Gabriel is quite the innocent Angel~ Xenovia is yeah, she definitely doesn't like the painting while Irina loves it, she might get a knew one. Koneko did yeah, she's over the craziness of the situations. Haruki's said he wouldn't mind her joining to her, this was more of an official offer. Vali could probably beat Arthur yeah. Koneko and Xenovia unexpectedly have teamed up. Isane did yeah, she's doing rather well. Gabriel did yeah, she wishes to make sure that they're safe. Yeah, I'd have them be around Vice Captain level since it gives room for improvement while also being strong. That sounds cool for Attack on Titan. Maybe Lavinia will be. Suzaku could be appearing soon. Maybe Haruki could have been yeah.

Well, with those reviews out of the way, it's time to start the chapter!
Fight for Excalibur!
As the situation unfurled within the human world, in the Underworld however Haruki was finishing off his duties before heading back. He currently was with his King, Serafall, helping her fulfil some duties that she had received.
Going through the requests as quickly as possible, Serafall noticed something seemed to be on Haruki's mind.
"Haru-chan, it's alright, Gabriel is gone now."
Haruki glanced at Serafall, seeing how she had a serious face on.
"Fufu, I think that's what you're okay about. Though you should be nicer to her."
"I am nice to her~"
Haruki didn't know if he could believe that.
But he shook his head as he continued doing his duties.
Serafall stuck out her tongue while showing a small blush on her cheeks.
"So, have you finished what you came to the Underworld to do Sera-tan?"
Haruki asked.
"Soon, I'll be finished. Then I can come back to the human world! Baah, being away from my adorable Queen sucks."
"Don't worry about it, I'm sure we'll get some time together soon. If Sirzechs-sama, and his Queen can, then we can as well."
Serafall thought that made sense.
Haruki smiled at the young woman, before pulling closer, and placing his lips on top of her own.
Capturing her lips in a lustful kiss that they shared together, Serafall moaned as Haruki sent a small jolt of electricity through his lips, and went into her body, spreading throughout her system, and caused her to shiver in delight.
As they were kissing one another, the door flung open to reveal that Ravel was coming inside.
"Haruki-sama!" She called, Serafall pouted as she pulled her lips away from his own. "A-Ah, I'm so sorry Serafall-sama!"
"No, you don't have to worry Ravel-chan, Haru-chan and I will continue later."
Haruki gave a bemused look towards her.
Then he looked towards Ravel.
"Ravel-chan, ready to go?"
Ravel knew they couldn't say anything in front of Serafall, since she would worry about Sona and the rest of them.
"Oh yes, I'm ready. I was waiting to see if...you were ready to come with me?"
"Of course, I'm ready when you are."
Haruki stood up, and smiled towards Serafall.
"Haru-chan, I'm going to hurry, then I'll come and follow you soon!"
"Right, I'll be waiting for you my cute King."
Haruki bows, and leaves with Ravel.
Once out of earshot of Serafall, Ravel looks towards Haruki.
"Haruki-sama, some of the leads we've been going through have finally reached a few answers. If nothing else, it will help the others in Kuoh, and lure him out."
"Yes, you're right. Even if he is being sneaky, he wont be able to escape for much longer. I've also been hearing from Azazel, and he said that Kokabiel has brought shame to the Fallen Angels, so if he dies, then that's how it has to be. So, I'd like to finish this as quickly as possible, and hopefully Sera-tan doesn't find out until it's over with."
Haruki's words brought comfort to Ravel.
"You're right Haruki-sama, we should go and finish this as quickly as possible. Serafall-sama...she might become enraged..."
Haruki nods his head, and takes off together with his Bishop, to gather Vali and Kuroka so they could make a clean sweep together.
Arriving at the first location, Haruki, Vali, Ravel and Kuroka all went towards the large building that was before them. It was clearly hidden from the world, as Haruki could see that there were several barriers around it, attempting to block off the signatures inside.
"Geez, to think that Kokabiel was hiding within Japan this entire time, yet being so far away from Kuoh as well?"
Ravel mused aloud, Haruki inclining his neck.
"I think he probably wanted to be close enough for him to launch an attack, but far away so he didn't get noticed. This place he's been residing is a place that isn't well known for people living here. So he picked an isolated place. I'm sure that he'll probably make his move soon enough, we've been gone long enough for him to do it."
Haruki turned to Kuroka, who nodded.
"Though he isn't in there nyaa, I do feel as if there's something inside of here."
"Great, then lets deal with this quickly."
Vali stepped forward, and showed her hand.
"You know I could just freeze the barrier..."
As he said it, Vali unleashed a devastating wave of demonic power, crumbling the barrier immediately.
"Hmmm, the power that the Queen piece provides, it's a rather good deal, I could use this to my advantage."
"Fufu, the Queen is one of the most important pieces, you know Vali-chan?"
"Yes, and now with the power, I feel as if I'll be able to fight even longer than before. I might even be stronger than you are now Haruki."
Haruki smiled at the challenging look she was giving.
"Perhaps we'll have to see which is stronger in the future, wont we?"
Vali smirked right back at the young boy.
She was ready for the challenge anytime.
Kuroka stretched her arms above her head as they walked forward.
"So it shouldn't take us all that long for us to deal with this enemy. If he was inside, then he'd be quaking right now nyaa."
"But if he isn't inside, then what is?"
Ravel curiously asked.
Haruki folded his arms.
"Kokabiel must have realized that he alone wouldn't be able to beat me, and he knows of our connection Vali-chan. Even if it is just a little bit, then you'd think he'd have something to try and give him the edge."
"Probably, that would be a smart approach, it depends how cocky Kokabiel is going to be and if he's going to let his arrogance to take over or not."
As she said it, they walked to the giant building.
It was larger than several warehouses put together.
Tall enough to make a three story house look small.
Getting to the gates, Haruki punched forward, smashing through the large metal doors, tearing them off their hinges, and sent them flying into the large room.
As he did, Haruki peered into the giant hall.
He saw on the ground that there were several magical circles on the floor, beginning to being activated.
Kuroka scowled at them.
"That's a summoning magic circle nyaa. Haruki-chan, are you going to freeze it so they can't be summoned here?"
"Hmm, but if they aren't summoned here, Kokabiel might try to attack the others while we're here."
"I agree, it's probably best to make sure that they're taken care of here so Kokabiel can't surprise the others."
As Vali said it, the magical circles all glowed brightly, and revealed many creatures before them…
No, it was the same one, replicated a good number of times.
