I stood there in shock, I couldn't believe what I had just heard. We weren't just late, we were REALLY late. Just last night we were eating and talking with a young Amelia Pond, and now here she was a grown woman standing before us.

Amelia stared at the two of us as realization dawned on her face, "Come on", Amelia said as she dragged us both behind her.

"Prisoner Zero will vacate the human residence or the human residence will be incinerated", the booming voice said, sounding like it was coming from everywhere.

"This way", Amelia said walking passed her door as Prisoner Zero started barking at us along the way. Once we were a safe distance away, we stopped, then the Doctor and I turned to face Amelia.

"You're Amelia", the Doctor exclaimed, "And you two are late", she told us and began to walk away.

"Your Amelia Pond? The little girl", I asked her as the Doctor and I quickly ran to catch up with her.

"Yeah. I'm Amelia and you're late", she told us again, "What happened", the Doctor asked her. "Twelve years", she replied bitterly.

"You hit us with a cricket bat", I told her, "Twelve years", she repeated annoyed, "Cricket bat", the Doctor argued.

"Twelve years and four psychiatrists", she told us, "Four", the Doctor and I asked her at the same time.

"Why", the Doctor asked Amelia, "I kept biting them", she told him and we turned to look at her. "They said you weren't real", Amelia clarified as she glanced between the Doctor and I.

"Prisoner Zero will vacate the human residence or the human residence will be incinerated", we heard the voice say out of a speaker from a ice cream truck nearby.

"No, no, no, come on. What? We're being stalked out by an ice cream van", Amelia questioned unbelievingly as we ran towards it.

"Not exactly", I told her as the Doctor pulled out the radio, "What's that? What are you playing at", the Doctor asked the ice cream man.

"It's supposed to be the Claire De Lune", he told the Doctor as the radio repeated what it said about Prisoner Zero and incinerating the human residence.

"Doctor I think they're broadcasting it", I told him quietly, the Doctor sat the radio down, we looked around and saw everyone getting the same message.

"Doctor, Voyager? What happening", Amelia asked us, the Doctor was quick to grab my hand, and pull me along with him.

"Doctor where are we going", I questioned as we ran, then jumped over a small white fence, and went inside the house nearby.

"Doctor! We can't just-" I hissed, but stopped as we went into the living room and saw an elderly lady look at us in shock while trying to get her television to work.

I was quick to smile politely, but awkwardly at her as I gave the Doctor a look, "Hello! Sorry to burst in, we're doing a special on television faults in this area", the Doctor told the woman.

Then Amelia ran in, "We're also investigating crimes in the area too", I told her as I glanced at Amelia who immediately straightened up giving a look of authority.

"Right let's have a look", the Doctor said as we walked up to the elderly lady to examine the television.

"I was just about to phone. It's on every channel", the woman told us as she handed the Doctor the remote, I watched as the Doctor tried switching the channel, but every channel was the same.

"Well, hello Amy dear. Are you a police woman now", the woman asked Amelia, "Well sometimes", Amelia told her awkwardly. "Amy", I questioned quietly.

"I thought you were a nurse", the woman questioned and I lifted a brow amused, "I can be a nurse", Amelia told her awkwardly.

"Or, actually a nun", the woman said and I raised my eyebrows at that as I looked back at Amelia, "I dabble", Amelia said trying to explain herself.

The elderly lady nodded, "And who are they", she asked gesturing towards the Doctor and I.

"Who's Amy? You were Amelia", the Doctor said and he turned to face her.

"She's allowed to change her name if she wants to", I told the Doctor quietly as I gently grabbed his arm, "Yeah", Amy agreed as she heard what I had said.

The Doctor gave me a look, before looking back at Amy, "Amelia Pond- that was a great name", the Doctor told us, "Bit fairy tale", Amy told him and I gave her a sad look.

"I know you, don't I", the elderly lady asked the Doctor and I, "I've seen the two of you somewhere before."

"Not me. Brand new face. First time on", the Doctor told her and then proceeded to stretch out his face, "Might've seen her though", the Doctor said gesturing towards me and I gave her an awkward smile as she looked at me questioningly.

"What sort of job's a kissogram", the Doctor asked Amy in an effort to change the subject, though I would've changed it to something else.

"Doctor, shouldn't we focus on what's being broadcasted", I asked him and he shushed me, I gave him a look and placed my hands on my hips.

