Ghost Zone, Queen Dark's old castle, Saturday morning.
With a portal open into the mortal realm, Queen Dark gazed at her bound husband currently surrounded by three ghost shields in an underground GIW base prison. What the current guards didn't expect was that she already broke through with ease to speak to her husband through their bond. Pariah Dark was silent and still in his bonds internally gleaming at the news of his Love and their increase in ghostly soldiers, soldiers that will carry out their master plan to rule over the ghost zone once more.
"Mother, how is father faring?" Pariah Jr asked floating into the room. Floating next to his mother and the portal he laughed at the foolishness of the humans, thinking that mere chains would hold in this father's wrath.
"He's doing well jr. Now continue on with your training and keep the morale up for the army," Queen said with a smile at her son. Pariah jr nods and floats towards one of the rooms to train, ordering one of the soldiers to spar with him. Queen Dark turns back to her husband who spoke to him through their link.
"'Tell me, my dear. How much has Fright Knight told you?"'
The titan ghost king has been pondering a few things. One, how did the older halfa get past him? Two, when or how long did Fright Knight have the knowledge or location of his son and wife being incarcerated? Three where did Fright Knight get his hands on an Eidolon core? Four, and perhaps the biggest question he has. Whose side is Fright Knight is truly really on?
Queen Dark giggles and sits on her throne chair looking at her husband. She knows what he is thinking and she herself wonders too. Ever since Skulker came she asked the hunter a few questions and faced the knight demanding answers.
"He's loyal my dear. I made sure of it, painfully. Queens said leaning on her throne chair with a wicked smile "Fright Knight told the older halfa about the Eidolon core and of its power. He knew with the advanced technology of the mortal realm world slowly growing, the older halfa's ambition for power would betray him and use it to free us."
She had confronted Skulker about Fright Knight's past employment with the older halfa. Seeing how much they disagreed when working for Vlad. Skulker always wanted to tell Vlad everything on the spot while Fright Knight wanted the job finished and he would tell Vlad later. Like he had another agenda before telling Vlad anything or reporting to him.
Pariah Dark chuckles to himself. "'That clever knight. Indeed loyal to the family to the very end."'.
Queen nods "Of course my dear. He told me during your battle with the younger halfa, the skeleton army was being overwhelmed by a few ghosts helping him. He knew if he joined the battle against him he was certain he would be sealed away".
Pariah Dark listening to his wife nods wanting her to continue.
"If he was sealed away what chance would you be free again or Jr and I? He told of the older halfa of your crown and ring, also of the very key of which imprisoned you in that horrid sarcophagi. He then sent the older halfa to procure the items. Once he started to look for the items, he believed himself to be strong enough to utilize their power," Queen dark said with a roll of her eyes wondering what made that foolish half-bred think he would be more powerful than the king of all ghosts.
Pariah Dark chuckled to himself and nods. Seeing how clever, but also patient the Fright Knight is. '"Seeing how easily I defeated the older halfa. Fright Knight must have mention something to him about the Eidolon core. Not able to acquire the ring of rage or the crown so he sought the most powerful core to have"' Internally chuckling of the irony. Seeing how foolish Vlad is but how easily manipulated he is, thinking he would gain more power. way out of his grasp.
Pariah Dark was getting bored of the charade of his capture, but this did give him time to think and plan. Thinking of all the new events that have happened he wonders about the new female halfa he is with. A ghost turned halfa and a daughter they share in an unnatural birth. The titan of a ghost king wonders how far they truly come and his plan to defeat them when the time is right.
"But we do have rather good news," Queen Dark said with a smile. Turning to Spectra, the ghost who feeds on the negativity of teenagers now has a stoic expression, it was as if all her free will was removed. She gestured her to come forward.
"'How so?"' Pariah Dark tilts his head and looks around and closes his eye.
"Explain to my husband what you have gathered on Ember's family", Queen Dark. ordered. When she heard what was going on she broke out laughing seeing her past is coming back to haunt her future.
Spectra nodded and begins to explain Ember's past then moves to what happened in Amity court about a man who killed her sabotaging the furnace in her home decades ago when she was alive. Also about her finding out about her little sister who married and has a family not too long ago. But also her parents being in the courtroom.