The creatures that appeared before them were guardians to the gates of Hell, with three large heads, attached to a single body. Being over ten meters tall, breathing out fire, and giving off a menacing glare, each of the large Cerberus dogs all turned their darkened eyes onto the four that had appeared.
Haruki, Vali, Kuroka and Ravel counted about twenty of them appearing.
"Wow...a bit over the top for him, huh?"
Ravel mused, Kuroka smacked her lips.
"Cerberus' huh? Damn, to have this many, it seems that he was desperate."
"Fufu, he might have even more. I wish there were at least fifty, that would be a good sporting match."
Haruki laughed.
Though the Cerberus were indeed strong.
For Haruki, Vali and Kuroka they weren't that troublesome. Even Ravel Haruki believed she'd be able to take the Cerberus'. Though for the moment, they knew getting rid of these would be the best so they didn't have to worry about therm attacking the group back in Kuoh.
As Isane was fighting Raynare, Koneko, Yuuto, and Saji faced down Freed. The former looked ready to fight, Yuuto held anger within his eyes, therefore keeping his composure was difficult, Saji himself looked unsure of how the fight was going to go, but knew he'd have to do his best since he was in a life and death situation.
Koneko briefly brought out her phone and sent a message to her allies, before putting her fists up.
Freed showed a disturbed face, and brought up his sword.
"Shall we beg-"
Before he could finish, Koneko extended her hand and shot off a wave of Senjutsu power.
Freed's face turned dark as he jumped back, but Koneko shot forward, her fist filled with Senjutsu and brought it down towards Freed.
He brought up his Excalibur sword, and blocked the shot. But the shot from Koneko was strong enough to cause the surrounding area of Freed to be broken through with the pressure alone, added onto the Senjutsu.
"Aaah! Geez, you aren't an ordinary Loli, are you?!"
As he said it, he pushed Koneko back, taking out a gun and fired off several shots towards her.
Koneko with surprising speed began to dodge out of the way of the bullets, and the one that did get through was blocked by the Rook's defensive capabilities, surprising Freed, who then saw Koneko charging up her fist.
"Yuuto-senpai, go ahead now."
As she said it, she smashed her tiny fist into the ground, and sent Senjutsu rippling through the ground, which caused it to become unstable. The ground was uprooted, Freed felt the ground shaking so much that he barely could keep his stance.
As Koneko did it, Yuuto already moved in close, and brought up his sword for Freed, Freed being unstable thanks to the attack, dodged the best he could, but Yuuto's blade reached his body, slicing across his right arm.
"You bastard!"
Freed yelled, and turned his gun to Yuuto, firing off several rounds.
Yuuto went to block with his sword, when Freed increased his speed thanks to Excalibur Rapidly that he was wielding, and sliced through the sword Yuuto had, as the bullets came raining towards him with the intention of piercing through his heart.
Koneko on the other hand wouldn't allow it, seeing Freed doing what he was, ripped some of the ground out, and tossed it before Yuuto, taking the bullets for him, as it sailed by him, Yuuto being surprised to see Koneko doing that.
"Loli-sama! Stop getting involved! Although that was kinda cool..."
Freed admitted at the end, believing that she was showcasing a good level of power, even if he hated to admit to such a thing.
"I am Haru-senpai's Rook, I have to be strong."
Koneko replied with a deadpanned face, as Yuuto swung for Freed with a new blade.
Freed retreated back, but saw the ground behind him was broken and mismatching, so he had to keep his wits about him.
Saji stepped forward as he held up his hand.
"Stretch my line!"
On Saji's hand, there was a cute looking deformed lizard face equipped. The line was coming from its mouth, and shot for Freed.
"Such a pain!"
Freed tried to knock it away with his Holy Sword, but the lizard's tongue changed its direction and went downwards. It stuck onto Freed's right foot, and it started to swirl around his leg. Freed tried to cut the tongue off with his swords, but it went past as if the tongue didn't have any physical form.
"You can't cut it that easily. Kiba! With this he can't escape! Beat him down!"
Koneko wore slight surprise that despite Saji complaining, he wasn't doing such a bad job at it at all.
"Thank you!"
Yuuto brought up two swords, and rushed towards Freed.
"Having multiple Demonic Swords. Are you the possessor of Sword Birth, perhaps? Wow. You are guilty of having a rare Sacred Gear, you know!" Freed showed an excited face while swinging his sword out, cleaving through the two blades of Yuuto's once more. "But, it isn't enough for my Excalibur. Maybe I should fight the Loli-sama instead."
Koneko could see that the sword that Freed possessed, and wondered the best course of action for them to take.
Freed then jumped high, and swung for Yuuto as he came down.
But the Holy Sword covered in a blue white light, broke Yuuto's sword, and kept going for his body.
However, Koneko crossed the distance, and swung her fist covered in Senjutsu for the blade, clashing so violently that the ground around them was torn up, Freed received a heavy blow from Koneko's attack which blew him backwards, while Koneko received a small cut on her hand.
Yuuto was shocked to see that Koneko had the strength to contend with Excalibur. He knew she was strong...but he didn't have any idea that she was this strong, and fast as well. But since she was a former Maou's Rook, and now Haruki's, he knew that he'd have to expect things like that going forward.
"...The holy power has gone into my body a little… but, I'll use Senjutsu to overcome such a thing...in the meantime, Yuuto-senpai, don't do anything reckless."
"I know Koneko-chan, I'm sorry."
Koneko shook her head, as she pulled back.
"...Saji-senpai, keep using your line to distract Freed, and pull him when he's striking Yuuto-senpai. If you do that, Yuuto-senpai's sword doesn't need to cut through Excalibur, it can cut through Freed himself. If the wielder is weakened, then the sword becomes invalid as a tool for destruction."
Koneko's words were quite wise, both of the males were surprised but happy at the same time to see her taking control so easily.
Yuuto then took a step forward, and aimed his sword towards the ground.
"…Sword Birth!"
Yuuto summoned many swords that came around him, and the others. Freed also was being surrounded by swords, but due to the weakness of the blades durability not being up to scratch, Freed was able to cleave through them and make sure that they crumbled down to dust.
"Sword Birth, should be called Sword Death! Your swords hold no true power, you can't reach my body."
"Even if you believe that, it doesn't make it true. I wont give up this chance, that sword in your hand is going to be destroyed!"