"This is important", he told me quietly, "She has a right to her privacy", I whispered back, "I need to know", he whispered back, I sighed, shook my head, and nodded raising my hands in defeat.

"Now, what sort of job is a kissogram", the Doctor asked Amy again, "I go to parties and I kiss people", Amy admitted awkwardly.

"In different outfits", I asked her with my hands on my hips, "Yes", she told me, "Even the nun", I said scrunching up my face, "Yes, it's a laugh", Amy sighed in exasperation.

"You were a little girl five minutes ago", the Doctor told her and I gave him a look, "You two are worse than my aunt", Amy told us.

"I'm the Doctor, I'm worse than everybody's aunt", he told her and I scoffed at that, "Well, she's all grown up now. You can hardly blame her for making her own choices...no matter how weird they may be", I told him and then shrugged.

"Yeah...Oi", Amy said a little offended, "And you're hardly any better", the Doctor said pointing at me and then I saw him visibly wince.

I narrowed my brows at him as I crossed my arms, "And what's that supposed to mean."

"I can't-", "No, no, no, no", I said cutting him off, before walking up to him, "Not this time. Tell me what you meant", I said moving my hands to my hips.

"Sorry to interrupt, but are you two a couple", the elderly woman asked us, probably wanting to ease the tension in the room.

I sighed, "I don't-", I began to say before the Doctor cut me off, "Yes", and I was quick to shut my mouth before looking at him in surprise as he looked back at me.

"This isn't how we wanted to introduce ourselves", the Doctor told the woman in an effort to change the subject. Then he grabbed a radio, pulled out his sonic screwdriver, pressed it against the radio, and then listened to the same message over different stations in different languages.

"Okay...so it's everywhere", the Doctor told us as he sat the radio down, "So, they're broadcasting to the whole world", I asked him and he nodded, "Yes", he told me, before he ran to the window, opened it, stuck his head out, and looked up.

"What's up there", Amy asked him, "What are you looking for", I added.

Then he stuck his head back in, "Okay, planet this size, two poles, your basic molten core. They're going to need a forty percent fission blast", the Doctor told us.

"But they'll have to power it up", I told the Doctor, "Exactly", he told me as a man walked in and entered the living room. The Doctor was quick to walk up to him to check his height measurements compared to the man who had just walked in.

"So assuming a medium-sized starship, that's twenty minutes. What do you think twenty minutes", the Doctor asked the man. Amy and the elderly lady gave the Doctor an odd look as I narrowed my eyes at him.

"Will that give us enough time", I asked the Doctor, "It should as long as we use it productively", he told me.

"Are you the Doctor", the man asked before looking at me, "And are you the Voyager?" I lifted a brow at the man as the Doctor and I gave him curious looks.

"They are, aren't they? Doctor and Voyager! The Raggedy Doctor and Leather Strap Voyager", the elderly woman exclaimed as both the Doctor and I gave them amused looks.

"All those cartoons you did when you were little. The Raggedy Doctor and Leather Strap Voyager", the woman told Amy, before we frowned and then looked at our outfits.

"It's them", the woman exclaimed, looking at both the Doctor and I, "Stop", Amy pleaded, "Cartoons", the Doctor asked, before sitting down on the couch and watched the television upset.

I looked at the Doctor confused, before realization dawned on me and my hearts sank. A lonely little girl dreaming up adventures that would never come. Psychiatrists told her that we never existed. She was probably outcasted. A troubled childhood and it was all our fault.

I thought this as I slowly made my way to the couch and sank into it as my hearts felt heavy with guilt; I buried my face in my hands.

Feeling a hand touch my knee reassuringly, I looked up to see that the Doctor had reached over in an effort to comfort me. I lowered my hands and held his as we smiled sadly to one another.

"It's really them", we heard the man say from behind us, before the Doctor pulled away.

"Jeff, shut up! Twenty minutes to what", Amy asked as the television showing a giant eye relaying the same message over and over again about Prisoner Zero.

"The human residence. They're not talking about your house", I told her solemnly, "No, they're talking about the planet", the Doctor added, "Somewhere up there, there's a spaceship and it's going to incinerate the planet."

"Repeat, Prisoner Zero will vacate the human residence or the human residence will be incinerated", the booming voice said from the television.

"Twenty minutes to the end of the world", the Doctor stated looking at me, before we looked back at the screen. Quickly exiting out of the house after saying our goodbyes, the Doctor, Amy, and I quickly walked down the road.