But the biggest surprise was that her brother was a four-star general in charge of the GIW who doesn't agree with the GIW methods. But seeing he has a daughter the same age as her and her little sister had a son being the same age as her. With two younger siblings, one younger than her but one the same age has her daughter Danielle.
Pariah Dark hearing this started to chuckle to himself thinking of the irony that this is happening.
"'Send the behemoth to attack her niece and nephew when tensions at the school are at its highest. She will go to their aid to protect them, but also the boy will be there to support her. This will cause great distress within her,"' Pariah Dark instructs Queen Dark who smiles loving the idea.
"You are despicable my dear, LOVE IT" Queen Dark smiled sadistically.
GIW HQ Same time as Queen and Pariah Dark.
"Status on the ghost scum!" Alpha. demanded. Turning to M who is typing commands on the keyboard a monitor turns on showing the ghost King standing in the deep pit cell with his eye closed. With the three ghost shields and chains holding strong around him.
"Still secure sir. All power grids is still green, he isn't going anywhere," M stated. Typing more commands the ecto lasers in the room begin to move and re-aimed at the ghost king once more. "Ecto lasers will adjust aim every fifteen minutes sir" typing more commands in the key board.
Alpha nods as he takes a seat. He thinks back to yesterday night when Michael demanded to know about the skeleton key. Demanding every piece of information he wasn't told, but also demanded them to research about the ghost zone and the earth being tied together.
Once Alpha gave everything he had on file as he asked for. Michael left to review what he doesn't know.
'The general is becoming a problem. He doesn't seem to understand or see the dangers these ghost s can be without proof. He's too soft, too attached' Shaking his head. He was happy L removed the plans of the space station and that they have built and are under operation on the moon. 'Worse, I can't let the General know about the ghost prisoner we have," Alpha thought staring at the monitor seeing the ghost still standing there imprisoned.
"Glad I authorized the underground prison not to be part of the blueprints. Only a few people have access to this prison" Alpha thought.
Nodding to himself, he gets up and took a hidden elevator at the end of the hallway.
"Sir." K and O walk in and when Alpha saw the cast on K's wrist. "That Fenton brat" Cursing Danny for what he did to his operatives. But he understands why the general did it seeing how Danny has a sharp mind in ecto technology but also being the new face of Fenton works.
The son of Jack and Maddie Fenton was gaining more popularity than his parents did on t.v, news and more. Seeing in a few years the boy will be able to compete against the GIW in weapons. Alpha sits back thinks about the situation on hand about Jack and Maddie Fentons son. But another issue arises, a more premising matter he has something he has to deal with now before it gets out of control.
"Are the scanners ready for the high school?" Alpha asked. Both Operatives nods while Alpha nods "Good. If what Skolly and Melder said is true that he died in high school two years ago. Meaning he has to be a senior or junior. So Monday morning we send the hazmat agents in to do the scanning."
"Should we contact the principal and superintendent that we are conducting scanning?" O asked. Looking at their leader's scoff, both agents raised an eye "Sir, Parents will ask questions as to why the GIW is scanning their children". Knowing the parents will demand answers and the General daughter's along with his nephew attending Casper high. He too will demand to know what is going on.
Alpha slams his fist on the desk "He isn't human. He's a ghost hiding in his dead body. If they want to know why we will announce to the town... to the world about Phantom using his dead body to pretend to be alive. Let's see how everyone is going to like him then". Standing and walking to a machine with a jet injector he stabs it in his arm and presses the button.
As the green liquid begins to pump and enter in his body, Alpha felt a rush of energy in his body. Tightening his fist he glared at the picture of Phantom in his office. Knowing that he will be the first to fall. Once the liquid is gone he removed the jet injector from his arm.
Both Operative nods. As they leave the room, Alpha stares at the picture. Then he moves his sight to the other side of the wall. Walking to the monitor and types in some commands. He grabs the mic and looks at the monitor.
"We are under lockdown until Monday morning. No one leaves or gets in. Not even the General do you all hear me!" Alpha turns off the mic and walks back to his desk. "They aren't alive they are abominations! Freaks of nature, need to be destroyed, they want to be destroyed. I will destroy them all because they need me to destroy them to save what's left of their life!"
In the lab L and M glance at each other.