Yuuto disappeared with his Demonic Sword as soon as he found an opening, and came in from the right hand side. Even Freed was having slight difficulty in keeping up with him, but when Yuuto appeared before Freed, he thought he had got him, and tried to cut him down.
But Yuuto disappeared, only for a Demonic Sword to appear where he was heading for Freed's chest.
Freed growled, blocking the sword with his own sword.
"Nice trick you little shit! But my Excalibur is Excalibur Rapidly, faster than you are!"
Freed's sword vibrated so fast that it seemed to disappear from sight all together, and then he destroyed the sword that Yuuto had given to him.
The metal fragments flew up into the air, as charged for Yuuto himself.
"Have this!"
Getting before him, Yuuto stabbed the ground and created a wall of swords in hope to slow Freed's sword down.
"My swords!"
However, it didn't even do that as the swords were cut apart by the might of the sword that he had.
"Is this it really?!"
As Freed's blade went towards Yuuto's form, the blade was stopped mid-air, as Freed suddenly was pulled away, his leg losing balance thanks to Saji's Sacred Gear, so Yuuto who didn't have a sword in hand, swung his leg up very fast, and nailed him in the face with a strong kick.
Pushing him backwards, Freed bled from his mouth, as Koneko who had recovered charged forward, and elbowed Freed so hard in the stomach, he spat out blood, and went flying backwards, smashing into the ground several times.
"Aaaaaaah!"
Freed coughed up some more blood, Yuuto saw this as a good chance, and brought up his sword, running fast to take down Freed.
"I'll take him down right now!"
Getting before him, he brought up the blade, before swinging it down towards Freed to cut him down.
Freed was surprised, and recovering from the attack, thought that he'd be ended by this kind of attack…
But then a barrier formed before him, blocking off the attack immediately. The barrier was sturdy, and was able to repel Yuuto's sword long enough for Freed to swing his hand out, trying to cut down the young man.
Yuuto retreated, looking for the source of the barrier…
And then found him.
The man that he reviled.
"Hmmm. Sword Birth huh? It's a Sacred Gear that can have an infinite number of powers depending on the possessor."
The man was Valper, the man that Yuuto hated, and remembered from back when he was a child. Seeing his face brought back haunting memories, he looked so shocked and felt sick to his stomach that he didn't know how to respond.
Meanwhile, Haruki and the group faced down the many Cerberus' before them, with Ravel looking between the group, and the Cerberus themselves.
Haruki saw one of the Cerberus' coming for him, so he extended his hand. The flames of the Cerberus came out, and shot a large fireball towards him. He mused which to do within his mind, if he should freeze or blast it.
But Vali stepped up, and shot her own demonic power out, and crushed the giant fireball, with the demonic power continuing going for the Cerberus. The Cerberus raised his claws to slash the power, but the power of demonic energy overcame the Cerberus' body and killed it out of existence within a moment.
"Vali-chan, I was about to make a move."
"I made a move first."
She replied, with Haruki shrugging.
"Well, I can't deny you did. Now allow me to have some fun~"
Haruki shot forward, tightening his fist.
A claw of a Cerberus came out, and tried to slice Haruki in half. But he extended his brilliantly black Fallen Angel wings, and caused them to shoot out feathers which pierces through the claws of the Cerberus, then he thrusted his fist forward.
The Cerberus tried to bathe Haruki in flames, but the fist Haruki had, added to the Rook power inside, he broke through the flames, and hit the Cerberus' body, as he unleashed his Holy Lightning within said Cerberus, and killed it by shocking it so much, drawing a good deal of blood out of it before it died as a result.
"I kinda feel bad about killing Cerberus."
Ravel spoke up, thrusting her hand to the sky, before she waved it back down and unleashed a flamethrower like attack. The attack came out and clashed with the flames of the Cerberus she was facing.
"Fueee, I wouldn't worry Ravel-chan, I'm sure that everything is alright. These beasts seem to be mindless to me, they are only acting on instincts. I'm sure that Kokabiel-chan wished to do that so they'd be more battle hungry."
As Kuroka said it, Ravel's flames overcame the Cerberus, incinerating the Cerberus on the spoke.
Kuroka then noticed two coming for her, so she waved her hands.
"Nyaaa, have my Senjutsu power and Youjutsu power mixed together~"
Mixing the powers into strong spheres of energy, they floated around her before she moved her hand to the two incoming Cerberus'.
The flames attempted to break Kuroka's power down, but she manipulated them mid air, and changed their Trajectory, allowing them to slide around the attacks, before reaching the opponents body.
The explosive force of the attacks was enough to completely kill off the attacking opponents, with Kuroka smiling to herself.
"These seem a little more stronger than the average Cerberus, but they aren't much stronger. Only more feral I guess nyaa."
Kuroka used a barrier to block the flames that the Cerberus had released.
Haruki gave bemused eyes towards the young woman, before he extended his hand upwards, and created a massive spear of Holy Lightning. Responding to it, Vali also did the same with her demonic power.
Standing side by side, they both turned to one another.
"Best finish this quickly."
Vali advised.
Haruki wasn't against it.
"Sure, it would be best to do this quickly after all."
Haruki and Vali turned their hands towards the opponents, and shot off their attacks.
The Cerberus' aimed their flames, and their claws at the incoming attacks.
But the strength of Vali and Haruki, especially together, the Cerberus' didn't have a chance of overcoming.
Their attacks killed them off while creating a massive explosive force.
The explosive power swept through the large building and destroyed its very foundation.
Haruki and Vali made sure the attacks didn't bother Kuroka or Ravel as they did.
But once they were done, landing on the ground, Ravel clapped her hands together.
"Mixing your powers together, you worked quite well to defeat these opponents."
As she said it, Haruki gained the attention of the others while smiling.
"Thanks Ravel-chan! Now that we're done, lets search around to see if there's anything else Kokabiel hidden and if not, lets head off to Kuoh."
The trio nodded at their King and got to work immediately to deal with the situation.
Back with Yuuto and the others, Yuuto glared up at the old man who simply sneered back down towards him. Freed looked between them, sensing the history and mocked Yuuto by laughing.
"Valper, you've come to help me then?"
Yuuto tightened his hand, seeing the man before him, his anger couldn't be quelled.
"…Valper Galilei!"
Valper didn't deny it, looking down towards Yuuto.
"I certainly am. You are?"
"I'm one of the people that you killed!"
Valper gave an uncaring look.
Yuuto didn't like that, and shot for him.
