Bowserfan327: Sorry but I'm not accepting Future Ideas for Deluxe-Fighters aside form the Eight I already put in my Stories (Bandana Dee, Aledeine/Ribbon, Krystal, Zero, Guzma (Golisopod, Pinsir, Ariados), Agumon, Dixie and Boshi) and I'm not planning to add more saved for the Four Unsung Heroes for my side story (That's called Unsung Heroes) of this Story.
I don't want to cause another version of the Drama that Plague Krosshair's Story where people want him to add Shadow (Form Sonic) and Sora (Yes, THAT SORA form Kingdom Hearts) to his Story/ Bring Mewtwo in earlier when he said that he'll be saved for later,
I can understand you wanting to add your ideas to this story but PLEASE keep them to just Spirit Suggestions at least, (You can make your own WOL Story if you want, just DON'T Plagiarizing the WOL Stories of other people either however….)
That's said I can add Ragna to the list of Suggested Spirits in the Deluxe-Verse however, Just make sure to remember that Suggestions are ONLY for Spirits the next time you review this story however….

Guest: Well it's MARIO, Meggy and Yoshi whom are currently facing Peach right now though (Kirby's Group will be dealing with a certain Top Tier in Melee soon however….)
Also, The Luigi whom was with Peach isn't even the real one, He's a Fake Version who's real form is Galeem's Light Beings (Basically a part of her that are her non Fighters/Boss servants)
In other words, He's (Luigi) still Captive in the Dark Realm but Rest assured! Peach's the Real Deal fighting Mario and Company right now so she'll be rescued soon.

Yeah Meggy's a bit more Angsty compared to her SMG4 since her Splatfest Victory has yet to occur in the Deluxe-Verse (But she won't be turning into a human in the Deluxe-Verse as well) but she does care for Goggles (She's older then him by a year as well)
For Sunset Paradise, Well It's a TBD thing of whether Characters from that Series (Save Shadow Meggy whom won't be appearing in this story however) will be Adapted into the Deluxe-Verse so don't expect them appearing till more info about them comes out to add them more naturally (And as mentioned earlier, Shadow Meggy will be POST WOL-DX Material)
And Yes, the moments you mentioned are indeed shout outs to the Splatoon Manga (I haven't brought Goggles' team or Rider yet but they'll be Spirits in this Story as well)
Yeah, Robonyan will have at least one conversation with Baddinyan (And for the whole thing with the former being Jibanyan's Future Self, well they may recon it into him being a Jibanyan form another Future different form Shadowside/Y Jam)
Speaking of Shadow Side, I can Comfirm Natsume (Nate's and Katie's Daughter) will be a Spirit in this story as well. (Same with Jibanyan's Shadowside form but Jibanyan HIMSELF will be Unsung Heroes material but I WON'T Say anything more about it)
Canon Spirits won't be as often as custom/Suggestions Spirits in this story however…. But rest assured you'll see them in this story. (Glad you also like the Captain Goomba Spirit as well)

This Chapter will be dealing with Peach and the Fake Luigi (Meaning Yes, Luigi's still Dark Realm in this Story) But rest assured! Kirby's and Pikachu's Group will get something to do this Chapter as well!
Also once again, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD… DON'T BASH MARIO AFTER THE 31ST OF MARCH JUST BECAUSE OF THE RECENT CHOICES NINTENDO'S BEEN MAKING LATELY BUT WE'LL GET BREATH OF THE WILD TWO SOON, I PROMISED! AND HOPEFULLY LEGENDS ARCEUS WOULD BE GOOD AS WELL!

Chapter 24: Fighting a Friend Part 1
Molten Fortress, Mario's Path, Peach's Cambers:
"Mama-Mia!? PEACH!?" said Mario in shock as he looked back in shock at his Girlfriend being possessed like himself and the other Smashers that aren't Kirby and Bandana Dee,
This wasn't the First time he saw her in such a state ever since the Events of Rougeport and the Hunt for the Crystal Stars, and while a shadowy demon may not be involved THIS time…. It's just as horrific to see his girlfriend in such a state again…..