"Ever since the injections of the ecto uranium he's been off," M said. Looking over some schematics of a new upgraded ecto suit that Fentons used. He is trying to use the Ecto uranium as a power source to defeat Phantom in battle. Use the ghost weakness as a power source, what better way to defeat the ghostly hero.
L nods with a long sigh "Indeed. Since the liquidation process of the ecto uranium to be safe to inject himself in his bloodstream with steroids. To give him more of an edge against Phantom or any ghost he comes across with or without the suit."
Looking over his notes he checks the latest lab results of operative Alpha. Seeing his vitals being a little higher than before.
"I need to readjust the dosage he is taking" L commented. Walking to the desk he types something in the keyboard and nods.
M looks at the equation and nods "With the suit being powered by ecto uranium and increasing his power thousandfold. He will be powerful enough to finally beat Phantom once and for all. Using the ecto uranium a ghost weakness he will be unstoppable." M nods looking at the equations as he continues to look down he stops and points at an anomaly in his blood.
L seeing the result nods and sighs knowing this is going to a be problem. He already told alpha of the dangers if he continues doing this to his body. But the head operative of the GIW refuses to listen and demands this to finally defeat Phantom and destroy the ghost zone.
"Yes, the steroids with the ecto uranium are making Alpha easy to anger. As we already see what is happening to him" M said with a sigh. Looking over the dosage he wonders how much longer can Alpha keep this going.
Ghost Zone, Ice Cavern
"Enough!" Clockwork shouted. Phasing between his old man ghost form to his child form he looks at all the ghost leaders that showed up he summoned to their meeting. Clockwork sighs seeing not even half made it to the meeting. "I understand your de-tasteful of Danny because of you were defeated by him. But do you believe yourself powerful enough to stand against Pariah Dark yourself or even his spawn, Nocturn,"
Lahkesis and Thanatos turn to him waiting for an answer and seeing Nocturn remain silent.
The other ghost snickered at the ghost of dreams silence.
The supreme Observant or Obb looks at the ghost of sleep and dreams for an answer. Seeing him remain quiet, Obb rolls his eye and sighs. Turning towards, Frost Bite who is glaring at Nocturn, Pandora herself has her spear in her hand. Dorathea sighs and shakes her head and stands up. Everyone turns to her wondering what she is doing.
"Enough Nocturn. You have to admit Sir Daniel has tried to keep peace in both the ghost zone and earth. But also he has placed his life on the line for those he cares for while also protecting the ghost zone. Tell me what more do you want from him. You hold such a grudge against him since he bested you in combat. Many other ghosts, just as powerful you are and more were also defeated by Sir Daniel," Dorathea said sitting back down glaring at the ghost of dreams and sleep.
"The only reason he beat me was that he had help," Nocturn hissed with venom in his tone. Folding his arms glaring at the princess who rolls her eyes at him. "But you are right the halfa indeed has placed his life on the line for the ghost zone but for others as well. I have seen the dreams of the children as I have seen the dreams of everyone. So I will give him credit and join your side in this war," Nocturn nods knowing if he refused his chances of survival will be very slim, and if he joins Pariah Dark side will be even slimmer if faced Phantom again.
How long until the deranged mad titan of the ghost king destroys him before he can make a move against him. Nocturn knows once Pariah learns of his abilities he too will be hunted or forced to serve the Dark family for all his existence. To use his power to enforce his rule and dominance over everyone securing his rule for all eternity. Nocturn refuses to be a pawn.
Thanatos stood up "Well what now? The Observants won't fight yet. Walker says he won't choose a side yet until a clear victor. Saying order in the ghost zone is needed first, damn coward and his rules." Everyone nods and seeing the skeleton army vast with the huge amount of numbers. But also more and more ghosts are joining the Dark family crusade.
"Almost all of my people are ready for battle. Only the younger children and more elderly will remain behind to defend the realm," Frostbite said.
Everyone nodded. Pandora is having the same thing when she told her people of Acropolis of Athens of the looming war over the horizon and told them that Phantom has taken it upon himself to help stop Pariah and his family. Almost every single ghost in her realm joined the Spartans look like of Athens in this war. Pandora even sent messages to the far reaches of the ghost zone asking anyone to join in this war.
