Chapter 210: Mansion talk around town.

Good morning Royal Woods, this is Katherine Mulligan reporting to you about something that's has recently struck the town as the biggest and most historical event of all time! The event that we all have now called, the Great Lewis Mansion move.
Yesterday, a land on the Eastern areas of Royal Woods has been unclaimed and attended to for so long, but from a shocking turn of events, it appears that the land was actually belonging to the family known as the Willard's.
And the recent Willard's known now is the specter of Royal Woods, Harriet Willard and her elderly son, Albert Willard who now owns the land.
A plan was set and made and now with the approval from Albert Willard, the operation has been made and Mayor Davis has made the decision to begin building a neighborhood within that area of Royal Woods which has been named, Royal Dawn, and is going to commence construction on the beginning of Spring Break.
The Lewis Mansion is the first of the many houses that will be built there, but in truth the Lewis mansion was not built, for it was moved… You heard me folks, that mansion was moved here into our beloved town and that kind of feat is said to be impossible, well not for those from FutureTech.
We have no other information and we didn't even get any chances to interview the man who runs FutureTech, but the truth to it all lies within their advanced technology that brought this proud Lewis mansion to our town.
The Lewis Mansion was once owned by the richest of all the Lewis family members and the man who made the Lewis name a legacy to be remembered: Bernardo Kennedy Lewis the 1st, and after his passing it seems that he has passed on ownership of the mansion and lands to Michelle Lewis, and the rest of the riches to the only family he sees fit to be loved by him.
As for the lands from where the mansion was laid onto before the move, that place is now being converted into a family friendly park under the advisory of the Mayor of Fresno, and that said land was donated straight from Michelle Lewis herself to the town in California.
With this newly added piece of history added to our town, who knows what will happen in the future for the Louds, Willard's and the only two Lewis' in town, but we all hope that they can maintain the family they have and continue to live peacefully as we all would and everyone is looking forward to the new neighborhood, and possibly be part of it.

Lincoln opens his locker and he puts his books away, and then he grabs the notebook and sees something. 'Huh, so this is where I left my headphones. Well, I should tell my mom I found then and thank goodness too.'
Lincoln puts the headphones into his pockets and then he closes his locker and he sees his friend's right there. "Whoa!" He is startled, but then calms down. "Umm, hey guys. I could only guess you all heard about the…."
"I can't believe your auntie now has a dang mansion Lincoln" said Liam.
"The way they moved it, it's just something I can't understand" said Zach. But he has some theories that we all know what he'd think about. 'Could aliens have done it for them?'
"Dude! When can we go and see that mansion?" asked Rusty.
"Rusty, cool it!" said Jordan. She goes over to Lincoln. "Sorry about them, Lincoln. The news got them all riled up and everyone else too."
Lincoln looks around and sees the others all looking to Lincoln and whispering about the whole mansion move, and some of them wanna talk to Lincoln about this, but then they recall what happens when you overwhelm the kid and the Burst Drone surveillance are still in the place.
Lincoln sighs and he looks to his friends. "Guys, look, I get it. You wanna go and see the mansion, but know this, that is not my mansion and not my mom's either. That belongs to Michelle and her daughter Delilah and I doubt they plan to move into it, yet."
"Yeah, leave him alone guys." Clyde goes over with Chloe. "He said that we can't go there and that it's not even his. So, let's leave Lincoln be and not stress him out."
The others think about this and agree. "Alright then, we won't bother you anymore with the whole mansion ordeal, but we do wanna know more about how that funeral went" said Liam.
"I can answer that one." They all get startled by Lucy. "I was there after all." She then looks towards Lincoln. "Also, don't worry about the twins and Lisa, I spoke to them and they won't be bugging ou about the mansion."
Lincoln smiles. "Thanks Luce, I really don't need the attention today." He then walks down the halls with his friends, while Lucy walks with Haiku elsewhere.
Clyde then asks. "I am curious, Lincoln, when the heck are Michelle and Delilah gonna make the move into that place?"
Lincoln then recalls this big plan he and his mom has, and they have let Michelle and Delilah into it as well.
What is the plan? Well, once Rita and Lynn Sr have been released from their lightened sentences, then they shall be given back the Loud House, and even though the Rosato parents have offered to give them the mansion they stay in, the plan has changed and when the time comes, then Harriet, Lincoln and Luna will move into the Lewis mansion with Michelle, and Delilah.
Lincoln just smiles. "Sorry guys, but that's a secret we don't intend to tell to anyone. It's a big time Loud family secret." He winks to Jordan and she winks back, she knows the plan.
The others sigh in annoyance from this. "Dang it."
Lincoln then recalls something. 'Wait, tomorrow is Lisa' birthday. We haven't even figured out what to do for the whole thing. I need to talk to mom about this.'
(Royal Woods High School.)