"Surprised Mario? Are you glad to see me?" Questioned 'Peach' as she looked back at Mario whom was still in shock and horror in seeing her possessed once more.
"Too shocked to see me like this again?" She continued much to Yoshi's and Meggy's horror as well. "I guess you're too scared to hurt me like this Mario….."
"You really are a softy… and a coward despite saving me all this time….. Even more then Luigi…" 'Peach' Continued to taunt the Man with the body of the woman she's possessing right now, The Fake Luigi even snickering a bit as
Instead of breaking down however, Mario stood his ground with a determined look on his face, Something Meggy and Yoshi looked back with relief and surprise.
"No Peach…. Or should I say whomever possessing you right now!" Said the Plumber as he drew his hammer, Determination burning in his eyes instead of blind hatered as Peach and the Faux Luigi was expecting.
"I Won't hold back…. To save the ones I love!"
Mario then rushed towards Peach whom drew out her Parasol in the Process, Smirking maliciously at the course of action the Plumber has done.
"So… A Duel is what you want…" The Possessed Princess said back to her foe with her grin growing wider and wider as it did.
"THEN LET'S DO THIS EN-GRADE!" she shouted as the two Lovers clashed their weapons with each other.
The softness of the Mushroom Kingdom's Ruler's Parasol despite not made for combat like with Mario's Hammer but it was surprisingly sturdy enough to not be torn by it as their weilders pushed them forward before quickly backing away form one another.
While this was going on, Yoshi and Meggy then turned towards 'Luigi' whom was simply smirking back at them.
"Peach may not have given me-a order right-a now….BUT I can assure you will feel Pain…" The Plumber said back to them in a mocking tone
"Sorry NOT sorry to say this buddy, But you're out-Numbered 1 to 2…." The latter snarled back to her foe whom may be her Surrogated Uncle's Brother. "And you may be the real Luigi…."
"But where NOT going easy on you like Mario said to Peach!" she continued as she drew her splattershot out while the Spirits of both Boopkins and Bob are trying to get out of her pocket to say their own One liners as well.
"Yeah! Like she say!" Said Yoshi in a determined tone as he took a determined pose, ready to save his other Father Figure (If he IS the real deal of not) right now. "We'll save you along with Peach, Luigi!"
"Oh how CUUUUUUUUUUTE! The Kiddies think they're big bad wolves already…." 'Luigi' Chuckled in a faux tone of fear. "And it's true I'm outnumbered…"
"But those cages aren't for show! COME OUT BURT THE BASHFUL!" Said 'Luigi' as he whistled to one of the Cages in the area:
As the bars of the cell dropped down, a small ball like creature wearing some Blue clown like pants and a strange nose soon escaped it's cage, Which Meggy couldn't help but smirk at it.
"Serious? THAT'S the best you can do Luigi?" Snorted Meggy as she looked back in disbelief at this course of actions, Unaware of Yoshi's look of worry on his face, the moment he saw the creature, no doubt form stories of the Yoshis whom descended form the Yoshis of the time when his Adoptive Parents were infants. "Oh PLEASE don't tell me Bowser was low on minions lately…."
"Well too easy for you?" Sneered 'Luigi' as he noticed Yoshi's look of worry when Meggy snarked at the small Burt the Bashful ahead of them. "How about a nice little upgrade…. FOR BURT!"
"Wizenheimer! Come forth!"
"I told you! My name's not Wizenheimer!" Snarled the same Magikoopa that teleported the Duo and Mario the arena as he appeared next to the Fake Plumber with his wand in his hands, his raspy wheezing voice marking his words.
"Whatever Whateverwhomer!" Snarled 'Luigi' as he looked back at the Magikoopa whom then glanced over to where 'Peach' and Mario are fighting. "Just do what Kamek usually do and Make Burtward here bigger right NOW!"
As Much as the Magikoopa was frustrated at being compared to Bowser's Advisor (And Surrogated Father since the Death of his Father Morton Koopa Senior), He swallowed his pride and rage and did want he was told,
A blast of Magic was soon fired at Burt form the Magikoopa's Wand as he teleported away shortly afterwards,
"What the?" Said Meggy as Yoshi looked back in fear at what was about to happen….