His blade came for the old man's neck, but Valper looked at him with curious eyes, before he placed his hand out, summoning a barrier to block Yuuto's strike, before he shot off a burst of magical energy that sent him flying.
"My life has been dedicated to studying Holy Swords, and Excalibur, but I know how to defend myself from pests such as yourself young man."
His cold words caused Yuuto to feel anger.
Valper didn't care, and turned towards Freed.
"Freed. What are you doing?"
"Old-man! I can't run away because of this guy's weird lizard tongue!"
"Hmph. You still can't use the Holy Sword perfectly yet. Use the element I gave you more wisely. I'm researching because of that. Gather the holy element that is running throughout your body to the blade of the Holy Sword. With that, you should be able to cut it."
"Yeah, yeah!" Freed's Holy Sword had started to gather auras and started to glow. "Like this! Horyah!"
Saji's Sacred Gear was cut with ease, and the only thing that was holding Freed was gone.
Freed laughed, but then Xenovia wordlessly appeared with her sword gunning for Freed. Freed placed a hand on his stomach where he was attacked by Koneko, feeling both the external, and internal damage.
But he didn't have time to worry as Xenovia came down with her sword, and unleashed a destructive force. The attack alone caused the surroundings to break, similar to how Koneko brought her strength, Excalibur Destruction held a strong power that could do something similar.
"Freed Sellzen. Valper Galilei. Rebels. I will cut you both down in the name of God!"
"Ha! Don't say the name of the hateful God that I hate! You bitch!"
Freed's words didn't cut within Xenovia, who seemed to respond with annoyance on her face for the young man.
"Freed, I'm shocked you are having much trouble against this girl."
"That Loli-sama over there wounded me! My body feels sore inside for some reason!"
Valper looked to Koneko, and then adopted a disgusted face.
"She's a Nekomata, it seems. So she probably used Senjutsu on you, so I can see why you're feeling sore inside. It is good that she didn't unleash her full power, she'd end up killing you if she attacked you several times. But it doesn't matter, this Church warrior is annoying my eyes, I'll lend you my assistance."
Freed and Xenovia exchanged swords, but then Valper placed his hand out, summoned some power for the unsuspecting blue haired girl. Koneko knew she'd have to move quickly, so she pushed her power to her legs, and jumped forward.
As Valper released the shot, Xenovia saw the attack and widened her eyes.
However Koneko came in and used her Rook defence to take the shot.
But the shot was strong, and flung her down to the ground. Hitting it hard, Koneko winced as Yuuto called out "Koneko-chan!" only to see that Xenovia was pushed back by Freed who took advantage of the attack Valper gave Koneko when Xenovia's guard was down.
Landing on the ground, Valper looked back towards Xenovia.
"The Church must be desperate to send you, who is a fledgling Exorcist."
"I'm also surprised that you know some magic. I thought that you didn't bother delving into fighting?"
"Fighting isn't my forte, but I did learn a bit once coming together with Kokabiel-sama. I do have some enemies that might try to take advantage of my weakened state for their advantage. To give me an edge, I was able to learn basics, and apply them in the best manner that I could do."
Xenovia was surprised that Valper did go that far.
While he wasn't an expert, the fact that he could damage Koneko, and cause her to be blasted into the ground as she was, did shock her, and then there was Freed who was able to wield Excalibur so well as well.
"Valper! It isn't enough you experimented on my comrades, now you target my new friends!"
Valper shrugged his shoulders.
"All necessary for what I wish to achieve."
As he said it, Irina and Isane came running up. Isane saw Koneko sitting on the ground so she went towards her, while Irina saw Xenovia clutching her sword very tightly, and aiming it towards the enemy.
"Xenovia!"
"Don't worry, I'm fine. Are you?"
"Ooh yes!"
"...But it seems the picture still survives."
Irina scowled at Xenovia while Freed looked between Isane and Irina.
"Ise-chan! Look, it's me! Do you remember me?! How are your cute parents?!"
Isane's angry eyes shot for Freed.
"You shut the hell up!"
Freed pulled out his tongue.
"It seems that I've hit a nerve, haven't I? But you have gotten cuter lately, is it because you became a hateful Devil? Because you're a disgustingly evil young girl? Is that how you justify becoming a Devil?!"
Isane glared at him.
She hated Freed so much.
She wanted to attack him, and she wanted to end up at the same time.
Valper looked towards Irina, and then towards her picture.
"...Oh my, that picture is horrible."
Irina's shocked eyes went towards Valper.
"...I'm sorry?"
Irina's words were filled with sadness and inner strength.
She couldn't…
She wouldn't allow anyone to badmouth her painting she cherished.
Least of all someone like Freed, and Valper, people she didn't care for at all.
"Your picture, it is very offensive to the eyes."
"You don't appreciate good art!"
Irina yelled back, while Freed laughed.
"It's terrible, like you Exorcist bitch!"
Irina's eyes began to water as Freed yelled that out.
"Hey! Don't you say that about her or her terrible...her picture!" Isane recovered quickly. "She loves it and she's a really good person, so don't be awful to her!"
Freed stuck out his tongue, as he pulled out an orb of light.
"Valper! We need to go now, right?!"
"There's no other way."
"See ya! The alliance of Church and Devils!"
Freed threw down the ball of light on the ground.
The light blinded all of them, and by the time it died down, they were gone.
"Should've seen that coming really..."
Koneko noted, drawing an amused look from Isane.
"We are going after them Irina."
"Okay!"
Xenovia and Irina nodded at each other and sprinted from their location.
"I'm going after them too! I won't let you escape Valper Galilei!"
"He-Hey! Kiba! Geez! What's going on!"
Yuuto also disappeared, with Koneko going to stand, but winced as she looked down at her body. She didn't feel any major damage, though the holy power still was within her ever so slightly, she didn't have time to fully get rid of it before.
Isane bent down towards Koneko.
"Koneko-chan, are you alright?"
"...Yes, and what about Raynare? Did you handle her?"
Isane thought back to the Fallen Angel, and what she said.
"...Yeah, we handled her."
Koneko noticed a tonal shift, tilting her head.
"...Are you alright?"
"Haha, why wouldn't I be? Yeah, I'm totally fine!"
Koneko didn't believe her, and wasn't sure what to think about it.
Though it was clear that there was something bubbling deep within Isane that she wasn't sharing.
"When I thought that the flow of power was irregular…"
"This is certainly troublesome."
Two familiar voices came out from behind them.
Isane and the others turned to see that Rias and Sona were stood together, the former looking on with curiosity, and the latter was looking on rather coldly, wondering what was going on.
