Chapter 34

Kairi laughed, moving to sit on top of Riku, happy to see him smiling up at her from where he was lying on the bed, Sora lounging beside him, leaning up on one elbow. They were taking a short break from their World trips, needing some time to rest and relax after dealing with Heartless and the Organisation. His hands moved naturally to her waist and that made her even happier. He was losing his hesitation in touching them, accepting their affection and returning it, even initiating things now and then.

She leant down and kissed him, hands braced on his chest, feeling one of his hands move up her back, over her shirt. She sat up enough to yank the shirt off, wanting to feel his touch on her skin. He didn't pull away, just resting his hand against her skin before beginning to stroke up and down her spine even as she went back to kissing him. She felt movement and then cold skin pressed against her back briefly, trapping Riku's hand between them, before Sora pulled back a little, kissing her shoulders and throat.

A quick glance showed that Sora's hands were running over Riku's still clothed form, Sora up on his knees much lower down Riku's body…he grinned at her and then settled his weight down, Riku gasping. Oh! She looked back to Riku, to make sure it wasn't too much for him. Amber eyes were wide, he was panting softly, but he didn't seem to want Sora to stop.

"Okay?" she asked him, leaning in again, and Riku gave a shaky nod. Thankfully, he was strong enough to take their combined weight.

She reached for his shirt and it took a few moments of wriggling to get him out of it. Once that was done she went back to kissing him, caressing his shoulders, arms and chest, feeling Sora's hands occasionally brush her legs as he explored lower, even as he continued to press kisses to what he could reach of her skin. She felt sharp fangs drag across her skin and moaned at the sensation, arching her back. The hand moved from her hip to gently touch her covered breast, curiously exploring, and she forced her eyes open to look at Riku again, seeing the concentration on his face. A cold hand skimmed the back of her bra and she nodded even as she reached out to stroke Riku's cheek. His eyes widened slightly when the piece of cloth slipped free.

She felt bold and brave with both of her boys there. She wanted to make Riku feel good too, kissing him hungrily, finding herself rocking against him, need for more growing.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Sora rolled his hips against Riku's even as he kissed Kairi's throat, having to fight the urge to bite down, his hands alternating between their bodies. He wanted them both so badly that it was hard to think, to try and keep himself under control. The hand Riku wasn't touching Kairi with reached for him, clumsily touching his chest and then moving down his cold skin to the waist of his pants. Were they going too fast…he moaned as Riku inexpertly touched him through his pants, panting for unnecessary air.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Riku honestly didn't know what he was doing as he touched them both. He could see how much Kairi was enjoying it, only Sora's moan letting him know he was doing something right for him. It felt so good…his eyes widened as Kairi lifted up off him, worried he'd done something wrong, only to watch as she yanked her skirt and underwear off in one go. He couldn't help it as his eyes wandered over her revealed body, seeing everything for the first time. He felt Sora shift and then his own pants were given a cautious tug, questioning. For a second he froze, unsure, but then he lifted his hips to let Sora pull his clothes off. When Sora settled again, he knew he'd stripped as well.

It was overwhelming, so much bare skin against him, such different temperatures, he didn't know what to do, squirming, panting.

"Riku?" Sora called his name breathily, and he forced his eyes open to see him leaning against the panting Kairi's back. "Okay?" his eyes seemed redder than normal, almost glowing…beautiful. "Riku?" he asked again, groaning as Kairi pressed back against him.

"I…" he tried to focus. "Need," he pleaded, not sure what he was asking for.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Kairi twisted enough to look at what was happening when Riku lost all ability to speak, his hands gripping tight to her hips, her eyes widening as she realised what Sora was doing. She watched him move, mesmerised. His head was thrown back, wings partially extended, lips parted enough to reveal both sets of fangs. She whimpered at the sight and his eyes snapped open, focusing on her, hazy concern in his expression. She turned around enough to kiss him, not caring if she nicked herself on a fang, a hand tangling in his hair. When Sora reached for her, she went to him without hesitation, Sora strong enough to support her even as he moved over Riku.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Riku opened his eyes slowly, stretching languidly. His muscles ached from overuse, and it didn't take very long at all for his sleepy mind to recall what had happened. Had they really…? He lifted his head a little to find Sora and Kairi tangled up with each other, each with an arm over his stomach. Yeah, they had. Sora had…he'd…wow. They really did want him, even as he was, otherwise that would not have happened. And…he was glad it had been Sora, he'd have been too scared of hurting Kairi as she was physically the most…delicate of the three of them. Then again, Sora was even stronger than him, and he'd managed not to hurt her, not going by the noises she'd been making anyway.