Which turned out to be Burt expanding larger and larger like a balloon, Much to Meggy's horror as she mentally cursed herself for jinxing it up.
'Oh Shark….' She cursed herself as she glanced back at Yoshi whom was not angry at her but rather afraid of the growing foe ahead of them right now.
Once his minion was large enough to fit the area, 'Luigi' smirked back at the shocked duo.
"So where we're we right now…..HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHA" He questioned with an a sly and disturbing tone before it devolved into a hysterical laughter for his foes. "Oh yes, YOUR DEMISES….."
"But are you ready to quit now? Their still a chance to do so now…"
Despite wanting to punch herself for causing this to occur, Meggy decided to not cry over slipped milk as Yoshi gave a determined nod back to her as well.
"Hey buddy, Guess what, We're NOT calling the quits…." She snarled back to 'Luigi' with defiance as her main tone. "Because we're going to free you Luigi! And then help Mario!"
"Yeah!" Said Yoshi with a determined tone in his voice as well.
"Oh geez, Kids have more spines theses days but no matter…." Said 'Luigi' as he glared back at his competition with his own hammer in his hands, a grin of darkness making itself know to them. "I'll show you kids what's like to be beaten by adults… LETHALY!"
The four soon charged towards each other with Yoshi taking on the now Enlarge Burt while Meggy deal with what she and the others believed is the real Luigi with Yoshi trying to shrink his foe down with his eggs while fireballs, Lighting Spheres and Ink blasts followed with the latter two.
'Well I don't what the heck Goggles went thought with the Octarians but it was what lead to them co exisiting with us….' Meggy thought to herself as she fired some ink at Luigi whom sucked it up with his vacuum cleaner, quickly bashing the memories of her rival Desti form her mind for now.
'But if he can survive this AND some other weird stuff …. Then I can too!' She finished her train of thought as she then took out her splatroller with Luigi drawing his hammer out as well, A psychical fight ready to occur as they rushed towards each other,
Their weapons soon clashed with each other as the ink on the inkroller did nothing to the Metal of 'Luigi's' Trusty Mallet as they backed away form each other before resuming their fight once more.
Meanwhile, Mario and Peach are still duking with each other as the Plumber threw some fireballs at his possessed girlfriend, whom countered back with a Toad Shield.
She then tossed the Toad aside into one of the cages as she pulled a Turnip out of the ground (Don't ask how this works, It's the Smash-Verse's magic)
'Peach' then flung the turnip at Mario whom quickly swung his hammer at the incoming vegetable, smashing it into chunks.
Mario then quickly countered back with some fireballs which Peach drew another Toad to use as a shield,
'She's more likely to use the Toad Shield right now so Fireballs are not as effective…..' the Plumber thought to himself as he noticed Peach holding a replacement Toad in her hands like a hostage.
'FLUDD's useless unless I can distract her….' Mario thought to himself as an idea started to form in his head at that moment…..
'Or maybe it could!' He thought to himself with a smirk as 'Peach' then noticed said smirk, her own face growing larger when she saw Mario equipped FLUDD on his back.
"Sorry Mario…." Said the possessed princess in a False apologetic tone as she drew out her parasol once more after tossing the current toad into another cage,
"BUT YOUR VICTORY'S IN ANOTHER CASTLE AND IT'S DEFINETELY NOT THIS ONE!" She shouted in furious triumph that Mario is doomed with no way out of her next move.
'Sorry Peach but it's YOU who has been defeated….' Mario thought to himself as he then sprayed water onto the ground, relief the molten Magma is not in this room,
'Peach' then looked back at Mario and then the Puddle ahead of her, realsing all too late about the Plumber's Plan….
'Oh fudge…' Was the one thing on her mind as she then slipped onto the Puddle, which left Mario the Chance to strike back.
'Mama mia! Here it goes!' Mario thought to himself as he fired a barrage of Fireballs at Peach.
Unable to defended herself, the Princess was soon pelted with the Balls of fire as Mario then drew his hammer once more,
He then rushed towards Peach and Slammed her with the power of his Hammer, Quickly knocking her towards Burt the Bashful like in a baseball.