Princess Dorathea her people in her realm were already out in front of her castle waiting for orders to help Danny for saving them from her older brother's reign. Her trusted Paladin and Ranger were shocked at the vast number of ghosts wanting to join the war. Seeing that they all want to repay Danny for helping them be free of her older brother Aragon's rule.
"Some of the other ghosts are helping. Johnny and Kitty have been going to realm and realm. They have been asking everyone to help and they are all going to other realms waiting for orders," Lahkesis said nodding happily. Glad to see that those two have been going around spreading the word of what is coming.
"I spoke to some ghost monsters resembling the behemoth, hydra, and more. I gave a warning to leave and that I will face them when Pariah Dark crusade starts," Obb sighs and nods. The other ghosts in the room frown hearings this. Seeing many of the beasts of legends of ghosts are on Pariah's side. "But".
Everyone turns to him while Clockwork nods. Knowing what he is talking about, he sighs thinking about Undergrowth and Vortex. Knowing well that the two will refuse to help Danny... but yet.
"Danny is the lesser of two evils. Vortex has to be monitored and Undergrowth knows Pariah Dark will rule all. A fight he knows he will not win ever. I already instructed the other Observants to speak to them and they both agreed to help," Obb said.
Everyone nods. Seeing that Undergrowth is a powerful ghost and so is Vortex. They can only hope to turn the tide of war around. As everyone continues to talk Cujo phases in barking and running around happily. As he stops wagging his tail he looks up to Clockwork barking.
"Hello Cujo, how was your trip?" Clockwork asked with a smile. Phasing into his adult form he pets Cujo on the head making him bark with excitement. Most of the ghosts giggles except for one as Clockwork takes the letter tied to his back. "Thank you for the delivery, Cujo. You're free to go," Clockwork. said
The puppy barks and turns into gas leaving the ice cavern. Everyone in the room turns to him wondering what Clockwork is up to. He usually sends his minions to do some errands or goes himself. Obb sees the letter and sees the stamp looking at Clockwork with a hopeful look.
"The realm of Hotep Ra will aid us in this war. He says Pariah Dark rule will choke the Nile and sands will run green with ectoplasm," Clockwork nods. Summoning a ghost and giving him a letter but giving him a fire inside a glass container. "A gift to thank him for helping us in this war. Hotep Ra will know what is it."
The ghost bows and takes the gift and letter and disappears in a cloud of green smoke.
Obb nods at his best friend. "The Fire from the Sun that Ra used to light up the world. He will treasure that".
Clockwork nods as he looks at everyone "We will meet once again in three days.".
Everyone nods.
Sunday very early morning Blind Boxer gym
'They took Pariah Dark out of the ghost zone into their base,' Danny thought. Punching the punching bag he moves to the right and continues to punch. 'Why! WHY did they do something so stupid' ducking he punches the bag once more. With the force of the punch hitting the sandbag made for punching. Danny stops and breaths hard seeing the sawdust pouring out of the bag.
He groans and walks towards the closet grabbing another one. Once the new punching bag is up he places the broken one in the corner and sighs. Wondering what Matt or Frank will say he walks over to the weights and picks up a twenty-pound dumbbell.
'Alright, Danny let's think about this for a moment. Pariah Dark is too powerful to be imprisoned in a ghost shield. He was toying with me when I placed one up when I was in the Ecto suit. So I don't think the GIW freedom him yet. They must be running tests or something. BUT" Danny continues to lift the dumbbell in a bent-over row.
Thinking about Queen Dark and her power to make portals. Danny knows about their bond because Lahkesis told them about Pariah and Queen. Seeing they are the other two ghosts with a bond similar to his and Amber.
'The odds of her contacting him if he was released are very high' Danny thought. Thinking about Queen Dark, Danny knows she's been watching them. Happy that Clockwork helped him expand his power with portals. He can block Queen's vision on him. But yet Danny can't locate where the queen is. But still feels a presence that he's being watched at or someone is watching him at times.
After forty minutes using the bent-over row technique, Danny moves to a twenty-pound weight stopping he shakes his head, and picks up the thirty-pound dumbbell. Taking a deep breath he begins to Goblet squat exercise.
"Question remains. What's the GIW going to do next" Speaking to himself he sighs. Sam found out from Adam, his uncle has been locked in the basement reading reports on what the GIW has been doing. He only comes out to eat or use the restroom. Amber got concerned but Sam told her about what Adam got from his cousin Lynn. Reassuring her family that this happens at times when the GIW does something stupid.