He felt…content, happy….better than he had since waking in this form. He still wanted his old body back, he always would, but he didn't hate it as much as he had.

Riku glanced back down at them to find Sora watching him, a small smile on his face, and Riku smiled back at him. Of course Sora would know he was awake, Sora couldn't sleep anymore, would have heard and felt the shifts in him as he woke.

"Good?" he whispered, and Riku nodded.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Leon watched the three as they moved about the plaza, something seemed different….oh, well. He hoped they knew what they were doing and no one ended up with a broken heart. The last thing they needed was a fight or something while they had to work together to bring down the Organisation. He caught movement out of the corner of his eye and didn't know whether to groan or roll his eyes as he saw Naminé and Dai holding hands as they looked something over. Teenagers!

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Demyx watched the group interact with interest, it was so different to anything in the Organisation. He had been allowed to join them, which was strange, weren't they enemies? Then again, he didn't really want to fight them or anyone. he'd obeyed orders because of the consequences from Xemnas if he didn't. He couldn't go back, not now, he'd be destroyed or worse for failing, especially if he didn't do something to thin the numbers or something before leaving.

No one here cared if he spent all day working on music or sleeping.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Sora ducked, swiping through a group of Shadows with his Keyblade even as he sent a Thunder spell into some Dusks. The Organisation was definitely picking up its operations, despite its dwindling numbers. He glanced over at where Kairi was blasting away with magic before bashing some with the staff Aerith and Yuffie had gotten her. She was getting really good…if only she had a Keyblade. Riku was by her side, Soul Eater cutting through their attackers, and Sora had to take a second glance at the blade…did it look different?

He shook it off and leapt on the low hanging material roof of a nearby stall, running across it to tackle a fat bandit that was sneaking up on Aladdin. They needed to finish the fight and deal with Jafar once and for all. He'd been a pain as a human and was a hundred times worse as a genie.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Riku dropped to one knee, panting, and then Kairi was there, healing magic spreading through him.

"Riku?" she asked in concern.

"I don't know," he grimaced, the pain not fading. Yeah, he'd taken a few bad hits from Jafar, the genie recognising him and deciding to take some of his anger out on him, despite the fact that they'd been on the same side when he was sealed in the lamp. Guess seeing him with Sora made it pretty obvious whose side he was on now though. Still, her magic and the potions he'd used in the battle should have healed him.

"Riku?" Sora dropped to the ground in front of him, eyes wide with concern. He felt Sora's magic wash over him, searching for the problem, and then Sora sighed. "He's not hurt Kairi."

"But he's in pain!" She glared at him, hands on hips.

Sora grimaced and reached out to run his claws through Riku's hair which he'd finally convinced Kairi to cut shorter, not wanting anyone to mistake him for Xemnas in the heat of battle or something. Riku pressed into the caress, one arm around his abdomen. "It's part of the change," Sora admitted. "Your body is starting to shift to faerie, did Maleficent say it would hurt?"

Riku shook his head. There had been no mention of pain!

"Right, then we better go see her to make sure nothing's going wrong."

Kairi scowled but nodded, she didn't like Maleficent or that they saw her, but she also hadn't tried to stop them.

They helped him to his feet and then moved to check on the others, relieved when Genie showed up to fix the damage to the city. Jasmine saw the way he was moving and the next thing they knew they were being settled into a very nice room in the palace to rest in for the night. One room…was it a Princess thing or something to be able to tell who was together? Kairi often pointed out couples on different worlds too. Neither of them so much as blinked when Sora pulled out blood packs for his own recovery from the fight, seeing him feed had become utterly normal to them now, even if he did feel self-conscious now and then about it.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Maleficent studied Riku, frowning slightly as she found the issue. He was asleep on the bed before her, Sora watching her work, surprisingly he appeared curious and not at all suspicious. Had the boy actually come to trust her? He was definitely an odd child.

"Will he be okay?" the young vampire asked.

"There is a conflict between the growing faerie magic within him and the Darkness that forced this form upon him, that is what caused him pain," she explained, amused when the boy swore softly. Who would have thought that the Keyblade master would have such…interesting vocabulary. "Indeed," she agreed with the sentiment.