"BOMB!"
A Loud noise was soon heard for Yoshi as he noticed his foe being knocked aside by what appears to be Peach as the Giant orb with pants soon started to deflate quickly flying around like an untied balloon which soon bursted a hole in the wall.
"Well That was awkward…." Meggy said to Yoshi in shock at this turn of events as Peach was still unconscious at the moment.
"Same here Meggy….. Same here….." The Dinosaur continued as well much to their confusion at this.
'Luigi' then saw this turn of events as he started Smirking to himself as he readied his vacuum cleaner for battle.
'Night night Kiddies….' He thought to himself while getting the Poltergust G-00 ready to suck up two meddling kids into his machine.
Before Meggy can react any further, Mario quickly broke her and Yoshi's trains of thought and said:
"Meggy! Yoshi! Watch out!" Said Mario as he quickly fired a fireball at 'Luigi' whom was ready to push the button on the Poltergust G-00.
'Luigi' wasn't expecting to that his foes would get the upper hand so soon and was subsequently knocked aside.
"You kids-a ok?" Questioned the Plumber as he looked back at Meggy and Yoshi whom gave a nod back to him.
"All good Mario!" They both said back in agreement, which just in time to given 'Peach's' is just getting back up as they speak
"Well Good to-a Hear this!" Said Mario as he glanced over to where Peach is right now, A Look of fear appearing on his face as he did.
"We got to save Peach now!" He continued as he drew his hammer as well. "Meggy, got any Splatbombs?"
"Sure thing Mario!" Said the Orange Inkling to her uncle figure as she drew some Splatbombs out in the process.
"You want me to throw them at Peach right?" She questioned the Plumber whom nodded back in agreement.
"Yes, Let's-a do this!" Said Mario as Peach soon got back up from being used as a pinball, Rage burning in her eyes like with the Fake Luigi, Whom was also getting his hammer out as well.
"That's it!" She snarled back to her foes as Luigi got back up as well with more rage burning in their eyes like a certain Green Giant monster.
"DEATH AWAITS YOU THREE NOW!" She roared as she charged towards them with her umbrella and Turnip in her hands.
"When I give the siginal, Throw the Bombs at Peach Meggy….." Said Mario to his surrogated niece as Yoshi looked back at him with concern.
"And Luigi, Get ready an Egg for Luigi as well….." He continued to he and his brother's adoptive son as he nodded back in agreement.
Once the pieces are set in stone and their Foes are getting closer, Mario then gave the signal to throw.
"Now!" He shouted as Meggy and Yoshi threw their projectiles at their foes.
Both 'Luigi' and 'Peach' are soon hit with the projectiles as the latter was soon sent flying afterwards via the hole of where Burt was launched form and the former was still standing to some degree.
"Grr… Why you litt-" Snarled the Fake Luigi as he was sent flying shortly afterwards by a spinning kick form Yoshi, Being launched towards the same hole as well.
"Well that's good that we're alive….." Said Mario as he looked back at the two Adoptive Kids he took under his wing.
"True about that Mario…." Said Meggy as she looked back in worry at the events occurring right now. "We should find a way back out after we find Luigi's and Peach's Thorphies right?"
"Agreed!" Said Yoshi in a happy tone, knowing his Main adoptive Father figure will be freed soon.
"Let's go free Mama Luigi and Peach!"
"Hey now Yoshi, Relax for now….." Said Mario as he looked back at the Dinosaur with some relief in his tone.
"Remember we have to be ready for disappointment as well….." He continued with a worried tone in his voice just as the sound of two metal thorphies slammed down.
As soon as Mario, Yoshi and Meggy turned to where they're at, Disapointment soon filled their minds at what they have just saw, No doubt that the Luigi they fought was a fake and not the real deal like the former two were hoping for.
Only Peach's Trophy was present in the area as sadness and disappointment entered Mario's and Yoshi's minds at this turn of events….
"Hey Mario, Yoshi, I know it's not the real Luigi but don't give up ok?" She said back to them with a worried tone.
