Author's Notes: For those who skipped ahead, my Crisis didn't change Superman's family. It's still just Superman, Lois, and baby Jonathon on Argo. The MCU is semi-canon in this universe.

Superman and Supergirl sat down with an interview with Oprah, the queen of media. "Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the super-cousins, Superman and Supergirl," Oprah introduced them as the cameras rolled inside her studio.

"It's an honor to be here, Oprah," Kara said sweetly.

"Yes, truly is," Mon said with false sincerity.

"So, I understand you want to talk mad shit about the Justice League. Let's begin with the small stuff and make our way up," Oprah suggested.

"Absolutely," Mon agreed.

"So, I grew up on Krypton and saw distinguished individuals all the time. This was not the same," Kara began.

"Didn't you know what you were getting into?" Orpah asked.

"No, I never looked up the Justice League online. I just didn't feel a need to. When I came into the Hall of Justice, they had this elaborate protocol," Kara said.

"Do tell," Oprah encouraged.

"They made me do a curtsy to Wonder Woman and Aquaman because she was a princess of Themyscira and he was king of Atlantis. I had never done one before. You know, there's a difference between the perception and the reality of the Justice League. It's entirely out of alignment," Kara said.

"Let's talk about the wedding between you and Mon-El," Oprah said to Kara.

"Yes, well, we had a private wedding day before the public one. No one knows that," Kara revealed.

"Not even I knew about it," Mon chimed in.

"Is that even legal? I thought weddings require at least two witnesses," Oprah questioned.

"I made it legal," Kara said super-serious.

"And you have a baby boy, I understand," Oprah said to Mon.

"Yes, Jonathon," Mon confirmed.

"You going to have another one?" Oprah asked.

"No, I'm done with one no matter what happens," Mon said resolved.

"Now, let's talk about race. How did it make you feel to see Kara attacked by the press for her Kryptonian heritage?" Oprah asked.

"It was quite amazing, actually. The press was so negative towards Kara that seventy-two members of Congress penned a letter stating the xenophobic racist undercurrents of the press. The Justice League said nothing and that hurt. But I am also very aware of where the Justice League stands and how afraid they are of the press. You see, there's this invisible contract between the Justice League and the press. They get access and, in return, they get favorable press. So, there is a control by fear that has existed since the founding of the league," Mon said.

"Have you ever thought to leave the league?" Oprah asked.

"I've thought about it, but I found myself trapped," Mon admitted.

"Behind the scenes, I was doing everything I was supposed to. I just wanted to make the league proud of me," Kara said.

"How is your relationship with the league members?" Oprah asked.

"Well, I will always love Batman but there's a lot of hurt that has happened. We've been through hell together, but I feel he's let me down," Mon said sadly.

"So, why did you eventually leave the Justice League?" Orpah asked point-blank.

"Lack of support," Mon said simply. "My biggest concern was history repeating itself, namely being killed by a giant rage-monster."

"We're in a lot of pain. The Justice League simply can't give us the help we need. We just need to take a step back for a while," Kara said. "I wasn't allowed to say anything to the press. There would be lies about me and no one would do anything to back me up. I know it's hard to distinguish the league from its members, but it's like a family business. I got along well with Wonder Woman but I felt there was a lot of abuse in the Halls of Justice, a lot of sexism, racism, and a lot of homophobia."

"What about the story where you made the Flash cry?" Oprah asked.

"The situation behind that is what really changed everything for me. The reverse actually happened. It was the Flash that made me cry, but he apologized and there's no ill will there," Kara corrected the record.

"So, let's get a little juicier," Orpah requested.

"The league was very concerned about Jonathon's race when he was born, whether he would end up more Kryptonian or human," Mon revealed.

"Wait...what?" Oprah thought she misheard.

"And the league didn't want to make Jonathon an honorary member which means no security. When I'm off saving someone, I need people to be there to have my back," Mon said.

"Were you involved in that conversation?" Oprah asked Kara.

"I was...but I can't ever share what was discussed," Kara said as she wiped away a tear.

"Was there ever a breaking point for you?" Oprah asked Kara.

"There was...the abuse got so bad I wanted to kill myself," Kara said dramatically.

"How did you get through it?" Orpah asked amazed.

"My cousin was my rock," Kara said affectionately. "It takes so much courage to know you need help. Fortunately, I had that courage in abundance."

