Technically Delilah is at her age of 13, and she won't be 14 yet, so she'll be going to Middle School… Which she may have finished some of it when she was in juvie, so does that make sense because I have no clue. But, I guess it's time to see how she'll handle being in Middle School. Enjoy reading guys.

Chapter 193: A trip to Middle School.
(The Loud House.)
A nice and lovely breakfast morning, and right now we see Michelle Lewis in the dining room and with Luna Loud, and they both begin to eat their breakfast, then they hear some footsteps and then they see Lincoln and Delilah come down. "Morning."
Luna and Michelle chuckle. "Morning you two."
The duo go to the table and take their seats. "Wow. This food looks awesome!" said Delilah.
"Thank you. I made all of this food taste nice and all thanks to some long forgotten recipes from some deceased relatives I had spoken too and it was not easy trying to reason with them."
Delilah is startled by the presence of Harriet, but she sucks it up and smiles. "Thank you, and…. I am sorry for acting scared the other day. I'm still kinda…"
"No, no. It's alright. I understand, I have inflicted fear into you long ago when you were troublesome. I know that I can be quite the uncomfortable kind of being when it finish inflicting fear and misery."
Delilah feels uneasy with her still, but she's trying to adapt to this. Lincoln then motions to her. "Easy Delilah, just give it some time and sure enough you'll like having Harriet around. She's nice to get along to, at first I was scared, but I got over it and saw that she is family."
Delilah nods and they go back to eating breakfast. "So, you ready for today?" asked Michelle. "This is gonna be your first day into Middle School, and I know you will do awesome!"
"I am a good student and a hard working studying kinda gal" replied Delilah. "So, sure enough I am so going to ace this school year and make you proud mom!"
Michelle smiles hearing that. "I'm already proud of you dear." she kisses her daughter's forehead.
Luna then questions. "Speaking of which, has she passed her juvie classes?"
Michelle nods. "She did, and when I enrolled her into the Middle School. They did a background check on Delilah and found out that she had passed her first, second and third grading lessons in Juvie Middle School classes, and now all she has to do is get locked, loaded and set for the fourth grading classes and then the big finals."
Lincoln is surprised by this. "Whoa! Awesome, looks like you're on a roll. Were you at the top of the grade? Because I can tell that you're a Grade – A Student."
Delilah nods. "I was, and at times I would fake being less of a smarty pants so I won't be picked on. I used all of knowledge to do what I could to survive and also not get maimed by others."
"You're gonna love Middle School dude, from last I checked, there are no more bullies. The whole anti-bullying law has been enacted and everything is peaceful and no longer a freaking mess" replied Luna.
"That's good to know" replied Delilah, she feels relieved to know that. "Anything else I should know before I start my first day there?"
Lincoln decides to tell them. "Jordan and I are coming with you to check out Middle School today."
Michelle and Delilah are surprised to hear this and look to the snow-haired boy. "Wait what?!"
Lincoln nods and Luna chuckles and she explains to them. "Well, turns out someone wanted to owe us for letting her see Lynn last time and that person is Margo Roberts and so she decided to take it upon herself to help be the guide for my kid and Jordan, she also managed to reason with Huggins and Ramirez and they said yes."
Harriet smiles hearing this. "Looks like you won't need to go and check out the Middle School next week. But, what about your friends?"
"They're fine with it" replied Lincoln. "Besides, this is something Jordan wants to do and she wants to check out the gym and how they do dodge ball so we can… Well, maybe use some of those skills when… maybe tomorrow hits?"
Michelle chuckles. "Oh wow. Looks like some kids can't wait for Middle School huh?" she then looks to Delilah. "You okay with this?"
Delilah nods. "Yeah, at least I can have some friendly company to help me feel less of a burden or a nervous wreck when I go there. I'm glad Linc and his girlfriend are gonna be there."
This makes them smile, to see Delilah ready for the day and taking steps when it comes to getting to know this town, then Delilah asks. "What the heck is wrong with your friends when it comes to dodge ball? I know it's a painful thing and all, but why do they seem scared when your girlfriend is there?"
Lincoln then tells her, the tale of the dreaded dodge ball queen and how she came to be.
(Royal Woods Middle School.)
The purple Ferrari of Luna arrives to the Middle School and coming out are Lincoln and Delilah and the duo look to the school and how big it is. "Wow. This uh… This kinda looks bigger than my school" replied Lincoln.
Luna then speaks to them. "Be safe and don't stray away dudes, and also listen to Margo." the duo see Margo approach them and Jordan is with her.
"Hey guys, I came here earlier with my mom after she dropped me off before she went to her restaurant and Margo told me about the food being served for today" replied Jordan.
Margo looks towards Luna. "Don't worry Ms. Loud, they're gonna be fine with me around, and I'll also be sure to keep a close eye on Delilah here. I know she'll need someone to guide her around the school."
Luna nods. "I trust you Margo." Lincoln goes towards Luna and they share a hug and a kiss on the forehead. "See ya after classes' kiddo." she then drives off and they wave goodbye to her.
The duo then look to Margo. "So, all of you ready to get this tour under way?"