"Would a Replica body work?" he asked, and then had to explain what one was.

"Perhaps, as a last resort. It would be best to convince his body to revert to its true form. There…may be a way, but it comes with its own risks."

"Of course it does," he sighed, rolling his eyes, and she smirked. "Can it wait? We're planning to hit the Organisations home base within the month."

"I would not wait beyond that," she warned, and he nodded.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

The whole group was working with them on their plan to infiltrate the Castle in the World that Never Was. Talk about a strange name. Axel and even Demyx had given them intel on what was there and the kind of enemies they'd be facing. Only Axel was going with them, Demyx had been obviously reluctant and Sora had told him to stay behind, that they had no right to demand he fight, obviously shocking the blond.

Cloud especially was a big help, he'd had previous military training apparently as a Soldier, and he got the feeling that was capitalised. They all had years more combat experience than the trio though. Dai and Naminé had volunteered to go too, but it was obvious neither wanted to fight. They would remain behind instead as a rescue force if needed. Naminé would know if they were needed thanks to her links to them.

The plan was to infiltrate the place via Twilight Town since it has reappeared on sensors, of course they would be careful to avoid Yen Sid while they were at it. A message had been sent so hopefully Mickey would meet them along the way. There were six of them going, seven if he got the message in time, hopefully they would be enough. Axel and Demyx had told them everything they knew of Xemnas' abilities and fighting skills, the others had added to that when they had free time to talk when not looking after Even or working on Replica's, but none had truly seen him fight, so they were as in the dark as they had been in the final fight against 'Ansem' really. Sora just hoped that his ability to turn Nobodies into Dusks didn't include people as well, it shouldn't, right? After all, they still had their Hearts. So the only one at risk of that should be Axel.

Of course that was when something exploded, and they all rushed out to find all hell had broken loose on the streets.

Sora hissed and swiped a heartless with his claws. "These are from Tron's World!" he yelled, hearing Cid curse and head inside to his computer.

"We need to get to the Castle!" Leon yelled, the ex-Organisation members were there, looking after the still unstable Even and working on the Replica issue. For Heartless from the digital world to be appearing in town…

Sora nodded and took off, knowing Donald and Goofy were at his sides, Riku and Kairi better suited for fighting in the open streets of the town then the tight corridors of the lab area. And if they had to go into the computer, it would be better to take those who had been before.

Sora immediately moved to Ienzo's side, helping the disorientated scientist back to his feet. "Are you alright?" he asked.

"I will be," he answered, moving to stare out the window at the machines that were…making Heartless? He then moved to the computer. "The MCP is using the data in the computer to create Heartless," he explained.

"That MCP sure doesn't know when to quit, does it?" Donald grumbled.

"That's a computer program for ya," Goofy shrugged.

"How's Tron doing?" Sora asked, worried.

"I can't reach him, he must have been forced onto the game grid," Ienzo answered with a frown.

"Awww..."

"We'll go check on Tron," Sora moved to where the transportation device was. He was a little wary of the thing, despite having been in multiple computer worlds now. the digital Twilight Town had looked normal though, easy to ignore the truth there.

Thanks. Cid and Merlin are putting together an MCP Eradication program. I think it's almost finished, too," Leon offered as he joined them. "Listen, we're gonna need Tron's help when that Eradicator's completed..."

"Don't sweat it. We'll make sure to tell Tron!" Sora grinned at Leon.

"When you find Tron, could you tell him to come to the I/O tower? That's where we'll upload the MCP Eradication program."

"The I/O tower. Got it!" Goofy nodded.

"Thanks. And watch your backs," Leon's words were barely heard as the device activated, sending them into the familiar Pit Cell.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Riku dodged, slashing through the Heartless, back to back with Kairi. He hated that Sora was going right into the heart of the danger, but he could take care of himself and he had Donald and Goofy to back him up. Still, he felt better when he could watch his back himself. How long had they been fighting? How long would it take them to find out what was going on and stop it? The towns defences were going haywire, targeting them more often than the Heartless. Sooner or later, a civilian was going to be hurt or worse with the way things were going.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Leon hurried into the computer room and typed on the keyboard.

"Warning. User control is terminated indefinitely."

He struggled with the computer, pounding his fists on the keyboard. "No good!"

"Leon, let me try," Aerith smiled at him and he handed over the disk.

"This is your final warning. Stop at once."