Isane and the others didn't know what to say.
Though Koneko hoped that the others would be alright.
Meanwhile with Kuroka and Haruki, they continued doing their duties as Ravel and Vali had split off from them and continued their search. Kuroka noticed however that they were alone, and she thought that now would be a good chance to bring up something that she had been feeling deep inside for a good while now.
Kuroka pulled closer, and grabbed him by the shirt. Peering into his eyes, she gave a bright cat like smile.
"Haruki-chan, before we go, can you tell me something?"
"Sure, what's that?"
"That fight you had with Vali-chan, it was very difficult, right?"
Haruki nodded.
"Yes, that's right. Quite difficult."
"But, you seemed so determined. Why though? Because Vali-chan is strong?"
Haruki thought about it and ultimately shook his head.
"I don't think that it really has to do with power. I just think Vali-chan could use a good place to be, and I believe that I could help her with her goals, and she could help with my own. I'd like people that I can trust, and be content with."
Kuroka smiled, and pointed to herself.
"So, you trust me then, right?"
Haruki raised a brow, as he nodded.
"Naturally, I'd not offer you a place if I didn't."
Replying with the truth, Kuroka couldn't hide the growing smile that was on her face.
"Nyaaaa...I think I know what I'm going to do. To be honest...I was surprised that you'd want me in your group."
Haruki raised a brow.
"Why did you think that?"
"Well...it's not like I thought it was you...I kinda thought that maybe I wouldn't have believed that I'd ever see myself in a group. But, I've seen that Shirone is really happy to be in your group. The first day that she became your servant. She had a smile on her face all day, she looked super happy nyaa."
"I'm glad she did decide to follow me."
Kuroka couldn't deny she also felt like that.
She felt Koneko was happy being next to Haruki.
"Me too nyaa. Shirone deserves to be happy."
"But so do you, Kuroka-san."
Hearing those words, Kuroka couldn't help but smile.
She really did like Haruki and how he thought, and how his words could offer support.
"Nyaaa... Haruki-chan, I might not get all the major stuff going on, but I do know that you are someone that Shirone has chosen, and I also believe that I have chosen also."
"So...do you wish to join my group?"
Haruki began, Kuroka gave a smirk, as she pushed her finger to his lips.
"There is one thing that I want though Haruki-chan."
"What's that?"
Kuroka winked towards Haruki, and then took his hand, placing it on her right breast. She moaned as his hand slowly moved across her breast, and ran up her long silky neck, and went towards her face, gently touching said face.
"Haruki-chan, I know Shirone would get jealous if I stole you away, so how about Shirone and myself? Since you've been with Akeno-chan and Serafall-sama now, you're free to be with others, right? So how about us? We both really care and love you."
Haruki lightly smiled.
"I love you too Kuroka-san, you're very important to me. The same with Koneko-chan. I couldn't imagine a life without you two in it."
Kuroka almost melted at the words.
To hear them caused her to feel warm deep inside.
Due to her past, she never thought she'd be able to find such a feeling of love.
But with Haruki who had saved her, taken her in and even protected her, and her little sister, and even made her little sister feel good as well, Haruki was someone that she wished to be beside, and someone that she cared for.
"You know, if it was anyone else, I'd wonder what the motive was...but, you've always been so straight forward nyaa. You've always been able to make me feel calm and to be able to bring out my potential. Because of you Haruki-chan, I have good friends, and I get to be with Shirone everyday. That's all I could ever ask for."
"I know what it's like to be separated from your sibling, I didn't want that for either of you. So I knew back then, now, that I have to do what it takes to make sure that you're all safe and protected. But most of all, it's because you're important to me."
Kuroka was satisfied with those words.
She could feel deep within herself that he was being truthful, and that he was speaking from the heart.
"So, Shirone and myself, right nyaaa?"
Haruki chuckled at her words.
"Fufu I promise Kuroka-san. Once this ordeal with Kokabiel is over with."
Kuroka tightened her hand and thrust it into the sky.
"Yes nyaaa! Afterwards, I'll become your cute servant~ But being with you Haruki-chan, I do still have my goal of repopulating the Nekoshou's, and if that's with adorable kittens that are sadists...then I couldn't be happier~"
Haruki had to admire her for her goals.
She did wish to be happy, and to bring new and interesting aspects to her species, something that he was like as he was half human and half Fallen Angel.
Watching her smile brightly, and be happy, Haruki in turn was happy for her.
Kuroka then wrapped her arms around his neck, and brought him in for a kiss on his lips. He returned the affection that she was giving out, and in turn kissed him deeply. Her tongue pressed inside of his mouth, showing how wild she was going to be, which he found rather refreshing.
As the two came together and were kissing, Ravel and Vali returned.
"Kuroka-sama, taking advantage of such a situation."
Kuroka turned to Ravel, without breaking the kiss, and winked.
Ravel gave perplexed feelings, as Vali ignoring the situation since she didn't care as she only really cared about her own relationship with Haruki and didn't worry about what the other girls were doing, posed her thoughts.
"We didn't find anything."
"I'm not surprised, better to check than not."
Haruki spoke up, breaking the kiss from a reluctant Kuroka.
"If there's nothing here, shall we..."
As Ravel was going to speak, Haruki heard his phone go off.
Taking the phone, he saw the message from Koneko, and frowned.
As he did however, Kuroka growled.
"We've got company."
Turning to where Kuroka was pointing, Haruki saw someone he'd rather not ever see again.
Standing there wearing gothic lolita clothing with ribbons running through her hair, was a young woman with a sinister yet playful smirk on her face.
"Walburga...pleasure as always."
Walburga laughed as she stared deeply into the eyes of Haruki.
After the events of the Holy Sword Excalibur fight with Freed, Rias and Sona looked towards their respective servants, and Koneko who was sat close by. Asia and Akeno also had arrived on the behest of Rias, with Asia beginning to heal the small wounds that the two had suffered, though since they were small it didn't take her all that long.
Sitting within a park, Rias was speaking with a mixture of worry and relief.
"While I'm glad that you are okay, I was worried when I sense the clashing of powers."
"...The pervert handled herself very well."
Koneko praise surprised Isane, and even Rias.
"Is that so? Even then...though you aren't my peerage member Koneko, I also did worry for you."
Revealing that from deep within her heart, Koneko bowed her head.
