroom to see Sam walking towards him
"Shall we"
"Sure" they walked over and got into the bath. Jack got in then Sam did. They both lean back in the tub and relax.
"This feels good" Sam said
"Yeah, it dose" Sam turn around till she was facing Jack
"Want to talk about family" she asked
"Sure, I know that you carrier is important to you Sam"
"So are you Jack"
"I know, the question is when would you like to start having a family Sam?"
"I was thinking about this time next year, by that time I would have finished all the training then and since it will be a few years before I'll be able to join NASA and to go out in space. At least there is a window of opportunity of us to start a family"
"You think so?"
"Yes and if the top brass got other ideas, I think we could negotiate with them so we both get what we wanted and be happy"
"Sounds like a good idea to me"
"Yeah, in the meantime we can keep on having fun and prating" she said smiling
"I love the way you think Sam"
Sam moved so she could give him a kiss, at the same time she moved till she was sitting on his lap with her legs on each side on his waist. When they broke a part Sam look at him
"What time do we have to leave this morning?"
"Not for another hour, why"
Sam gave Jack a kiss before standing up and grabbing a towel then stepping out of the bath then she started drying herself down while looking at him and at the same time she made the plug come out.
Jack knew what she was doing, so he stood up and picked a towel up and stepped out of the bath and dried himself down. When Sam was dried down she walk back into the bedroom waiting for Jack. When Jack walk into the bedroom Sam was lying in the middle of the bed looking at him. Jack looked Sam over then he step over to the bed and climb on top of it and Sam.
They both kissed and made passionate love twice before getting up and having a shower together where they made love again before getting out and drying down before walking back into the bedroom. Where they got dress and was just about to leave when the phone rings, so Jack answered it
"Hello"
"Jack, it Mark, is Sam there"
"Yes, hang on" he look at Sam who was over and pick up another phone
"Hi Mark is everything ok?"
"Yes everything is perfect"
"You sound happy, care to share?"
"Ann gave birth to a boy, eight pounds six ounces half an hour ago"
"Hey that is great news, how Ann?"
"Tired, sore but happy, I thought I give you guys a call first, some anniversary present, aye"
"Thanks Mark, what is the baby name?"
"John Brian Carter"
"After great grand dad and grand dad" Sam said
"Yep, so next year onwards there going to be a big party from now on"
"Sounds like it alright, give our best to Ann and the family"
"Will do Sam, see you guys tomorrow"
"Sure, and you better get some sleep"
"Will do, bye"
"Bye" then they hung up.
"Sounds like we going to having a lot of parties from next year onwards"
"Yeah, so shall we go wherever you are taking me?" Jack smile as he put his arm around her shoulder as they walk to the door
"You going to love what I got plan for today"
"I hope so" they walk out the door closing it behind them. Few minutes later they were in the limo on their way to the destination. They talk and look out the windows for the next hour and a half till Sam saw where they were going then she turn to Jack
"Disneyland?" Jack smile
"I remember you telling me few years ago you would like to go, so here we are" Sam move over to Jack side and gave him a kiss
"Thank you Jack, how can I ever repay you?" he whisper in her ear
"You can later tonight" then he moves back and grin at her
"Oh you will be rewarded alright" she gave him a kiss then turned to look out the window.
Jack watched Sam seeing the smile on her face, he could tell she is very happy. When the limo stopped, they got out and looked around. Jack spoke to the driver before he left.
"Well shall we"
"Yep" Jack held on to Sam's hand as they walked towards the ticket booth.
After Jack paid for their tickets, they walked through the gate and started walking around seeing what was there. They spent the whole day walking, talking, eating, drinks and going onto rides. By the time they return back to the hotel it was just after ten.
They walk into their room carrying four stuff toys for their two nieces and nephews. That evening Sam did reward Jack and made passionate love before snuggling into each other arms
"Jack thank you for the wonderful anniversary"
"Your welcome Sam and thank you for all the rewards in the last year" Sam smile up at him
"Your welcome, I love you"
"I love you to Sam" they both kissed then snuggled down as Sam made the lights turn odd and they fell asleep with smiles on their faces.
The next morning Sam woke up early, she got up and relieve herself then she called room serve and order breakfast, then she return back to bed to see Jack looking at her, so she climb back into bed and gave Jack a kiss
"Morning" she said
"Morning, I heard what you order for breakfast"
"Ah, so you like"
"Ah ha, I'll be right back" he gives Sam a kiss before getting out of bed and walking into the bathroom.
Sam watches him as he walks into the bathroom and closes the door behind him. She lay back against the pillows with a smile on her face thinking about what happened in the past year, how happy she is then she turn her heard when she saw the door open and Jack walking out and walking towards the bed then stop, he pulled the sheet off Sam then bends over and gives her a kiss. At the same time he moved till he was lying on top of her before braking for air.
"You know Sam I haven't had my first course yet" She giggle
"Well you got about twenty minutes then" he gives her a kiss then they made passionate love moaning and screaming out each other's names before Jack collapsed on top of Sam.
"That felt so good" he said
"It dose every time we make love Jack and you love it" he look down at Sam
"So do you Sam" they both kiss then they heard the elevator doors open
"I'll get it," Sam said.
Jack rolled over till he was on his back watching Sam getting up and putting a robe on before walking out of the room. Minutes later Sam pushed the trolley into their room, then she took the robe off and got back into bed. She saw Jack sorted out the pillows and was leaning against the headboard waiting for her.
