Superman flew, ignoring everyone there, and all of his invading Kryptonian brothers, all to get to Kara, she was swollen red and looking like a round bubble with bloody lumps, spewing blood, and spitting, her throat was swollen.
He flew flying towards the Tower.
They were greeted by a stretcher being carried by a panda bear in sailor's clothes, and a stretcher, ran towards the hospital wing.
Bruce was there, and had an emergency tracheostomy, and giving an injection in Kara's direction.
- It will take her a month to recover. - Bruce said.
- Shit. - Said Superman.
- I saw thousands of my species die. - He said.
- Do you have more of this? - He asked.
- I just did enough for two. - Bruce said.
- Why...? Kal asked.
- I created enough for you and Kara. - Bruce said.
- I was prepared just in case you were also infected, but I counted on the fact that your parents vaccinated you against chicken pox and measles. - Bruce said.

He was caught from behind by Darkseid punching him and securing the chair.

He took out a kryptonite syringe. - As a precaution, I'd better vaccinate you. - Bruce said.
- You bastard. - Kal said, crying.
After vaccinating him, they sat in front of the monitor, Darkseid sent parademons to attack the mother ship, and collect the remaining crew.
The new god had no intention of saying what he would do to the rest of the Kryptonians who were alive in the spacecraft, out of the Earth's atmosphere, close to Jupiter.
They were taken towards Apokolips, hiding the fact that, he would do more than keep them in prison.
It was a field day, all around, members of the justice league, defense service from each country on earth, with disease control bodies, were contacting their respective ambassadors.
Connected by the UN, which had the ACDC, that they were the American government, it was claiming the corpses, on American soil.
Each government negotiated with some organizations.
For weeks, there was a lot of coverage in the international press, but never that the justice league would inform or have evidence, of the origin of this pathogen, that they discovered to be a mutation.
That it would be that of a fusion between measles and chicken pox.
How it came about and how it was disseminated was a mystery, there was no concrete evidence of how it came about, but it killed all the alien invaders who invaded the earth.
The only ones who knew and did not spread about it, were three people, Superman could not face his friend, without thinking what he could do, but he needed to watch Kara.
He did not return to earth for the next month, Bruce visited him.
- How will it be from now on? Kal asked.
- I will not claim the credit. - Bruce said.
- Why not? Kal asked.
- You are crazy, you do not know the implications that this can cause. - Bruce said.
- And I won't do anything. - Bruce said.
- It would bring a lot of problems for me. - Bruce said.
"Good," said Darkseid.
- That would be a problem as to the origin, and I also want this to be between us. - Said Darkseid. - I do not think it's a good idea. - Said Darkseid.
- I can say, for now, the pathogen is spread over the surface of the earth, it is latent, it would not leave, but you are immune and Kara, now, is immune. - Said Darkseid.
