On the day of the first day of school, Jyugo was one of the first people in the 1-A classroom. He watched everyone walk in, feeling the small pleasure of watching Iida blanch when seeing him, before looking at his phone. He texted Izuku that morning about being to the class early and where the class was, but it seems like he didn't look at his phone that morning. Which was weird for a teenager.

Izuku ended up being one of the last ones to class, making Jyugo slightly laugh. Seeing as he was suck between both Iida and Uraraka, Jyugo stood up and walked over to them. "Hey, hey. Give him a little room." He said making them look at him in shock before Izuku smiled really big. "Jyugo!" He said before hugging him, almost knocking the air out of Jyugo. Suddenly, there was a man in a yellow sleeping bag behind the small group.

"Go somewhere else if you want to play at being friends. This is the hero course. Okay, it took eight seconds before you were quiet. Time is limited. You kids are not rational enough." The man said before looking at the rest of the class. "I'm your homeroom teacher, Shota Aizawa. Nice to meet you." He said, surprising the rest of the class. "It's kind of sudden, but put this on and go out onto the field," Aizawa said while pulling out a gym uniform from his sleeping bag, making Jyugo wonder what all the man had in that thing.

"A quirk assessment test?!" Everyone around Jyugo yelled making him smile with a few sadistic tendencies. "What about the entrance ceremony? The orientation?" Uraraka asked. "If you're going to become a hero, you don't have time for such leisurely events. U.A.'s selling point is how unrestricted its school traditions are. That's also how the teachers run their classes. You kids have been doing these since junior high, too, right? Physical fitness test where you weren't allowed to use your quirks." Aizawa said while holding up a phone. "The country still uses averages taken from results from students not using their quirks. It's not rational. Well, the Ministry of Education is procrastinating. Tsukiko, you finished at the top of the practical exam, right?" Aizawa asked making Jyugo startle a bit.

"In junior high, what was your best result for the softball throw?" Aizawa asked making Jyugo think for a second. "70 meters." Jyugo said. "Then, try doing it with your quirk," Aizawa said before ushering me into the circle. "You can do whatever you want as long as you stay in the circle. Hurry up. Give it all you've got." Aizawa said making Jyugo smirk.

Jyugo then held his hand in the air, letting a light fly into it from the sky before throwing the softball in the air slightly. And before the ball went past his shoulders, shooting the star beam at the ball, making the ball zoom across the field.

"Know your own maximum first. That is the most rational way to form the foundation of a hero." Aizawa says before holding up the phone, showing where the ball landed. '759.1' The phone read making Jyugo a little bit happy. 'That was with only one part of my quirk, I could've gone a lot farther if I had more room.' Jyugo thought to himself. All around him, other students were talking about how fun it looks and were amazed at the distance the ball went.

"'It looks fun,' huh?" Aizawa said, getting the attention of the entire class. "You have three years to become a hero. Will you have an attitude like that the whole time? All right. Whoever comes in the last place in all eight tests will be judged to have no potential and will be punished with expulsion." Aizawa said with a smirk making the rest of the class scream 'Huh?!' This made Jyugo's sadistic side show itself again making him push it back down. 'Bad, bad sadistic side. You can come out later.' Jyugo said to himself before tuning back into what Aizawa was saying.

"We're free to do what we want about the circumstances of our students. Welcome to U.A.'s hero course!" Aizawa said. Jyugo was watching Izuku's face of despair and couldn't help but find it a little funny how his emotions swayed so quickly. "The last place will be expelled? But it's the first day of school! No, even if it wasn't the first day of school, this is too unfair!" Uraraka said making Jyugo really start to hate her voice. 'This is why I like guys,' Jyugo thought, remembering all the girl's voices that sound like they've inhaled helium or something.

"Natural disasters, big accidents, and selfish villains. Calamities whose time or place can't be predicted Japan is covered with unfairness. Heroes are the ones who reverse those situations. If you wanted to go talk with your friends at Mickey D's after school, too bad. For the next three years, U.A. will do all it can to give you one hardship after another. Go beyond. Plus Ultra. Overcome it with all you've got. All right, the demonstration's over. The real thing starts now." Aizawa said.

The students started with the 50-meter dash. Jyugo watched the first group of students and couldn't help but feel like he could go faster than all of them with his tail. Of course, since this test was about their quirks, he could finally use it.

After Izuku and Bakugo it was Jyugo and someone else. Izuku knew that Jyugo was really fast, but had no idea how fast. When both Jyugo and the other teen got into position, Jyugo quickly took off his shoes, he was still having problems with his shoes getting lost. When the timer went off, Jyugo quickly turned into his hybrid form and slithered to the finish line, getting a time of 2.21 seconds, the fastest time so far.

Next was the grip strength test, this one Jyugo only got 398 kilograms, still very good, better than Izuku but not the best. The first place went to the teen with six arms, which makes sense.

After that, it was the standing long jump. Jyugo used his tail as a springboard and got all the way across the pit of sand, which he was happy about, it would've been a hassle to get all that sand out of his scales. Poor Izuku though was not using his quirk, even though he was in the last place on everything so far.

The next test was repeated side steps. This test was not Jyugo's strong suit, so he evened out around the middle of the class this time. He was a little surprised though with the little purple-haired pervert.

After that was the ball throw, since Jyugo had already gone, he didn't need to do it again. But he was still put in second place because Uraraka made the ball fly into space, giving her the score infinity. Of course, when it got to Izuku's turn Aizawa erased his quirk. Jyugo, who knew how this was going to turn out, walked over to All Might and leaned against the wall.

"He will be fine," Jyugo says while not even looking at All Might. "How can you be so sure, Aizawa-san does not like me, at all." He asked making Jyugo snort. "Aizawa will let all of us pass, he will be impressed with Deku. You'll see." Jyugo said before walking back over to the class as Izuku threw the ball. All Might, seeing Aizawa's face was proud in Izuku and a little surprised that Jyugo could tell that Izuku could impress the man. 'I came because I was worried, but what the neck, young man?! You still couldn't control your power, but you couldn't become incapacitated. So you propelled the ball at the last point of contact. By sending the power of One For All to just your fingertip. Minimizing the injury while maximizing the power...! What the heck, young man?! You're so cool!' All Might thought before looking back to Jyugo who was standing in the back with a smirk on his face.

'And you, being able to predict how everything would turn out, even before the others would, scary. Makes one wonder, what you have in that brain of yours.' All Might thought before going back to watching Aizawa and Izuku.

A/N: I know not everyone likes MXM or Yaoi but the romance is going to be very small, like only a crush really until a very long time.
