Martin and Gonff were standing guard outside Dragonstone Castle when Brian and Stewie suddenly appeared in front of them!
Gonff jumped into the air in surprise. "Where in the name of mice did you two spring from?"
"I'm Brian Griffin," said Brian. "My friend Stewie and I are here to see Daenerys Targaryen."
"I'm Martin the Warrior and this is Gonff," said Martin. "We come from Mossflower. Queen Daenerys told us she'd sent a message to you, but we didn't expect you to arrive so quickly!"
"Where is she?" Stewie asked.
"She's in the throne room. Come on. I'll take you to her."
The beating of wings filled the air as two black shadows appeared in the sky. Drogon and Viserion hove into view, flying above the castle. Brian was so startled at the sight of the dragons that he fell to the ground, and Stewie tumbled out of his wheelchair.
Martin and Gonff helped them back up. "I wish I could say you'll get used to those dragons," said Martin, "but no one is quite used to them… except their mother."
They led Stewie and Brian to the throne room. Dany was waiting there. When the two Griffins came into the room, she stood up from her seat. "I am Daenerys Stormborn of House Targaryen, heir to the Iron Throne, queen of the Andals and the First Men, protector of the seven kingdoms, the mother of dragons, the unburnt, the breaker of chains!"
"I'm Brian Griffin, king in the north," Brian said. He was a little embarrassed that his title was so short while hers was so long.
"And I'm Stewie Griffin," said Stewie.
Dany regarded him curiously. "Why is he the king and not you?"
Stewie shrugged. "That's just how it worked out."
"Well, it doesn't matter," said Dany. "There is no king in the north anymore, not since Torrhen Griffin bent the knee to Aegon Targaryen."
"That was three hundred years ago," said Brian.
"The oath was meant to last forever," said Dany. "If you want us to form any sort of alliance, you're going to have to bend the knee to me. I'm the rightful queen of all seven kingdoms, including the North."
"Well, we'll just have to see about that," said Brian. "Maybe I will accept you as my queen, but first I have to know if I can trust you."
"That's right," said Stewie. "Your father killed my grandfather and uncle, didn't he?"
Dany flushed. "Maybe he did, but I'm not my father. Children should not be punished for the crimes of their parents."
"Hundred percent behind you there," Brian said.
Varys was standing in the throne room as well. He said, "Aerys Targaryen was called the Mad King with good reason, but I've been observing Daenerys for quite some time now, and I see no taint of madness in her."
"That's right," said Martin. "I was a slave in Mossflower until Dany rescued me. She wants to be queen of Westeros so she can bring an end to injustice and oppression."
"Well, you certainly seem to inspire loyalty in those around you," Brian said to Dany.
"Won't you renew the allegiance between our houses?" she urged him.
All Brian said was, "I'll think about it."
"But surely you don't intend to hold to Joffrey," said Dany. "He killed your friend Peter."
"Let me be honest," said Brian. "There was another reason I came here, other than to meet you."
"And what is that?"
Brian said, "All this fighting for the Iron Throne is just like children squabbling over a game. There's an enemy from beyond Westeros who wants to destroy us all, and his name is Bill Cipher. I met him once, north of the Wall. He looks like a floating yellow triangle, but he's a psychopathic demon from another world!"
Brian's words reminded Dany of McGucket's song. The triangle comes to dance… the triangle comes to stay. But she remained silent for the moment, continuing to listen to Brian.
"Bill's got an army of White Walkers and wights behind him, and he wants to bring more monsters from his universe to Westeros," Brian said.
Hearing the word "wights," Gonff was instantly alert. "Is wights spelled 'W-Y-T-E-S,' matey?"
"No, I think it's 'W-I-G-H-T-S,'" said Brian. "Why?"
"In Mossflower, where I come from, we have creatures called Doomwytes. Nobeast is sure exactly what they are, but they appear as floating lights in the sky at night. Lost travelers follow them into the woods, never to be seen again."
"Well, our wights are zombies," said Brian. "So, these Doomwytes are probably unrelated."
"Okay," said Gonff.
Brian turned his attention back to Dany. "We need your help to defeat Bill and his minions!"
"What do you want me to do?" said Dany. "I have a war of my own to win. I can't divide my forces."
Brian said, "There's enormous amounts of dragonglass on this island. Dragonglass is the only thing that can kill White Walkers. If you won't fight alongside us, at least let us harvest the dragonglass so we can make it into weapons."
"Well, I see no harm in that," said Dany. "You can have all the dragonglass you want."
Stewie spoke up. "Is there a man named Fiddleford McGucket here?"
"Yes," said Dany. "He's in the library with Tyrion Lannister right now."
"I'd like to see him," Stewie said.