"...I don't regret my actions, because I did it for the sake of Yuuto-senpai and to make sure that he didn't go down a dark road. Isane-senpai was also doing the same thing. Saji-senpai seemed to be moved to tears by the story Yuuto-senpai gave so I'm not sure how to comment on him."
Koneko glanced at Saji, not forgetting what he said about Sona, and saw that he was physically cringing.
"Me too Buchou, I couldn't stand by and watch a comrade go down a dark path! I had to do something, and I knew that you had your hands tied...I really am sorry about it, but like Koneko-chan I don't regret my actions!"
Hearing that, Rias put on a complex expression.
She didn't know what to feel.
But ultimately, she had to settle on feeling relief for what was going on.
"Well, it can't be helped. I think that you both have good hearts. But Asia got worried."
Asia looked slightly confused since she hadn't said anything about it.
But she rolled with it, and nodded.
"Yes, I did worry that you both were in danger, so I am glad that you are here and safe."
Rias nodded, and moved closer to Isane.
"I can't punish you Koneko, but Ise...ooh yes, I can punish you."
Isane paled, and looked around.
She then saw that Sona was punishing Saji.
Koneko liked seeing that, since she recalled how Saji was.
Though she did feel slightly sorry for him as Sona looked merciless.
"H-Hey, Kaichou! I'm really sorry!"
"Sorry isn't acceptable."
Saji cried, while Rias placed her hand up.
"Ise..."
As she spoke, Akeno took her hand and placed it down.
"Buchou, I don't think this is the right way to punish her."
"Akeno, do you have something better in mind?"
Akeno nods, and turns to Isane.
Showing a sadistic smile, Isane didn't know what was going to happen next.
"Haruki's body is off limits for a month."
As soon as she said it, Isane flew into a crying mess.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOO! AKENO-SAN, YOU CAN'T TAKE HIM AWAY FROM ME!"
"Ufufu, that's how it is."
Rias rubbed her chin, seeing the despair look on Isane's face.
"That is a good punishment for Ise..."
"NO IT ISN'T! I NEED EVERY PART OF HIM! ESPECIALLY HIS MALE PART!"
Asia blushed while Koneko shook her head.
"Sorry Ise-chan, but that's how it is. Don't you think it is good?"
Akeno asked, but Isane shook her head wildly side to side.
"NO! I CAN'T HAVE IT TAKEN AWAY! I NEED TO SEE IT AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK OR I BECOME WEAK! PLEASE DON'T LET IT HAPPEN BUCHOU! I'LL DO ANY PUNISHMENT, BUT NOT THAT!"
Rias giggled, she did like how Akeno had teased her this once.
"I see, it seems that you are sorry."
"YES! YES! OF COURSE I AM!"
"Well, if you truly are, then I'll not do that to you Ise."
Isane crumbled to the floor, and placed a hand on her heart.
"Geez, I almost lost Haruki's member then..."
As she said it, Koneko sensed a dark presence.
Her eyes went to the school, and for a few seconds sensed what was going on.
But then she sensed another presence, and turned to the right hand side.
"...Senpai's, he's here."
While saying it, she pressed a number on her phone and sent a message to Ravel and Haruki.
As she did, Kokabiel came walking closer and looked between each and everyone of them.
"Fufu, it seems that your boyfriend isn't here anymore. What a pity."
Sona and the others scowled.
"Even if Haruki-kun isn't here, we aren't helpless."
Sona said with a confident face.
"Is that so? But because he isn't here, I get to finally have my fun."
"Kokabiel, what are your true objectives?"
Rias demanded, seeing that Kokabiel was tightening his hands.
"It's to start a new war of course. The Fallen Angels have lived in the shadows of Devils and Angels for too long. Michael, and the rest of them are all trying to go for peace. But that isn't an answer. One needs to stand above all. So, if I can begin a war, then Azazel will have to make a move, even if he doesn't wish to. Though, it seems that he's also being quite drawn into the idea of peace. He's a weak willed individual, but now that I'm going to start a war, I'm going to start with the Maou's siblings. Killing you two, will be the first step."
Rias scowled and folded her arms.
"If that's the case, then we wont allow you to continue on!"
Kokabiel smirked.
"Don't worry about that, you wont have much of a chance. Though it seems that Raynare failed in capturing the Sekiryuutei. That damn useless Fallen Angel. If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself." He expressed as he extended his hand to the school. "Ten minutes to make it to the school, or this town is going to burn."
With those words leaving his lips, Kokabiel went to move, when Koneko came up, and slammed her fist deep into Kokabiel's body.
"Koneko!"
Rias let out with worry.
Isane panicked as did Asia, while Sona focused her gaze on what Koneko did, knowing she'd only do something if she was sure of it.
Akeno gave a worried look also, hoping Koneko wasn't going to be hurt.
Kokabiel's body smashed deep into the ground, as Koneko flipped forward, and delivered a sharp kick to the opponents body, crushing him with her incredible strength.
"As I thought, that wasn't Kokabiel."
Rias turned to Koneko with confusion.
"What do you mean?"
"Yes...it is true that he looked and acted like Kokabiel, the true Kokabiel appeared at the school moments before this person showed up." As she said it, the person that seemed to be Kokabiel vanished his form and revealed a humans appearance, a deceased one at that. "Kokabiel was controlling him like a puppet, he probably was worried about a direct confrontation in case Haru-senpai set something up, he's at the school using some kind of spell but from here I can't tell what it is. I can only presume it is to do with dealing with Haru-senpai, believing he'd be the main threat."
"So he's at the school..." Sona began as she looked to the others. "Rias, I'm going to gather my peerage and place a sealing barrier around the school. It should buy us a few minutes."
"Right, then I'll have my peerage assault him and stall for time until Haruki and the others can arrive back."
Koneko nodded at that.
She knew Haruki wouldn't be far behind...
Back with Haruki and the others, the woman before them didn't waste timre attacking, and unleashed holy flames in the form of a cross towards them all.
Responding to it, Absolute Demise appeared in view of the others, and waved out her hands, creating a massive torrent of ice that clashed violently against the purple flames. The intense attacks cancelled the other out, with Absolute Demise taking a stance against the purple flames that were before her.
"My, the Princess is as ever, scary~"
Walburga giggled out, playing with the ribbons in her hair.
"I'm shocked that you showed yourself, Witch."
Walburga wagged her finger.
"Now, now Onii-chan. How cruel. You knew that I'd come by one day again, because you did kill Augusta after all."
As she said it with a smirk, Haruki shrugged his shoulders.