"What is this place? Where are we", the Doctor asked Amy, "Leadsworth", Amy told him, "Where's the rest of it", the Doctor asked her and I gave him a look.

"This is it", she told him, "Is there an airport", he asked her, "No", she replied, "Not even a little one", he asked her, "No", she replied.

"Where's the nearest city", I wondered, "Caoucestor, half an hour by car", she told me. "We don't have half an hour", the Doctor told her.

"Well, that's good! Fantastic, that is twenty minutes to save the world and I've got a post office. And it's shot", The Doctor exclaimed as he gestured towards the building; I narrowed my brows, looked over at it, and then gave him a look.

"What is that", the Doctor exclaimed as we all ran towards a pond, "It's a pond. For ducks", Amy told him obviously.

"Why aren't there any ducks", the Doctor asked her, "I don't know. There's never any ducks", she told him.

"Then how do you know it's a duck pond", the Doctor asked her, "Then how do you know it's a duck pond", he asked her.

"It just is. Is it important, the duck pond", Amy asked him, "I don't know, why would I know", he asked her as I gave him a worried look.

"Doctor, are you alright", I asked him, "Of course I'm alright agh-", he said, before we suddenly grabbed our chest as our hearts pounded painfully.

"Now this is too soon", the Doctor said from the ground, "I'm not ready. I'm not done yet."

"Your regeneration", I asked him, "Yeah, this is giving me trouble like last time", he told me. "Last time", I asked him and he gave me a look, I sighed, "Right. Too soon."

Once the pain was gone we noticed that a large shadow was overcasting us, looking up we saw something covering the sun.

"What's happening? Why's it going dark", Amy asked us, before the thing that was covering the sun went away as it glared down at us. I narrowed my eyes at it...a force field, I wondered.

"What's wrong with the sun", Amy asked us, "Nothing. You're looking at it through a force field", I told her.

"They've sealed off your atmosphere, now they're getting ready to boil the planet", the Doctor added as I glared up at the force field.

Suddenly, all around us, we noticed people come out to observe the sun and take pictures of it. The Doctor stood there looking at them, "Oh and here they come. The human race. The end comes, as it was always going to do- down on video phone", he said annoyed, I walked up to him and grabbed his arm.

The Doctor turned to look at me and I glanced over at Amy as she was freaking out, her breath quicken as she said, "This isn't real, is it? This is some kind of big wind up."

"Why would we want to wind you up", the Doctor asked her, "Are you alright", I added, "Yeah...it's just you told me that you both traveled in time", she told us and then turned to give us a sad look.

"And you believed us", I told her, "Then I grew up", she told me, "Oh, you never want to to do that. No, hang on, shut up, wait. I missed it", the Doctor said before physically facepalming himself and I gave him an odd look.

"I saw it and missed it; did you see it", the Doctor asked the last part to me, "Um, see what", I asked confused and he sighed in frustration.

"What did I see...I saw", he wondered as he looked at the group of people taking pictures of the sun. Only I noticed one man in a nurse's uniform who was facing away from, but holding up his phone.

I narrowed my eyes and followed his line of sight, that's when I saw Prisoner Zero, who was disguised as a man and his dog. It followed us from Amy's house!

The Doctor turned to face us again, "Twenty minutes, we can do it", the Doctor told us and said the last part to me. "Yeah", I said awkwardly, my voice going higher in pitch.

"Twenty minutes the planet burns. Run to your loved ones and say goodbye", the Doctor told her.

"Or do you want to help us", I added as I turned to face her, "No", she told us.

"I'm sorry", "What", the Doctor and I asked her confused before she grabbed the Doctor's tie, one of my leather straps from my outfit, and closed them both in a car nearby as the diver exited his vehicle.

Amy then grabbed the elderly man's keys, pressed a button to lock, and therefore trappin us as she gave us a narrowed browed look of suspicion.

"Amy", I exclaimed, "Are you out of your mind", the Doctor added, "Doctor", I hissed.

"Who are you", she asked us, "You know who we are", the Doctor told her, "Come on Amy", I added struggling to pull my strap free.

"No really, who are you? Both of you", Amy interrogated us, "Amy look at the sky. We don't have time for this", I told her.