They all nod and follow Margo towards the school, and they even see some students that Lincoln have seen before. Nadia, Maddie, Lainey and Paula. (How long is she gonna have that dang cast on her leg?)
They walk into the school and they see all the students and all of them seem busy and they even wave to some of them. "Dang, didn't think this place would be this sorta friendly. But I guess this is what happens when the anti-bully law is enacted" replied Jordan.
"Kinda reminds me of our school" replied Lincoln. He even sees the poster on the bulletin board about the Middle School talent show, and it seems like Delilah is interested.
"Alright, so it seems like our classes are the same, so follow me." They follow Margo to the first class of the day. "Okay, so this is homeroom class and there are no assigned seats, so sit anywhere you like."
Lincoln and Jordan sit by the window and they see Delilah take the front seat, and Margo next to them. They then begin with homeroom class and even introduce themselves and of course, Margo vouched for them.
But then they heard of the name Delilah Lewis Loud and they heard the news about one of the louds taking in someone who has been rehabilitated from the Royal Woods Juvenile Hall, hearing them whisper about Delilah was not making her happy and not making Lincoln happy.
(Later.)
With that class done they follow Margo out of the classroom. "Sorry that happened, Delilah. I guess the school still recalls about what had happened, well last year."
Delilah sighs. "I can't blame ya, but like my mom said, Baby steps before I can even be forgiven and trusted. Right?"
Lincoln nods. "Yeah, now come on. Let's see what the next class is."
They enter the next classroom. "Alright guys, so this is Biology so suit up." Margo passes them the lab coats and they put them on.
"Never thought I'd one day wear a lab coat" replied Jordan. "Clyde would've loved this one."
Then the teacher, Mrs. Pham speaks up. "Welcome 6th graders and welcome to Biology class, I am your teacher Mrs. Pham and today we're going to continue with our work on live mealworms today. So, everyone grab a case from the back of the class."
Lincoln, Jordan and Delilah grab a box of mealworms and they begin their class with these things, though Lincoln would swear he's seen these kind of worms with…. Lana, once, in her mouth…. Gross.
Delilah seems to enjoy this one and so does Lincoln and Jordan, and to Margo…. she's glad that they're handling this and not screwing up.
(Later.)
Lunch time and now we see the trio at lunch and eating some sandwiches that the lunch lady had made and these are meatball subs. "Hey guys, so looking forward to doing it on your own later?" asked Margo.
"We sure are. We know that when the orientation guide has done their part, that's when we have to do the rest on our own right?" asked Lincoln.
"That's right Linc." Margo eats her sandwich. "Though, Delilah here is a student and she doesn't need me to help her around. Can you handle it on your own?"
Delilah nods. "Sure, I think I'm getting the hang of this place and it feels so nice to have some friends in the class too and I don't mean Lincoln and Jordan."
"You made some friends?" asked Jordan.
Delilah nods. "They're names are Allison and Laurence and they're members of the Tech club and the Gamer's club and they're super nice and…. Also, super into each other. Kinda awkward."
They had no clue what to make of what she had just said. "Well, glad to hear that you made some pals and we're glad you can handle Middle School and we know your mom is gonna be proud of you Delilah" replied Lincoln.
Margo is happy for them to flying solo for the rest of the day, but then she recalls something. 'Should I tell them about what happened to Lynn when she first came here to school? No, not yet. But when the time comes, then I'll tell them.'
(Time for an afternoon school day montage.)
Lincoln, Jordan and Delilah head down the halls and go for the next class, the first for the afternoon which is water coloring in the art room and thankfully they know they're way around since they walked by that said classroom earlier and even ran into some kids who are in the class too.
They then head to math class, which is being taught by Mr. Bolhofner, and this time there were assigned seats and they manage to find some seats in the classroom and Delilah has made some new friends again, Byron and Cici.
The next one is gym, and Coach Keck has announced that they won't be doing dodge ball because the floors have been waxed for the big PTA meeting, and they have to watch a movie instead and what was Jordan's response to this?
"Are you kidding me?!"
But thankfully the movie was about dodge ball skills and tricks with an ace dodge ball pro narrating.
(End montage.)
With the school day done, Lincoln, Jordan and Delilah make it out of the school and all talk about what they've done.
"I am so gonna ace that math test next week and then I am gonna make it to one of the clubs, even though it is gonna be for the last school year, but still a win!" said Delilah.
Jordan chuckles. "Well, for me. I am so gonna use what I saw for tomorrow!"
Lincoln could only tell that when they go to school the following day, they're friends had better be ready, because here comes the dodge ball queen and she just learned a few new and deadly tricks.
"Glad you all enjoyed it, and I enjoyed all of it. Some of those students won't be here when we do go to school here, but at least we can have some fun and enjoy what Middle School has for us soon" replied Lincoln. "We do know that Delilah is gonna be there."
Delilah nods. "So true, oh hey Margo!"
They see Margo walk towards them. "Glad you guys had fun and even though I won't be here next school year, I know you guys have got this all wrapped up."
"Thanks."
They see Luna's car has arrived and Luna comes out and waves at them. "Hey dudes, so how was Middle School?"
They all wave goodbye to Margo, and head into the car. They have a lot to tell Luna about what they did and what they look forward to.
