Chapter 26

Ash and Alice help out some of his friends to Alola finding Z Crystals, due to the fact that the Sinnoh League won't be happening until the end of Alola League, and the current Champion is also one of the people that Ash has a crush on. During the trial going, they also teach Eve, Flora, Elline and David with the aura training. Right now they are able to use the weapons freely as they might be able to go on par with Ash and Alice when four of them are together.

In this day, Wulfric has gone back to his gym for a challenger, while Delia and Valerie are looking at the photos on the wall. Delia notices one photo that Red and Valerie are wearing disguises that looks like the outfits that Lance might be wearing, and they are having masks as well. Delia turns to Valerie and asks, "What is this picture about?"

Valerie says, "They were our disguises, Shin and Pauline. We were the Dragon Prince and Dragon Princess, the title was gained from the Dragon Village in Unova as we can tame the fiercest dragons in the world. But right now Red was gone...and like my other disguises, I am not in a mood for doing it."

"But there is a chance that Ash and Alice are going to use these disguises, right?" Delia says with a smile. "We are glad to see them grow into great couple."

"I know." Valerie says with a sad smile.

Just as they are watching the other photos, they hear noises coming from outside of the castle. The two women are curious as they head outside, they see Ash and Alice wearing the same disguises that they were looking at on the picture and they are now battling a Garchomp, Salamence, Hydreigon and a Dragonite. They aren't afraid as they walk closer and pets them after the battle.

Eve says, "This disguise is so cool, Shin, Pauline."

Ash says, "I know. With this training we had, I am pretty sure that we can go to the Opelucid City without any problem."

Valerie and Delia walk out of the castle and the others finally notice them. Valerie asks, "What's going on here?"

Alice decides to show off to her mother and she says, "How do I look, mother?"

Valerie smiles at her daughter and says, "All I can see is a younger me dressing up like a Dragon Princess, and a younger Red dressing as a Dragon Prince. But why are you disguising as them?"

Ash says, "We got a call from Drayden, the Opelucid Gym Leader. He wants us to go there and gives the students there a speech."

"Wait, are you talking about the Opelucid Gym Leader Drayden?" Delia widens her eyes at the mention of the name. "Does that mean..."

"He knows the fact that we are Ash and Alice? Well, it is a long story." Ash says as he starts to remember the day when they show their true selves to the Dragon Masters.

(Flashback)

"Milotic, use Blizzard!" Ash yells as the Pokemon shoots out the giant blizzard, which causes the Druddigon to faint.

Drayden says, "Well done, Red. You won this Legend Badge."

As Ash takes the badge and thanks him, he says, "Red, is it possible that you come with me to the Dragon Village, Elder and I have something to ask you."

Ash and Alice nod as they follow him, once they arrive at the Elder's Place, they are having a seat as Ash asks, "So Elder, Drayden, what is this about?"

Drayden says, "From your battling style, I think that behind that mask of Red, you are Ash Ketchum, right?"

Ash and Alice are surprised the fact that both elders are able to see through their disguises. Ash asks, "How did you know it was me?"

Elder says, "We have a special sense of judging people thanks to being with the dragons. And we saw it, you were afraid of the past, which is why you were having a new disguise, right? My child?"

Ash nods and says, "Yes, Team Rocket really destroyed my life back then by turning everyone against me. Which is why I don't want to meet people, but I want to challenge the League."

Drayden says, "You are Alice, right? You really are like Red and Valerie."

"You know our parents?" Alice asks.

"Or rather their disguises, known as Shin and Pauline." Elder says. "They were the strongest Dragon Tamers, as they were able to tame the fiercest dragons in the world."

Ash says, "So you know our parents' disguise as well as their doings, that is so cool."

"Indeed." Elder says. "They are a legend in the village as well as the Opelucid City, but right now they are gone...we have a request for you."

Elder then takes them to a room, inside the room, there is a sword and a wand. "Is this..." Alice asks.

"Yes," Drayden shows the picture to them. "They are the weapons that were chosen by the dragons. Red and Valerie as Shin and Pauline use these to stop the rampage of the dragons and save the towns a lot of times with the harmony of Dragon."

Elder says, "Now go on, you should see if you are able to tame it."

Ash and Alice touch the weapons as they glow a blue and pink light respectively, and then they form a bond and Ash says, "Amazing..."

"It seems you two can be the new Shin and Pauline." Drayden says with a smile.

"Indeed. The weapons are yours and we hope you can help us in the future with the duty of Dragon Prince and Dragon Princess."

Ash and Alice nods. "We will."

(Flashback Ends)

"And that's how it is done." Alice says as she shows them the weapons on their hands.

"Wow, I never knew that these weapons look so cool." Luke says.

"Indeed. I like them." Helen says. "They are powerful and good-looking."

"Glad you like it." Ash says as they put their weapons away, "But now we must go."