"End of the world, twenty minutes", the Doctor added, "Better talk quickly then", she told us. "Excuse me", I exclaimed, not believing what I was hearing.

"Amy, I am going to need my car back", the man told her as he stood beside us, "Yes, in a bit. Now go and have coffee", Amy told him hotly, I scoffed and shook my head at that.

"Right, yes", the elderly man said, before walking away. After he was gone the Doctor pulled an apple out of his pocket and tossed it to Amy as he told her to catch it, the same apple she gave him when she was younger. She was quick to catch it and then turned it around in her hand to reveal that there was a happy face on the other side.

"I'm the Doctor and she's the Voyager. We are time travelers. Everything we told you twelve years ago is true. We are real. What's happening in the sky is real, and if you don't let us go now, everything you've ever known is over", the Doctor told her.

"I don't believe you", she told him and he sighed at that, "Just give us twenty minutes", I pleaded as I touched her hand that was holding the apple.

"Just believe for twenty minutes", the Doctor said as he did the same and pushed the apple towards her, "Look at it. Fresh as the day you gave it to me. And you know it's the same one."

Amy stared at the apple for what seemed like a long time, before looking up to study both of our faces, "Amy", the Doctor spoke up, "Please believe for twenty minutes."

After a moment she nodded, then raised her hand that held the key and pressed the button to unlock the door.

"What do we have to do", she asked us, "Stop that nurse", the Doctor and I both told her at the same time, before pulling ourselves free from the car. Then we all ran through the park until we reached the nurse and the Doctor nicked his phone from hand.

"The sun's going out and you're photographing a man and his dog. Why", the Doctor asked him as Amy came up behind us.

"Amy", the nurse questioned as they both looked at each other in surprise, "Hi" she exclaimed, "Oh, this is Rory. He's a...friend", Amy told the Doctor and I.

"Boyfriend", Rory clarified and I nodded, "Kind of boyfriend", Amy said and I narrowed my brows in confusion at her.

"Amy", Rory exclaimed, "Alright, alright. We get it. You're together", I said quickly and they were quick to shut their mouths.

"Yeah, so. Man and dog. Why", the Doctor asked Rory, then Rory looked at both the Doctor and I, then I saw a look of realization wash over his face.

"Oh my god. It's them-", "Just answer the question, please", Amy said, cutting off Rory. "It's them though. The Doctor and Voyager. The Raggedy Doctor and Leather Strap Voyager", Rory exclaimed.

"Yeah, they came back", Amy told him, "But they were just a story. They were just a game", Rory said as I placed my thumb and forefinger on the bridge of my nose as the Doctor grabbed Rory's collar.

"Man and dog, why? Tell me now", the Doctor ordered, "Yeah, before he tears your shirt", I joked, placing my hands on my hips. We didn't have time for subtleties.

Rory narrowed his brows at me before answering the Doctor's question, "Right, um, sorry. Because he can't be here."

"Why", I asked him, "Because, he's in the hospital, in a coma", "In the hospital in a coma", the Doctor and Rory said at the same time. Rory nodded, "Yeah", he confirmed.

The Doctor smiled at that, "Knew it. Multi-form, you see? Disguises itself as anything, but it needs to feed. A psychic link with a living, but dormant mind", he said as he straightened Rory's jacket and then poked him on the forehead.

I crossed my arms thinking about it, but that was before we heard a sound of barking coming from behind us. We all turned around to see Prisoner Zero, disguised as a man and his dog, with the man snarling and barking at us.

The Doctor and I took a couple of steps towards it as I placed my hands on my hips, "Prisoner Zero", the Doctor stated. "What, there's a Prisoner Zero too", "Yes", I heard Rory and Amy say behind us.

Then a shadow casted over us and we turned around to see a ship hovering over us with a giant eye scanning the area and the Doctor was quick to pull out his screwdriver.

"See that ship up there is scanning this area for non-terrestrial technology", I told Prisoner Zero as I pointed up at it.

"And nothing says non-terrestrial like a sonic screwdriver", the Doctor told Prisoner Zero, before raising his arm and pressing the button on the sonic screwdriver that let out a loud buzzing sound.

This caused all the lampposts in the area to explode, the cars to go berserk, the phones to ring out of control, and it even made a fire truck drive by itself down the road.

"I think someone's going to notice don't you", the Doctor asked Prisoner Zero and I smiled as they started barking angrily at us.