"She was causing trouble for Slash Dog and could have potentially killed him, so I ended up taking care of her together with Vali-chan, that's all. Though I seem to remember you bolted the moment that your Master lost the upper hand."
Vali recalled those events, and remembered Walburga.
Walburga laughed.
"She was a wise and strong woman, my Master-chan."
"I did wonder what happened to you. So how come you've appeared now? Are you perhaps in league with Kokabiel?"
Walburga waved her hand.
"I wouldn't go that far. I just admire that he really is trying to cause problems. Though he is going to fail."
"And then you, who takes advantages of any situation, is going to rise from the ashes and take his place?"
Walburga smacked her lips together defiantly towards Haruki.
"You know me so well that I'm surprised. Though this isn't a situation like that. I'm simply here to make sure you know that your time is coming to a close, that's all. I am going to show you the power of my flames, and I'll burn you into ashes."
"My ice will always freeze your fires, any fires that happen to come across me."
Haruki said in a manner that displayed killing intent.
He didn't like Walburga for what she had done in the past, and how she had caused trouble.
"My, you do sound scary Onii-chan. What am I, a helpless girl going to do?"
"Don't play the helpless card, you're far from it. Being the apprentice of Augusta, you have the power to cause a lot of problems. If I don't take you out here that is!"
Haruki shot off a massive bolt of electricity.
The woman before him smirked, as the Holy Lightning went through her body…
But it appeared as if it was an illusion.
Haruki wasn't surprised that she did that, it would make sense since he knew that Walburga preferred fights when she knew she'd be the clear winner, and he knew right now that even if she fought she'd not be able to win the fight, otherwise
"So, she's transferred her spirit here then?"
Kuroka nodded at what Ravel said.
"Yes, that's why I felt as if she was here nyaa. The attack she did with holy flames probably was transported from a different location. But, doing that in such a manner would mean that she'd have to be close by..."
"Kuroka-san, search for her."
Haruki said, so Kuroka did just that.
While she was, Walburga laughed.
"Even if you find me, you wouldn't be able to beat me, King of Ice."
"Show yourself then, and show me your Longinus."
Haruki baited.
He knew she wouldn't take it, as that was how Walburga was.
"Hmm, I don't feel like revealing myself just yet though. If I did, then I'd surely become in trouble. But, don't worry, I will be seeing you face to face soon enough. And when I do, I will make sure you die and I will get revenge for Augusta."
"You don't need to pretend to care about her, because I could see in your eyes even back then you only used her to gain power. Though she only used you for your talent as well, so the pair of you deserved one another."
Walburga shrugged her shoulders.
"Maybe I'm just being generous right now, but I feel as if I should tell you that perhaps once you're dead, then I'll be killing those you care for dearly. I hated when you beat us that time, Augusta was stronger than you."
"Augusta was full of herself and arrogant. She had a good decent amount of knowledge on magic, but she let her arrogance cloud her mind and she fell from grace."
"The magicians under my command would surely love to kill you, Ice King. They also respected Augusta."
Haruki went to speak when noticing something beside him.
"It seems that my Queen is itching to fight you."
Vali from the side of Haruki was radiating an aura, and showing a strong intent to kill.
Walburga cringed, while Ravel moved forward.
"Did you really just come here to taunt Haruki-sama? And if so, what do you accomplish by doing it? As he said, you don't have the power to defeat Haruki-sama, he has fought the holy flames of Incinerate Anthem before, and he's overcome them."
"While she was wielding them, but not me. I've grown a good deal stronger since back then, learned some forbidden spells. I'm sure that even you would be shocked by the amount that I've studied, so don't try and think you can be above me even now."
As she said it, Haruki showed no signs of backing down.
"Intimation wouldn't work on me because you aren't that scary."
Vali could see that Haruki was playing on Walburga's nature of wishing to be the strongest and her cowardice at the same time. Vali could also see that Kuroka was having some difficulty in finding her, so she was using high level hiding spells so in doing this, weakening her concentration, she'd be able to be found more easily.
"Are you sure about that? Because I can be rather frightening."
As she said it, Haruki laughed.
"I thought that the wielders of Incinerate Anthem would be powerful, but all I got were cowards that tried to use others as ways to get advantages over opponents. If that's the only way you can win in a fight is to involve others and hurt innocents, then you aren't a warrior in my eyes. You aren't even human at that point."
As he spoke, he could see that she was getting more and more agitated, so he laid it on thick.
Knowing that if she did break her concentration then Kuroka could tell him, and he'd attack her within a moment to make sure that she'd go down.
"Listen you...you Fallen Angel reject!"
"Listening you human reject."
Adding fuel to the fire, and saying with a laugh to make her be more irritated than ever, it worked as she growled.
"You will be burned down to the ground! You are nothing! I'll make sure your death is slow and painful!"
"Got her, she's on the right."
Haruki didn't waste time and thrusted his hand towards the right.
Gathering a mass of Holy Lightning, he shot it at the coordinates that Kuroka gave.
He saw Walburga scream as she released her illusion.
Unleashing a massive wave of Holy Lightning, everything within a mile was obliterated in a straight line.
His massive power destroyed it within seconds.
"Did you get her?"
Ravel wondered, but Haruki shook his head.
"No, she wouldn't have died from that, she would have teleported away. I also felt a small resistance to where she probably was, so she had a barrier up, and therefore stopped my attack for a brief moment. Still, it was enough to scare her off."
Haruki replied, Vali huffed.
"Damn Witch always did cause problems, like her Master Augusta."
"Yes, it is true she is pesky, she might become dangerous if she gains strong allies with those holy flames of hers. But if she had them then she'd use them right now so it's safe to say she isn't ready for a confrontation and came here to remind us of her presence to put us on guard to try and manipulate us, but we wont fall for her tricks and lies."
Vali inclined her head at what he said.
"It makes sense, she always was one to toy with her enemies even when she was clearly outmatched. Still it troubles me she's returned now, we can't rule out she is in the process of making allies."
"True enough, once this is over with we'll begin doing some investigations into her. However, ignoring her for the moment, we've got to get back to Kuoh. Walburga there paused us for a few minutes so we need to go and make sure Kokabiel isn't doing anything. Perhaps it was her plan, though even if it is Kokabiel, I have every confidence that Rias-chan and the others have the power to stall him for these few minutes."
"We get to kill him, right?"
Vali said with a strong smile on her face, one ready for battle.