Luna closes her locker and she walks down the halls and she sees Carol go towards her. "Hey Lunes, you got a minute?"
Luna smiles. "Sure, what's the deal with you and…." she then puts the pieces of the puzzle together. "You need a scoop on the whole mansion move and junk huh?"
"Yeah, because as the chief of the Royal Woods High School news Gazette, I need a scoop on the mansion that showed up in town and I know that you are a witness to the move and all" said Carol. "So, care to do an interview later?"
Luna chuckles. "Well, I'd like to share the whole thing, but the bad news is that I would have to run this with Michelle and because the whole thing is her plan, only she gives the orders on if we should let the other folks in on it, so sorry dude."
Carol nods. "No, no. it's all good Lunes, I understand. But hey, do you plan to tell Lori, Leni and the others about this? They have to know right?"
Luna does recall that. "Yeah, I guess. But that'll be for next time, possibly next month or something, but I don't plan to tell them yet or next week. Plus, we got a rest to deal with this Friday."
"She's not wrong dudes" said Sam as she walks towards them. "I look forward to seeing the mansion one day, but that's only if Michelle allows it. I'm not family."
"Yes" said Luna. "So, chances you'll get to see it, and possibly your parents and the Rosato's. Those we see as loved ones are kinda close to us as family is…." She then sighs. "Sully, Mazzy, you two are not allowed to come."
"Oh man." Sully comes out of his locker and Mazzy comes out from behind the girl's bathroom door. "You sure Lunes?" asked Mazzy.
Luna nods. "The place is not mine, the whole ordeal is not mine either. I am family, and others who are friends can't be given the tour unless Michelle gives the green light and as of now, she hasn't even lit the green light yet. Sorry."
"Yeah, guys. Respect her choice and… Here we go." Sam sees Jackie and Mandee walk towards them. The duo are about to say something, but Luna says something first.
"Girls stop. I get it, you guys wanna see the mansion too, but we can't. The whole thing is the choice from Michelle Lewis, not me. So I'm sorry if you girls can't even be able to see the…"
"What the heck are you talking about?" said Mandee. "We know we can't go there and we respect the whole choice and stuff that the place belongs to Michelle Lewis."
"We just wanted to know when do you and Lincoln get to visit Leni again" said Jackie. "We wanna know how her date went with that racing rookie hunk, Kurt Logann."
Luna remains silent and so do the others, they did not see this one coming. Also, awkward.
(Reiningers, Royal Woods Mall.)
Michelle is busy putting the new spring dresses on hangars with the help of Miguel and Fiona.
Then Fiona asks. "So, the mansion huh? Must be big to handle that kinda thing."
"Yeah, I mean I recall my dad said his boss had two mansions, but he had no clue what to do with the other one and he legit turned it into a dorm room for the college kids who needed a place to stay" said Miguel.
"Wow. That sounds pretty cool Miguel" said Fiona. "I never even heard of…."
"You guys can't go to the mansion and there's nothing you can do to convince me otherwise. I even made that clear to Ms. C over there." They see Ms. Carmichael waving to them and then she goes back to checking the inventory.
"Come on Michelle, why not?" asked Miguel.
Michelle sighs and looks to her co-workers. "Guys, that place is a family heirloom and it is not ready to be seen by others, yet. Only when I say so and no one else, and the only ones who can go and see it are those dubbed as family and the louds are my family and I am a Lewis Loud."
"I'm sorry guys, but you have to understand that this whole thing is not meant for others to go and check out yet. There are boundaries and rules and I stick with the rules I have made and the plan that has been set, and heck I won't even…." She then stops and looks outside of Reiningers.
"Not now!" They see Katherine Mulligan and her camera crew back off and leave the mall.
Fiona and Miguel can see that Michelle is stressed out. "We're sorry for bringing it up, we won't ask you anymore" said Fiona.
"Yeah girl, we'll respect your choice" said Miguel.
Michelle sighs. "Thanks guys." She then sees her phone vibrating and she reads the text. It's from Delilah.
This has Michelle concerned.
Delilah: Mom, things have been really weird here in Middle School. Tons of teens here wanna know about the mansion and I was able to get them away from me and with the help of my friends, Darrel, Allison and Laurence. I really hope they stop bothering me, just because we have a mansion now these other kids wanna be my pals or something. Let's hope Luna and Lincoln aren't facing the same ordeal as I am.
Michelle sighs. 'Well, this was expected. Looks like we got a lot to do in order to keep the folks of this town from being annoying flies. We do not need this right now and I had a gosh darn good reason why that mansion had to be brought here.'
'Because I would be damned if I let those other Lewis's desecrate what Bernardo left for me and the Louds. I also have to be careful too, who knows what the other Lewis family might do, and not just because of the mansion, but the half the billion dollars I now own.'