Then he pointed his sonic screwdriver at a phone booth which caused it to explode as well, "Doctor, I think that's a bit-agh", "Agh", I stopped as I felt a burning sensation on my hand. The sonic screwdriver had malfunctioned or exploded in his hand which caused him to drop it.

I quickly went up to him, "You alright", I asked him, "Yeah, I'm fine", before we bent down to examine the screwdriver, the Doctor then took notice of my hand and grabbed it gently to examine it. Looking over at him, I noticed he looked at me awkwardly before handing my hand back to me.

We gave the sonic screwdriver one last look, before we sighed and stood up. The ship, however, took one last look around before flying away.

I sighed, "Crap", I said, "Look it's going", Rory said, "No, come back, he's here", the Doctor exclaimed.

"Hey! Come back here! Prisoner Zero is here! They're right here", I shouted waving my hands and largely gestured over to Prisoner Zero.

"Come back, Prisoner Zero is...here", the Doctor faltered and then lowered his arms. "Doctor, Voyager", Amy exclaimed, both the Doctor and I looked over to her. We followed her line of sight to see the drain she was staring at.

"The drain. It just sort of melted and went down the drain", she told us, "Well of course it did", the Doctor told her, I simply shook my head and sighed.

"What do we do now", Amy asked us, "It's hiding in human form-", "And somehow we have to dive it out into the open", I finished the Doctor's sentence.

The Doctor looked at me and nodded, "Exactly, but we have no Tardis, no screwdriver, seventeen minutes. Come on think", he told the last part to himself.

"Sorry, but how exactly did...Prisoner Zero "melt", down the drain", Rory asked us as he went over to the drain and bent down to examine it.

"Well, you know how the Doctor said it can transform into anything", I said as myself, the Doctor, and Amy walked up to the drain.

"Yeah", Rory questioned, "Well, apparently it can turn itself into liquid. That's why it seemed to have looked like it melted into the drain", I explained and Rory gulped, then looked back at the drain.

"So that thing, THAT hid in my house for twelve years", Amy asked as Rory stood up, "Multiforms can live for a millennia. Twelve years is a pitstop", the Doctor told her.

"So how come you two show up on the same day that lot do? The same minute", Amy accused, "They're looking for him, but followed us. They saw us through a crack, got a fix. They're only late cos we are. Alright. Oi, nurse boy! Give me your phone", the Doctor ordered Rory.

This promptly made me elbow which he gave me a look in return, I raised my brows at him gesturing to Rory. He sighed, "Please", the Doctor said as he held out his hand for the phone, I just sighed and shook my head.

"I don't understand. How can they be real? They were never real", Rory exclaimed, I placed my hand, narrowed my brows, and looked directly at Rory.

"Rory! Phone now. Give me", the Doctor ordered, before Rory placed it in his hand and the Doctor glanced at me, smirked, and then proceeded to mess with the phone.

"It was just a game, we were kids. You made me dress up as him as you dressed up as the Voyager", Rory complained. "Aw", I said and smiled, that's so cute, I thought to myself as both Rory and Amy blushed in embarrassment.

"These are all coma patients", the Doctor questioned as I leaned over to see that he was scrolling through some pictures on Rory's phone.

"Yeah", Rory answered, "No, they're all multiform. Eight comas, eight disguises for Prisoner Zero", the Doctor said.

"But Prisoner Zero had a dog with them", I questioned, "There's a dog in a coma", Amy questioned as well.

"Well, the coma patient dreams he's walking a dog, Prisoner Zero gets a dog. Laptop", the Doctor exclaimed and I winced.

"Doctor! We are right here", I complained as I rubbed my ear, "Right, sorry. Your friend, what was his name. Not him", the Doctor said pointing at Rory, "The good looking one", the Doctor asked Amy.

I gave the Doctor a look, before trying to elbow him in the ribs, but he shielded himself and smiled triumphantly at me; I just narrowed my eye at him in annoyance and he just smiled at that.

"Thanks", Rory said sarcastically, "Jeff", Amy easily replied, "Oh, thanks", Rory said sarcastically again.

"He had a laptop in his bag, a laptop. Big, big, big laptop. I need Jeff's laptop", the Doctor told Amy and Rory.

"You two, get to the hospital, get everyone out, clear the whole floor. Phone us when we are done", the Doctor told them, before grabbing my hand and we went the opposite direction of the two.

"Good luck", I called out.