She walked to the drive and inserted the disk. "Bon appetit! Don't talk with your mouth full," she told the program as the disc was accepted.

"What...what are you loading?" it demanded.

Aerith grinned at Leon who just crossed his arms and shook his head, but she could see the faintest trace of a smile for a second.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

"Now for the MCP!" Tron told them as Sark collapsed, defeated. Could you call a program 'dead'?

"This thing is the MCP?" Sora asked as they stared at the….floating thing that kind of had a face? Not the weirdest thing he'd seen but still…

"That's it. Ugly, isn't it?" Tron asked.

"Tron... Don't you understand? We don't need Users. We've advanced-they're superfluous. Be a part of me, and together the world will be ours to control!"

Tron shook his head thankfully, not that Sora thought he'd agree. "MCP. You still don't get it, do you?"

The MCP stopped spinning, and Sora called his Keyblade to hand, ready for anything.

"Sark..." it called, confusing Sora since the body was lying there, unmoving. "Sark! all my functions are now yours!"

That was not good!

A wave of data shone down onto Sark's neck, his body coursed with energy. The

Commander stood up, towering over all of them as he had grown to massive size. He

stomped over to them even as the MCP formed a data barrier around itself.

"Eliminate all threats!" The MCP commanded.

Sora felt Donald's magic wash over them, protecting them with Aero spells. They aimed at his legs, beating him down several times until he stayed down. After that it was easy enough to deal with the MCP; a beam fired from Tron's Identity Disk at the heart of the MCP was all that was needed. The MCP turned blue and vanished, the data streaming in Sark became corrupt and he disappeared.

Tron jumped for joy. "We did it!"

Sora laughed happily. "I see Tron has a silly side, too."

"I learned it from you. Of course, I do have my silly limits," Tron informed him with a smile.

"Okay, then I'll tweak your program when I get back to the User world," he teased, and Tron looked a little alarmed.

"You? Maybe we better not try that."

"Aww...How 'bout it, guys? Singin' Tron? Dancin' Tron!" Sora spun around. "Sound good?"

"Yeah!" Donald cheered.

Tron was basically giggling. "Okay, okay, fine. But before I crash-Sora, Donald, Goofy...and all the Users out there... Thank you... You really helped me. You made me so much stronger. You taught me what friendship is truly all about. And, I'll never forget it. As soon as I met you, I knew we were going to defeat the MCP and free the system." He held his hand out and Sora took it, shocked when Tron pulled him into a hug.

"Uhh..."

"Isn't this what Users do when they're sorry to say goodbye?"

"Uhhh...it's a first for me," he admitted.

"Gawrsh, Tron, it's like a promise that we'll see each other again real soon," Goofy told him.

"Okay. Well, then..." he moved, hugging the other two as well. "I promise." He started to back away slowly.

"Where are you going?" Sora asked in confusion, suddenly worried.

Tron waved, and then jumps into the core, where the MCP was deleted. Sora, Donald, and Goofy ran to the edge and watched him fall.

"Tron..." he spread his wings, ready to dive after him, but Donald grabbed his wrist.

"We gotta trust Tron," he told him, and Sora hesitated, but then nodded.

He better be okay. "Right, let's go home."

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Kairi looked up in awe as beams of light shot upwards, relaxing back as Riku put a hand on her shoulder, worn out and willing to let him support her. Magical shards of light fell around the city and she reached out to catch some. "I remember…" she whispered.

"Kairi?" Riku asked in alarm.

"Radiant Garden," she turned her head to look up at him, feeling the tears gathering in her eyes. "This was Radiant Garden, I was born here."

Riku's eyes widened and then he was hugging her close.

"Just like the old days..." Cid commented nearby.

"Hmm... I'd be fascinated to ascertain as to when the town got such a dreadful name as Hollow Bastion!" Merlin added.

Probably around the time Maleficent took over and the Heartless multiplied, taking over and scattering the people. Which lined up with her arrival on the Islands.

"Do you want to look for your family?" Riku asked her.

"I don't think I have any left," she admitted. "Grandmother was already very old, even if she survived the fall…she's likely dead now."

"Hey, you two alright?" Axel called, and she lifted a hand to wave to him and Demyx.

She was relieved when Dai and Naminé appeared from the direction of the market, dishevelled but they didn't look hurt. Soon all of the group was back safely, and she hugged Sora tight, making him grin before they headed inside to finish their planning.