"Yes, I was given the order that we were allowed to take him out, Gabriel-san also told me that if we did then she'd support our actions and I remember Azazel also saying that Kokabiel is no longer with the Grigori so essentially he's a free agent not tied to any faction, therefore..."
"That allows us to take him out without causing trouble for the Fallen Angels."
Ravel finished off, Haruki nodding a single time.
"Exactly Ravel-chan. So now...lets go and finish him off before he causes more problems."
Vali smirked at the situation and serious tone that Haruki had.
Ravel was rather excited, she always loved doing things like this.
Kuroka was glad since once Kokabiel was out of the way, then she and Koneko would be able to come together with Haruki.
Finally Haruki himself also showed excitement, since he wished to have a good fight against a Fallen Angel.
One way or another, Kokabiel was about to meet his end.
Irina rushed through the forest together with Xenovia. Irina felt nervous about doing this, because she knew that things could go south pretty quickly if they didn't keep their wits about them. Xenovia pressed on however, determined to get Freed and Valper.
"Irina..."
As Xenovia spoke, suddenly shooting out of the woods was Mittelt herself.
Wielding a spear of light, she came at Xenovia who scowled, only for Irina to pull her blade forward, and cut into the spear of light, creating sparks between their blades, she then pushed the young woman back.
"Xenovia!"
"I know, this Fallen Angel could be troublesome. But if we hang back now..."
"You go, I'll be right there!"
Xenovia wasn't sure.
But she saw the look on Irina's face, so she bowed her head, and took off as fast as she could do.
Irina then turned her blade to Mittelt.
"Are you going to really fight against me?"
Mittelt scoffed the question out, Irina in turn gave a perplexed look.
"You attacked us, of course I have to fight..." As she spoke, she saw Mittelt's eyes going towards Irina's painting. "...why are you looking at my painting?"
"What is that painting supposed to be?"
Irina's eyes furrowed upon the blonde haired girl.
"You can't tell?"
"No, it looks like some monster coming out of the depths of hell!"
Irina's face turned into a scowl, she wasn't pleased in the slightest.
"No, that's not what it is. That is Haruki-kun's painting."
"He painted that disgusting piece of art work?!"
"No, it is Haruki-kun's image! And it isn't disgusting either!"
Irina yelled back, quaking slightly due to what was being said about her painting.
"Oh...that's kind of a shame, because that doesn't look like him at all."
Irina wasn't thrilled by this.
It felt like a personal attack.
She walked to a tree, placed the painting down before turning her sword back onto Mittelt.
"That isn't nice, you know? Because this is an image of Haruki-kun, a very great one at that!"
"No it isn't! It is terrible!"
"Please don't say that!"
"I'll get rid of it and you!"
Mittelt rushed forward, spear in hand.
Responding, Irina pulled her sword forward, and clashed against the blade. Using expert swordsmanship, Irina twirled her blade right, and forced Mittelt in that direction, while turning her sword into a whip, and slapped Mittelt's upper body with enough force that she went flying backwards.
Hitting the ground hard, Irina turned her sword back into a katana, and then rushed the young woman.
Mittelt let out a squeal, and shot off her spear.
"Haaaah!"
Irina didn't hold back, and cut the spear down in the sky, as she continued onwards.
Mittelt got onto her feet, summoning a spear to her right hand side, and twirled it around, before she clashed against Irina once more. Swinging left and right, Irina blocked the strikes, before she shot up into the air, and then aimed her weapon down.
She created a spear with her weapon, an elongated spear that she used at a decent range, slicing the weapon out of her hand, and continued for Mittelt's body, Mittelt cried and placed her hands out, summoning a barrier before it could reach her form.
Mittelt's barrier held out, though she was pushed back by the attack at the same time.
"Waaah! You're crazed, aren't you?!"
Irina landed on the ground, snapping her hand and formed her blade into a katana once more.
"I am not crazed, I am merely fighting."
"And using your sword too well! I mean, how are you doing that?!"
"Because I've been trained to fight."
"S-So have I! Kokabiel-sama believes in me!"
To Irina, it didn't sound like Mittelt actually believed those words.
If anything, it just seemed like bravado.
"I don't know if that's true or not, but I do think that there's something going on deep within you. Are you worried right now?"
"I'm not scared!"
Irina shook her head.
"I didn't ask if you were scared, I asked if you were worried. Are you worried?"
Mittelt clutched her hand tightly, showing a rage inducing expression.
"You don't know anything about me, so don't act so high and mighty! Besides, you're going to be one of my victims! Kokabiel-sama needs me to take your blade, and give it to the old man so he can create Excalibur in its entirety again!"
Irina thought that Mittelt was rather wild in her words.
"But, the Excalibur can't be reformed again fully. Unless he has all of the pieces, and to my knowledge, the final Excalibur piece hasn't ever been found, so why are you suddenly saying such things?"
Mittelt scowled, as she took a stance against Irina.
"Be quiet you! I'm going to finish you off right here and now! Along with your painting!"
Mittelt took her spear, and aimed it for Irina once more.
"I wont stop until..."
As she spoke, Mittelt snapped her fingers.
From the snap of her fingers, the magical circles appeared on the ground. Lightning up beautifully, the lights swam around Mittelt as many Exorcists appeared. Wielding guns and swords of light, Mittelt smirked at the sight.
"You know, I thought maybe I'd be able to do it alone...but, Kokabiel-sama needs that Excalibur, and I don't want to die because of him. So, either hand over the sword, or I'm going to have to pry it from your cold dead fingers."
Irina gritted her teeth.
Against Mittelt, she was sure that she'd be able to win.
But a good deal of Exorcists working together with Mittelt. She knew she'd be able to handle a good few Exorcists. But together with Mittelt...and she didn't even know where Kokabiel was, if he showed up, then it could be over for her.

So this chapter continued on from last with the deal with Freed, Koneko and the others gaining the upper hand before they ran away. Akeno had an amusing punishment for Isane which shocked her quite a bit. Haruki, Vali, Ravel and Kuroka went towards a hideout of Kokabiel's, and took down a large group of Cerberus that Kokabiel planned to have overwhelm Haruki or anyone that he came across, but thanks to their efforts managed to take them down quick enough.
A blast from Haruki's past came and revealed Walburga and Haruki have met previously, and showing antagonism to one another, to the point that Walburga flees when believing Haruki had tracked her down, while Haruki and Kuroka had a moment between them. Irina also seems to be going through quite a number of things, and now she's battling Mittelt who has a good decent size number of Exorcists backing her up.