"….I Know Meggy…." Said Mario as he looked back to his niece with a soleem tone in his voice. "While I'm aware such a thing may be possible, I still felt disappointment with this…"
"But you're right we need to focus on saving the others as well…." He continued his tone while giving a comforting look towards Yoshi, whom was more disappointed with this turn of events.
"Yoshi I know you're not happy with this but we have to keep moving forward and we WILL Save Luigi….." He said back to his surrogated son figure whom smiled back at him.
"Ok Mario…." Said Yoshi whom swallowed his disappointment for now as he looked back at Peach's petrified state in concern.
"Well, shall we go save Peach?" Mario finished off as the green Dinosaur and Meggy looked back at him for a while before nodding back to him.
"Well let's get out of here and to the others!" Said Meggy as Mario gave a nod back to her before rushing towards his Girlfriend's Trophy
He then touched the Golden base of the frozen princess, A bright light flashed before him, Yoshi and Meggy as he did.
Said Light soon vanished in favour of a blond haired princess as she shoke her head in confusion….
"Nrgh… what happened….." She said as she opened her eyes to see THREE Familiar faces in the area, the Confusion form earlier fading away for relief and happiness when she saw them.
"Mario? Yoshi? Meggy? Is that really you?" Questioned Peach in shock as she looked back at the Plumber and his adoptive Kids (Well a Dinosaur and a humanoid Squid technically) as tears rolled down her eyes as she spoke. "I'm not dreaming am I?"
"It is-a Really me Peach." Said Mario as he rushed to hug her while peach did the same as well.
"Mario I'm so relief to see you again after what happened with Galeem!" Said the Princess of the Mushroom Kingdom as she hugged him back, her tears rolling down as well.
"That's ok, Peach…. We found you now…." Said the plumber to his girlfriend with a smile on his face.
"True about that….." Said Meggy with a smirk on her face as she did before noticing a button on the wall next to Peach's Throne when she was possessed….
"Hey Meggy what's wrong?" Said Yoshi as he noticed Meggy looking at the button on the throne.
"Hey guys, it may be a trap…. But I think I know the way out of here…" Said Meggy as she approached the button with some wariness as Peach looked back as well.
"Be careful Meggy." was the Mushroom Kingdom's Princess words to the Headphones wearing Inkling as she pushed the button with some caution.
While it appeared to have done nothing due to the lack of sound, a Sound of something moving was soon hearded followed by what appears to be a warp pipe appearing as well:
"Well that's our cue I guess….." Said the Inkling in shock as Boopkins and Bob took notice as well:
"Hey that was pretty cool Meggy!" Said the former's spirit as Meggy gave a rare smile to him.
"Thanks but let's get out of here before something worse happens guys…." Said the orange inkling to her friends as they gave a nod back to her, Boopkins quickly returning back to the pocket as well.
"Agreed!" Said Mario with some determination as well. "Let's a go!"
They soon all entered the warp pipe with one goal in mind…..
Getting back to the others safe and sound and freeing whomever else is trapped in this Fortress of lava.

"Hey Fryno! I know it's not the best time right now… But try to calm down or something!" Said Diddy as he and Libre are currently fighting a Fake Wario housing one of the Heroes of a World He, DK and Bowser visted in the past, Fyrno.
"Do whatever you can to get yourself less infuriated so we can get you out of that Fake Wario!"
"Sorry Diddy! No can do right now!" roared the fire Rhino-like Skylander as the Wario Puppet was determined to crush the duo right now. "If I'm in my own Body I can do THAT!"
"But right now in this uncontrollable body, You're on your own here!" the Skylander's Spirit continued as he charged towards the Spider Monkey and the Costumed Pikachu with some attempted restrained but failing due to Galeem's powers on her Puppets, Forcing them to do her every command (Save for some like Boopkins)
"Man I know this guy's a lot rougher then the time me, DK and Bowser got into Skylands but this is ridiculous!" Said Diddy in worry as he and Libre are currently on top of the Highest platform at the moment.
"Well Diddy, Pikachu's more the tactician then I am….." Said Libre as she noticed the Fake Wario housing Fryno's Spirit riding his cycle as he tried to get up.
