Abby's POV
It was finally Saturday, Putzie and I got to my dad's house earlier to help him to get ready for tonight dinner. "Aw thank you so much for helping me kids." My dad said happily.
I smiled at him.
"I love you daddy." I said hugging him.
"I love you too, baby girl." He replied.
He hugged me back.
"Awe, someone is still a daddy's little girl." I heard Putzie says.
I turned to him and smirked.
"I wouldn't talk momma's boy." I said to him.
Then he quickly frowns.
"So when are the Zukos' getting here?" He asks.
We chuckled at him.
"About an hour." My dad answers.
~Hour Later~
It was dinner time and the Zukos' came just in time to eat dinner. To be honest, it was SUPER awkward! Danny wouldn't talk or even look at my dad, I mean I don't blame him though! But he said he'll be nice to him just for me.
"Mmm, that was a good casserole Eric." Mr. Zuko spoke.
My dad smiled.
"Thank you Dylan, it was my wife, Abby's mother's recipe." Dad explained.
"Well it was excellent." Mrs. Zuko smiled.
"Thank you." Dad smiled.
Putzie looks over at Danny and nudge him to speak.
"Yeah, it's great." Danny said flaty.
I closed my eyes letting out a sigh.
"Thank you Daniel." Dad said.
So Danny started eating again.
"So uh…" Putzie started, trying to break the awkwardness. "How about that football game tonight ehh?"
I chuckled at him.
"I think they're gonna win." He adds.
"So true Putzie." Mr. Zuko said.
I nodded.
"Mommy, can Mr. Hall play broad games with me?" Daisy asked.
I smiled at her.
"I have to do the dishes sweetheart." My dad told her.
"Aw ok." Daisy said as we chuckled at her.
"No need, I'll do the dishes." Mrs. Zuko offers.
"No such thing, it's my pleassure." Dad smiled.
"Well I'll help." Mr. Zuko offers.
"Thank you." Dad said.
I looked over to see Danny glancing at my dad, clearly giving him the death glare.
