Before heading off to Cinnabar Island, Glitchy decides to explore MT. Moon. There she runs into her old rival, Foxy.

"Hey, Glitchy. You're in Kanto, too? Some of the trainers here are tough, which makes it easy to train my Pokémon. Glitchy, I know that you are strong but I can't help but challenge you" Foxy tells her

"Like every other trainer who happens to see me half a mile away?" Glitchy says before finding herself in a battle against him

Foxy starts off with his Sneasel which Slushie takes out with earthquake. Max takes on his Meganium with fly then Slushie takes over to earthquake his Magneton. Tidus takes down his Alakazam with crunch and then defeats his Gengar and Golbat with surf.

"My training's still not good enough? My Pokémon are so weak, It makes me frustrated. But I can feel that they are getting better after each battle. Tch! They're still too weak! I need to give them more training. I know! I should take them to Dragon's Den. See ya, Glitchy" Foxy rushes off

"Yeah, see ya"

Glitchy discovers MT. Moon Square. There is a small store and a small pond, not much going on as of yet. So she decides to go on her way. She finds her way out fairly quickly and soon finds herself back at Cerulean City. Max flies her back to Pewter City and she heads down towards Viridian Forest.

She makes her way through the winding forest, keeping an eye out of any hidden items along the way. She eventually finds her way out and heads down the road to Viridian City. She doesn't stay long though, stopping briefly to heal her team, then makes her way towards Pallet Town.

Glitchy walks through Pallet Town and surfs her way towards Cinnabar Island. Upon arriving on the island, she learns the volcano erupted and destroyed most of the island. As for Blaine, he relocated his gym to the Seafoam Islands. Looking at the ruins of what was once Cinnabar Island, she comes across another trainer.

"Who are you? My name's Blue. I was once the Kanto Champion" he tells her

"I thought Springs was the previous champion..." Glitchy asks, confused

"Although it was short-lived thanks to Red" Blue continues to explain

"Guess you were both before Springs and me?"

"Anyway, take a good look around you. A volcano erupts, and just like that, a whole town disappears. We can go on winning and losing in Pokémon, but if nature so much as twitches, we can be overwhelmed in a second. That;s the way it is. But anyway, I'm still a trainer. If I See a strong opponent, it makes me want to battle. If you want to battle me, for real, show me how many Kanto Badges you've got"

"I have six"

"You're not ready to battle me"

"Of course I'm not… I miss Springs"

Glitchy leaves Blue and heads to the Seafoam Islands to look for Blaine's new gym location. It doesn't take her long to find his new location and she makes her way towards him.

"Hey, you! My Gym on Cinnabar Island was burned down by the eruption!" Blaine tells her

"I saw"

"But I will not give up! Take a look at this cave. We have turned it into a Gym, and I am still acting as Gym Leader! I will give you the Gym Badge if you manage to defeat me! Are you ready? Here we go!"

Blaine starts off with his Magcargo against Glitchy's Gatcha who takes them down with surf. He then sends out his Magmar which Gatcha takes down with surf. Tidus then takes over to take out his Rapidash with surf.

"Awesome. I have burned out. Take this Volcano Badge" Blaine presents her with said badge along with TM50, "I did lose this time, but I'm going to win next time. When I rebuild my Cinnabar Gym, we have to hold a rematch"

"Good luck with that" Glitchy waves as she leaves his gym and heads back to the ruins of Cinnabar Island.

Glitchy re-approaches Blue.

"I have seven badges now" Glitchy tells him

"If you want to battle me for real, come to the Viridian Gym. I'll be waiting for you" Blue leaves the island

"Of course you will. Let's go guys, to Viridian City"

Glitchy flies back on Max to Viridian City and heads straight to the gym. Inside the gym, she notices strange arrows on the ground. She guesses this means she has walked into another maze-like puzzle so prepares to take the long way round as usual. Feeling dizzy, she finally finds her way to Blue.

""Yo! Finally go here, huh?" Blue asks

"What is it with you lot and spinning panels? I'm sick of them"

" wasn't in the mood at Cinnabar, but now I'm ready to battle you"

"Okay diva, not sure why I had to prove myself to you after defeating all the gyms in Johto and the Elite Four"

"You're telling me you conquered all the gyms in Johto? Hahaha! Heh! Johto's gyms are that pathetic?"

"I guess that also makes the Elite Four pathetic in your eyes too?"

"Hey, don't worry about it. I'll know if you are good or not by battling you right now"

Glitchy sends out Slushie against his Exeggutor, hitting them with blizzard. She then sends Tidus out to deal with his Arcanine, taking them down with surf then again against his Rhydon. Max wing attacks hi Machamp then Miles takes on his Gyarados with thunderpunch. Edgar then takes down his Pidgeot with psybeam.

"No way! How the heck did I lose to you? Tch, all right. Here, take this" Blue reluctantly hands Glitchy the Earth Badge and TM92

"You know what, you are Whitney are both annoying to deal with"

Glitchy leaves Blue's gym, now with all eight Kanto Badges. As soon as she steps outside, Professor Oak calls her.

"Hello, this is Professor Oak. Oh, you don't have to say anything. I know better than anyone else how hard you've been working. I thought I should get you a present or something in appreciation. Well, I picked something up, but I completely forgot to give it to you. Ha ha ha! Oh, you don't have to wonder about it at all. I know it's something that will be very helpful to you. You should just come here and pick it up. I'll be waiting for you at my laboratory in Pallet Town"

"Does he have spies on me?" Glitchy looks around to make sure, "well… better get that gift then"

Glitchy quickly makes her way to his lab in Pallet Town and approaches the professor.

"Good to see you. This is what I've wanted to give you" Professor Oak presents her with HM08, "that hidden machine contains the move Rock Climb. Those badges are… wow! You have not only become the Johto Champion, but you've collected all the Kanto Badges! Well done!"

"Em… thanks professor"

"Hmm… no wonder I sensed something in you when we me. Tell you what, Glitchy. I'll make arrangements so you can go to Mt. Silver. Mt. Silver is a big mountain that is home to many wild Pokémon. It's too dangerous for your average trainer, so it's off limits. But we can make an exception for your case, Glitchy. Go to the Pokémon League Reception Gate. You can reach Mt. Silver from there"

"That's nice professor but… em… I'd rather not risk freezing to death on a dangerous mountain so thanks but no thanks. I'm just gonna re-challenge the Elite Four, maybe break my phone then call it a day"

With that, Glitchy heads back to the Indigo Plateau and prepares herself for the Elite Four.