Metropolis

Alex couldn't help herself and decided to investigate a suspicious clinic that claimed to change sexual orientations. She entered the clinic and talked with the receptionist. "So...how do I sign up...you know...to not be queer," Alex said awkwardly.

"Fill this out and one of our doctors will be right with you," she said to her.

Alex put a bunch of BS information on the form and handed it back to her. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Solovar came out to see Alex. He was tall, white, blond, and very fit. "Miss Danvers, I'm Dr. Solovar, let's go back and have a chat," he said warmly.

Alex followed Dr. Solovar and noticed a lack of any kind of Christian imagery. From all appearances, the clinic seemed completely legit. The two entered a patient's room to talk matters further. "So, Alex, why do you want to change your orientation?" Dr. Solovar asked.

"I want to have kids...with a man," Alex blurted out.

"Anything else?" Dr. Solovar asked expectedly.

"I want to be normal like my sister. She has a husband and teenage kids. I just want to have the opportunity to have what she has," Alex said.

"Fair enough. So, what we do here is not change your orientation but replace it with an entirely different one, a heterosexual one," Dr. Solovar explained. "With one injection, you'll notice immediate results," Dr. Solovar said.

"For how long?" Alex questioned.

"Permanently. Are you sure you want to go through with this?" Dr. Solovar asked.

Alex was fairly certain at this point that Dr. Solovar was full of shit but she wanted to know more. "If this miracle cure is so effective, why isn't anyone talking about it?"

"We want to keep our operations low-key to avoid controversy. We're not interested in being involved in the culture war. We're just here to provide a service and it's completely voluntary," Dr. Solovar said convincingly.

"Well, let's do it," Alex volunteered.

"Great," Dr. Solovar said pleased. "After the injection, we will need a follow-up a few days later to see how you're doing."

Alex let Dr. Solovar give her an injection and that was that. "Thank you, Dr. Solovar. You've changed my life for the better."

"I know," Dr. Solovar smiled.

Alex exited the clinic and made her way to her car so she could have Brainiac 5 examine whatever Dr. Solovar had given her. Together, they would find out what Dr. Solovar was selling and bust his ass. She figured it was just some hormonal treatment of some kind. As she walked down the street, she couldn't help but check out some of the men walking by her.

"The fuck?" Alex wondered.

As she reached her car, she stared at all the men going past her and realized the cure had actually work. "Well, I'll be damned," she said amazed.

Kara and Alex walked down the bike path next to the bay with baby Kameron in a stroller. Alex couldn't help but notice Kameron already babbling despite her small size. "Are you using accelerated growth on her?" Alex asked curiously.

"Kryptonian mental maturity is four times faster than humans," Kara explained.

"So, she'll be solving Calculus while looking like a four-year-old?" Alex asked.

"Exactly," Kara nodded.

"So, I decided to investigate a clinic that I thought had something to do with missing persons," Alex began.

"I feel this is a familiar story," Kara recalled.

"And they claimed they could change sexual orientation," Alex continued.

"Yeah, bullshit. Only Barney knows how to do that," Kara scoffed.

Alex gave her an odd look and then continued. "So, it actually worked. Like...really really worked."

"Wait...what?" Kara asked confused.

"I've been thinking about men in a way I never had before. Even when you put that mind trick on me, I never felt physically attracted to men. But now, I feel mentally, emotionally, and physically attracted to men. I can't stop checking out guys down the street or on TV," Alex said.

"So, you're Bi, like I suspected all along," Kara said dismissively.

"No, I don't feel anything for women at all. I watched an hour of Lesbian porn and felt nothing. I went through my collection of Kelly's photos and I felt nothing," Alex said.

Kara gave Alex a concerned look. "So, are you two breaking up?"

"I don't know," Alex admitted. "As soon as I went out of the clinic, I was going to go straight to Barney and have him analyze the serum they put in me. But I think I like this. I like being normal and accepted. I want my father to be proud of me. I want to have kids and feel life grow inside me. I can't help but be turned on by the idea of a man impregnating me."

"Well, okay then," Kara said stunned.

"Now, I'm thinking about birth control for the first time. This has been really exciting for me," Alex said.

Kara scanned Alex with her X-ray vision. "Alex, have you been working out?"

"Yeah, every other day. I'm finally getting results," Alex said pleased.

"You should have Barney check you out just to be sure," Kara advised.