The others bid farewell to the two as they go to the Opelucid City. Delia says, "So they really have this disguise as well."

Valerie smiles, "It won't be strange if they have all our disguises."

When they are in the Academy, Drayden and Elder are asking them to give a speech for them as well as looking around the campus. They are really welcomed as everyone knows what they did as Red and Valerie. Ash and Alice can only nod as they can't let others know about it.

Just then, they hear laughing as well as mean words from the front crowd, Ash asks, "What's going on there?"

A student tells them, "Oh, the classmates of that class are bullying the two students again..."

"Bullying?" Alice asks as she remembers a little of her past. "What did the two of them do?"

"They wanted to be your students, which is ridiculous since you guys are heroes." The female student tells them.

Ash and Alice understand the situation as they yell, "What's going on here?"

The classmates stop their mocking as they see Shin and Pauline in front of them, Ash notices the two students on the floor shielding themselves as he asks the crowd, "Why are you doing this to these two, what did they ever do?"

The students are nervous to answer, then Alice goes towards the two students. "Are you two alright?"

The two students are surprised to see Pauline asking them, the boy says, "We are fine...are you really the Dragon Princess?"

Alice smiles, "I am, um...what's your name?"

The girl says, "My name is Lucine... this is my brother, Drandon..." Ash and Alice can feel that they are nervous as the crowd is trying not to laugh at them.

Ash says, "We have heard from the others, you wanted to be our students, which is why you were in this kind of state?"

The two of them nod as they frown again, they can hear a lot of people saying something mean towards them. Ash says, "Well, we can take students, but only with a condition."

Drandon immediately says after hearing Ash's words, "Just tell us, we have been waiting for this since we are younger. We really want to have you as our masters."

The crowd flinches as they feel the tense air as they can't laugh out loud. Alice says, "Very well. I can see your heart, so pure and determined. Come with us to the gym, we will show you the mission."

The two nod as everyone goes to the gym as well as Drayden and Elder, who have come to see the ruckus. Ash sends out a Rayquaza and Alice sends out a Kyruem, much to everyone's shock. "Are they Legendary Pokemon?" "No way...they are the strongest Dragon Types..."

Drayden and Elder are also surprised as well, but what surprises them the most is that Ash takes Drandon and Lucine to the middle of the field as the two Pokemon are approaching them.

"Being like us means that you have to learn how to tame fearsome dragons, and these two are the most fearsome dragons in the whole world. If you can prove us that you can tame them, then we will consider taking you two as students."

Lucine and Drandon is shocked at first, as they didn't expect this to happen. Lucine shows her determination and says, "We have come this far, we can't let that scare us."

Drandon nods in agreement, "Indeed. They are nothing compared to the hardship we faced."

As the two students walk towards the two Pokemon, the two Pokemon give out the mighty roar, some of the students who are watching are feeling scared at the power, but Drandon and Lucine just go closer like it was nothing. Then the two Pokemon try to shoot out attacks on them, much to everyone's shock. But the two students doesn't dodge it as they face them. And the attack lands on the ground in front of them.

Ash and Alice see the scene as they form a smile. They walk towards them as Ash says, "You have passed the test. You are brave and strong, but you still have a lot of learn."

Alice turns to Drayden, "Principal Drayden, is it possible if we take these two under our care? After all, their efforts are accumulated for this moment."

Everyone gasps as they can't believe that these two did it, Drayden nods and says, "Very well. You can take them. I am sure that they will like to come with you as well."

Ash smiles as the two students are happy. "We did it, brother. We are now their students."

"I know. Our dream has come true." Drandon says.

Once the class is over, Ash and Alice take the two on the plane, much to their confusion. When the plane is auto flying, Ash and Alice sit with the two as Ash says, "You see, you make be wondering what is under our masks. I hope you won't freak out."

As the two take off their masks. Drandon and Lucine are shocked as they recognizes the hero Ash Ketchum. Ash tells them everything about his father and Alice's mother, as well as how they are the current ones and also how the world betrays them. The two can only look at them in awe.

"Wow...so does that mean we are also chosen by you guys? Will we be able to meet Arceus?" Lucine asks.

"Of course, that is if we go to the Sevestar Island." Alice says.

After they arrive at the place, they are greeted by everyone else in the island. Arceus also meet the siblings as he is also impressed with how they do in the Opelucid Gym after Ash and Alice tell them everything. Not only they are having the title of Dragon Knight and Dragon Valkyrie, they also get the new Pokemon such as Latias, Latios, Rayquaza, the creation trio, the Tao trio, Zygarde, Guzzlord and Naganadel. They were also offered to be in the Team Plasma as well as helping them, and they are going to like it.

Here is a new chapter, this tells how Drandon and Lucine join Ash and his friends. Now that the other characters are introduced, the last ones are Ash's adoptive siblings.