"But I do know an idea….." Said the Costumed Pikachu as she looked back at the spider Monkey with a grin on her face and a scheme on her mind.
"Fire your Peanuts at his Engine or at the very least get him as mad as you could…." She finished off as Diddy looked back in shock and panic at the idea mentioned to him right now.
"Are you sure?" He snarled back to her as he took out his popguns. "I mean I get the idea but what else should I expect?"
"Just do it! Trust me for this one at least." Said Libre as she noticed the Fake Wario already finding a way upwards now.
"Ok then….." Said the Spider Monkey as he noticed Wario already getting up via the other platforms.
'Alright here goes nothing!' Thought Diddy to himself as he fired some peanuts into the exhaust of the Greedy Plumber's Cycle.
The Engine soon suddenly halted as moments later soon exploded as 'Wario' was sent flying in the process.
"Alright! My turn now!" Said Libre in a determined tone as she then jumped up with her paws electrified,
She then punched the Flying Wario as he was soon knocked into the clouds down bellow.
"Phew! That was a close one!" Said Diddy in relief as he dashed towards Libre, The Cosplay Pikachu smiling back to him as well.
"Thanks for the help Libre!"
"Ah no problem…." She said as she smiled back to him as well. "But you should be thanking Pikachu for this trick."
"He's a worryratatta at times but he really does know good ideas when you need them."
Before Diddy could answer back to him, Fryno's Spirit core soon entered the area as well.
"Hey Thanks for the Save Diddy!" Said the Hot Tempered Rhino Skylander as his spirit soon entered Diddy's hands.
"Ah thanks buddy!" Said the Spider Monkey as another Spirit portal emerges behind him and Libre. "Shall we get going?"
"Well anything to get my revenge on that Galeem!" Said the Skylander with an enraged tone as he looked back to his rescuers. "SHE'S SO GOING TO PAY!"
Decideding that arguing isn't getting them anywhere, Diddy and Libre quickly left for the portal with Fryno's Spirit back to the Molten Fortress.
Molten Fortress, Pikachu's and Kirby's Path:
Diddy and Libre soon emerged safely in one piece as Pikachu quickly rushed towards his wife with relief in his eyes while Bandana Dee and Kirby checked on Diddy.
"Are you ok Libre?" Pikachu questioned back to his wife with worry as she gave him a hug back.
"I'm A OK Pikachu Honey!" Said the Cosplay Pikachu with some spunk in her tone as she looked back at him. "We freed a Spirit of one of Diddy's friends form another world….."
"Really? That's good to hear!" Said Pikachu as he looked back in relief at her while looking back to Kirby, Bandana Dee and Diddy, Their Spirits also talking as well.
"So I take that you're one of Bowser's Lackies?"Said Fryno's Spirit as he looked back at Captain Goomba's. "We dealt with someone whom's a midget human version of him back in Skylands but your boss isn't AS bad as him however…."
"Well Lord Bowser was suprisngly nice to us Minions… Except when you tick him off unintentionally though….." Said Captain Goomba as he cringed at the time he WAS Responsible for giving Bowser (Accidentally) Amnesia during the BeanBean Kingdom Crisis.
"Well that's good to hear…." Said Fryno as Diddy looked back at Pikachu with a worried look on his face.
"So Pikachu, Shall we move on?" He questioned back to him with a worried tone as the Electric Rodent gave a nod back to him.
"You got it!" Said the latter as he looked back at Lucario, Incineroar, Goggles and Fennekin.
"So I take it's go time?" Said Goggles as he looked back at the rodent whom nodded back in agreement as well.

Now I know the Paper Mario games have been recon into another dimension like Classic and Modern Sonic but for the Deluxe-Verse, The First Three Paper Mario Games (Original, Thousand Year Door and Super) all happened in the Main Mario-Verse with Sticker Star, Colour Splash and the Oragami King being in the Paper World (Though the First Three Paper Mario Games also occurred in the Paper World as well)
Yup Gate 1 to Bowser is opened but Gate 2 which is guarded by Fox isn't so Next chapter will be dealing with him at least.