"Sure," Alex said having no intention of doing so. "Hey, this doesn't mean I'm going to support Trump or stop being an ally to the LGBT."

"I know that," Kara acknowledged.

"No matter what fucked up things you have planned for this world, I feel I can share anything with you," Alex said sincerely.

"No matter who you love, I will always love you more," Kara replied.

"Okay, that sounded a little weird," Alex chuckled as they continued their walk.

Philidelphia

Not long afterward, Kara met up with James, Lena, and Lex for a celebrity boxing match in the front row. "I hear Superman is having a little trouble with a space-cadet," Lex said knowingly.

"Nothing he can't handle," Kara assured him.

In the audience, a couple of rows back was a perpetually pissed-off black man with a mohawk wearing an outrageous pimp suit. "How's Alex?" Lena asked conversationally.

"Well, she's straight now," Kara said vaguely.

"Oh...that's a shame," Lena frowned.

"Hey, less competition for me, am I right?" Kara joked.

Lena gave her an odd look not sure how to respond to that as Kara locked eyes on her. "I'm off to get a better view," James said as he went to one of the boxing corners.

"You going to make a bet on the fight?" Lex asked.

"It's fixed," Kara warned him.

Superman and Thor took to the ring in full costume. In Thor's corner was Tony Stark and Steve Rodgers. "Keep this safe for me," Thor said to Steve as he gave him his hammer. Thor addressed the packed stadium for a charity event between DC and Marvel. "The ultimate male vs the ultimate meatball," Thor insulted Mon.

"In the white corner, standing at six foot, six inches, weighing 640 lbs, the prince of Asgard, the god of thunder, the one, and the only, Thor," the announcer said to the audience.

The crowd gave him mostly boos. "You're all trash," Thor said to the booing crowd.

"The last son of Krypton, standing at six foot, one inch, weighing 203 lbs, the man-of-steel, Superman," the announcer said to thunderous applause.

"Center of the ring, please," the referee said to them both.

"Alright, you two guys know this is for fun so take it easy and give them a good show. No hammers, electrical discharges, heat vision, freeze breath, or any of that other bullshit," the no-nonsense referee ordered.

"I'm going to break you in half," Thor declared.

"Bring it," Mon said not intimidated.

Mon went back to his corner to chat with James. "How about we get a beer after this?" he suggested.

The bell rang and immediately Thor charged. Mon got out of the way just in time as Thor slammed into the corner. "You move pretty fast for a fatass," Mon mocked. As the two circled each other, Mon gave some half-assed jabs.

"Stay away from him!" James warned.

Thor grabbed Mon by the head and slammed him down to the canvas. He proceeded to pick Mon back up by the head and slam him back down with his elbow. "You think this is fake, meatball?" Thor asked him.

Thor pulled Mon back to his feet and then smacked him back down. "Run for your life!" James said as Thor threw Mon across the ring into a corner. Thor ran right into Mon with a knee to the gut. Thor then flipped Mon onto his back on the canvas.

"Come on, meatball," Thor antagonized.

Thor proceeded to wrestle Mon to the canvas multiple times with flips and slams. "No, I'm not done, yet. Not for the meatball," Thor waved the referee off. "If I can't break your spirit, I will break your back," Thor declared as he cradled Mon and then slammed his back onto his knee. Thor then leaped into the air and slammed his knee down on Mon. Thor picked up a dumbfounded Mon and took his body above his head where he then slammed them both down to the canvas. "Here we go, meatball!" Thor said as they fell down.

Thor continued his assault slamming Mon back down with his elbow. Thor then picked up Mon above his head. "No one can believe the strength of Thor!" Thor declared as he threw Mon out of the ring and into the crowd.

A pissed-off Mon decided to take the fight a little more seriously and got back into the ring while Thor was busy insulting the booing crowd. Thor thrashed the referee, the security guards, and random people from the crowd as Tony and Steve stared at each other in shock. Finally, Mon punched Thor hard to the gut shattering his armor and creating a shockwave burst that sounded like a gunshot. The crowd was on its feet as Mon gave Thor several body shots in a row. Thor grabbed Mon by the neck over his head to choke him out. Mon kicked Thor hard to the groin releasing himself. As Thor was distracted by the pain, Mon leaped onto Thor's back and put him in a stranglehold. Thor tried to fight Mon off as he was losing strength.

"Hang on," James shouted.

Thor eventually went to his knees as he was on the verge of passing out. Mon punched Thor hard to the gut several times, placed Thor over his head, and threw his ass into the crowd. The crowd went wild from the spectacle and then the bell rung.

The announcer stopped the fight before things went out of control. "Ladies and gentlemen, we have a draw. See you next year, thank God."

Thor casually came up to Mon with a smile on his face. "Good match," he said to Mon.

"I'll fight you for real outside the ring anytime," Mon told him.

"Yeah, sure," Thor readily agreed.

Metropolis

At the gym, Alex ran faster and lifted heavier weights than she had ever done before. All the guys took notice of her impressive physique. "You come here often?" one guy asked her.

"Sure," Alex said vaguely.

"I do, too. Maybe we could work out together and then go out for a coffee," he said smoothly.

"Only if you can lift more than I can," Alex challenged with a smile. She proceeded to easily deadlift 600 lbs. The man gave a nervous look as he saw how much weight she was able to do but decided to give it a try. He struggled mightily but had no chance.

"I guess not," Alex smirked at him.

Kelly then came up to Alex in normal civilian clothes. "I figured I would find you here," she said awkwardly.

"What's up?" Alex asked.

"I'm fascinated and horrified by what has happened to you, Alex. I've fought against these sorts of clinics ever since I got my license," Kelly said concernedly.

"Well, maybe you were wrong," Alex said dismissively.

"I want you to know that the most important thing for me is that you be happy," Kelly said.

"And what about what you want? You see, that's the problem with you. Women aren't confident or aggressive enough for me. You fold so easily and play nice. I need someone that can excite me and get my blood pumping," Alex said.

"What you're describing is a drug, not love," Kelly shook her head.

"I think I can find both my way," Alex said walking off.

Kelly frowned thinking something was off with Alex.

Midvale

A giddy Alex came to Midvale and gave Eliza a hug while Jeremiah was watching Jeopardy. "Dad, I got some great news," Alex said to him.

"Let's take a walk," Jeremiah said as they walked around outside.

"I went to this clinic and now I'm straight for real. Isn't that what you've always wanted?" Alex asked excitedly.

"Sure," Jeremiah shrugged.

"So...that's it?" Alex asked dumbfounded.

"No sex before marriage, no pornography, no stripping, no masturbation," Jeremiah listed off.

"Wait...what?" Alex thought she misheard.

"Just because you're straight doesn't mean the standard has changed," Jeremiah said flatly.

"Why aren't you hard on Kara for violating all of that shit?" Alex asked.

"I have and every time she acknowledges she's wrong and sorry for it," Jeremiah said.

"But she's full of shit," Alex said obviously.

"Maybe she is and maybe she's not. It's not up for me to judge. I can only teach you the true path," Jeremiah said.

"Why were you so hard on me because I was gay but not this other shit?" Alex asked.

"Because you wouldn't even acknowledge you were wrong," Jeremiah said simply. "A sinner that knows she is a sinner can be redeemed. A sinner that thinks she's justified cannot. You are the Pharisee in the temple talking shit about your sister but not acknowledging your own faults. I know that you'll still advance the LGBT even with this change."

"So, nothing's changed between us?" Alex realized.

"Well, a little has changed," Jeremiah acknowledged.

"You know what? I'm done trying to please you," Alex said angrily.

"It's not me you need to please," Jeremiah said simply.

Alex angrily went for a punch which Jeremiah blocked with his robot right arm. To Jeremiah's surprise, Alex slowly worked to overpower his robot arm with her own strength before suddenly backing off. She then stormed off back to her car. Jeremiah flexed his metal arm disturbed by Alex's sudden increase in strength. He took out a cell phone and called up Kara. "Yeah, it's about Alex again," he began,

Metropolis

Lex walked with Kara down the hall to a conference room in Lex Corp. tower. "I'll deal with it," Kara said and then hung up her cell phone.

"You look great," Lex complimented her.

"That's only because I look like Karina," Kara smiled amused.

"Let me open the door," Lex said and then opened it revealing a band and some female strippers.

Kara shook her head having already seen what he had planned with her X-ray vision. "Anything you want?" Lex asked.

"Vodka martini, shaken, not stirred," Kara ordered.

"Anything else?" Lex asked.

"Get rid of the girls. That whole thing is just a ruse," Kara said.

"Really?" Lex asked incredulously.

"I'm tired. I'm here on business only," Kara told him. "Get rid of the band, too."

Lex reluctantly ordered the band and strippers out of the room. "Where's Morgan Edge?" Kara demanded.

"He said he was on some business. He said to give him a call when the party started," Lex explained.

"Well, give him a call," Kara said impatiently.

Kara and Lex sat down with Brainiac 5 standing behind them. "Morgan Edge is going to sell his mines to Wayne Enterprises so it all stays within the family," Kara said.

"You sure about that? Morgan loves those mines. He never said anything about this to me," Lex said confused.

"I'll make him an offer he can't refuse," Kara said cryptically as Brainiac 5 handed her some papers.

Morgan Edge then entered the room with a friendly smile. "So, everyone is here: Lex, Barney, good to see you, Kara," he said shaking her hand.

"Good to see you, too, Edge," Kara smiled with false sincerity.

Morgan took a seat across from her at a large round table. "I want to buy you out," Kara said bluntly.

"Buy me out?" Morgan chuckled in disbelief.

"The mines, the towns, the Wayne family wants to buy you out," Kara said nonchalantly.

"The Wayne family wants to buy me out? No, I buy you out. You don't buy me out," Morgan said offended.

"Your mines lose you money. Maybe we can do better," Kara said smartly.

"You think I'm skimming off the top, Kara?" Morgan asked insulted.

"You're unlucky," Kara smirked.

Morgan chuckled as he got up. "You God damn trophy wives really make me laugh," Morgan said angrily.

"We're talking business, let's talk business," Kara shut him down.

Morgan sat down as he looked like he was about to have a stroke from anger. "Alright, let's talk business. First of all, you're all done. The Wayne family doesn't have that kind of muscle anymore. No one even knows where the fuck Bruce is. You're getting chased out of Gotham by Hamilton. What do you think is going on? You think you can come to my city and take over? I talked with Hamilton. I can make a deal with them and still keep my mines."

"Is that why you slap my bro around in public?" Kara asked with an insane expression.

"Oh, he meant nothing by that," Lex excused.

"I have a business to run. I have to kick ass to straighten it out every so often," Morgan said defensively.

"You straightened out my bro?" Kara asked with an icy stare.

"What the fuck is the matter with you?" Morgan asked incredulously.

Kara sighed. "I leave for Smallville, tomorrow. Think about a price."

Morgan and Kara stood up at the same time. "Do you know who the fuck I am? I'm Morgan Edge. I owned companies while you were still a cheerleader," he insulted.

"Let me see if I can help," Lex said to him. He then turned to Barney. "You can run the numbers on this better than anyone can."

"Talk to Kara," Barney redirected him.

A pissed-off Morgan then exited the room. Lex turned to Kara. "You don't talk to a guy like Morgan Edge like that."

"Lex, you're my brother-in-law and I love you but don't ever talk sides with anyone against the family again...ever," Kara warned.

"Sure, Kara, anything for the family," Lex backed down.

"Now, let's get drunk-as-fuck," Kara smiled as Barney opened the bar.

At the gay-conversion clinic, Dr. Solovar and the black man in the pimp suit met up. In the backrooms, there were cages filled with people that were gagged. They were of various ages with most of them teens or young adults. "These are the people that society rejected, run-aways, criminals, and homeless. The serum is working as expected, my king," Dr. Solovar said.

"Have you accounted for everyone?" King Grodd asked.

"There's one that missed her appointment. We will have her soon enough," Dr. Solovar said showing him a profile picture of Alex.

"That's the one. Find her," King Grodd ordered.

"As you wish," Dr. Solovar nodded.

"At last we will reveal ourselves. At last, we will have our revenge," King Grodd smiled as Dr. Salvador's minions escorted the kidnapped victims through a portal to another world.

Author's Notes: The DCEU Supergirl is Sasha Calle. Not sure if they're going to make her blond like the comics or keep her ordinary look. My favorite interpretation will continue to be what was shown in Smallville Season 7. Sasha Calle resembles my imagination for Mara. In the background of this season, there will be Alex's arc. I don't know whether Megan Markle's remarks on the British royal family are true but in Kara and Mon's case, it's safe to assume they've exaggerated...everything. King Grodd was featured in the Flash on Earth-1. This is King Grodd of a different universe with a different backstory.