"Amber" Danny whispers her name and sighs. 'I know part of her wants to tell her Lisa but also her parents and Michael. But with everything is happening it's not the time but. I won't stop her but will support whatever decision she makes.' Danny shakes his head. After the message from Kitty, Clockwork sent Danny a letter.
Rolling his eyes at the memory when his parents blinked at the letter appearing in front of him. Danny understands that Clockwork is still watching the events of time unfold. That some events will cross each other. That some events in a timeline that happen may not happen but can happen in a different way or later or early on.
After an hour of lifting the thirty-pound dumbbell.
"Baby pop?"
"Yea Rock star?" Danny asked dropping the thirty-pound weight on the mat with a thud. Danny blinks at Amber seeing the tight yoga pants showing her thin very tone curvy body she has. Smiling at her nice wide hips he grins at her flat tone stomach.
Amber raises an eye seeing Danny soaked in sweat. Shaking her head knowing she isn't supposed to talk. She tosses him a towel and wipes the sweat off. "How was the treadmill?" Danny asked. Since the start of the holidays, last year Danny and Amber work out together helping each other.
"Good" Wiping the sweat from her forehead "I took most of my anger on the double end punching bag. I might've snapped it right off" Amber let out a sigh while Danny chuckles and points to a corner of a busted punching bag with sawdust coming out.
"Now I don't feel so bad. Worked my way up to ten pounds on the dumbbell without using my ghost power".
"Impressive" Danny grinned making Amber giggle. As they sit on the bench drinking some water they hear Frank talking to someone in the office. As they both shrug their shoulders seeing it's close to seven in the morning.
"We need to head home shower and make breakfast. Still haven't adjusted to waking up an hour earlier. I'm still feeling the jet lag" Amber said with a groan. Danny nods knowing they are usually exercising or training at five in the morning. But ever since the Boogie incident they been starting at four am to seven.
"Yea I know, hopefully after this is over we can go back to some light exercises," Danny said. Having a grin on his face, Amber rolls her eyes playfully at him. She shutters to think of the exercise herself. Remembering why they can't exercise in the same room.
Danny would stare at Amber backside watching her and staring at her butt move. But when Danny took his shirt off when he was on the treadmill. Amber would stand and stare at Danny. When that happens and Danny felt the same way.
Other types of training happen in more of a loving way. Which would cut the other exercise short to make this one lot longer.
"Can't wait for it," Amber giggled.
"Morning" Frank walks out of the office to them folding a paper and putting it in his front pocket.
Looking at Danny and Amber who wave at him, Frank asks Danny "Do you believe in paradoxes?" asking the question too quickly and all of a sudden.
"Paradoxes? The contradiction associated with the idea of time and time travel itself?" Danny said. Seeing Frank nod his head very quickly making Danny blink "It's time travel what do you think?" Danny asked.
Amber looks at Frank seeing him act weird. He has known him for some time and he usually acts like a goof but is also very serious when he needs to be. To see him nod his head quickly like he wanted to know the answer was very odd in her book.
"Than I got my work cut out for me," Running his hand through his hair he nods. "Ok. I need to make some phone calls. Need to get some contracts drawn up," Frank begins to walk back and forth but stops. Snapping his fingers he looks at Danny who is staring at him confused.
"You ok?" Danny asked worriedly. He has never seen him act like this all nervous. Like something he knows can't say or has a lot of work to get done before he runs out of time. "I mean why the sudden interest in time-travel?"
"Just Matt and I talk about the past and wonder about it. Start to wonder what should I or could I moments" Frank waves his hand in front of him very quickly trying to get Danny to drop the subject. "You still getting those weird headaches like being in two different places at a time?".
"Once in a while. Not as frequent as before since I been mediating more before my workouts, which I really got to thank Matt for the help," Danny. said. Ever since he started to meditate more, it's really been clearing his mind trying to solve one problem at a time. Danny doesn't feel like he is pulling himself being into two places at a time no more.
"GREAT!" Frank clears his throat. Amber and Danny stare at him weirdly. "Great. I'll let Matt know," Letting out a sigh. "Head home you two-" hearing the door open. They turn around to see someone walking in with a duffel bag. "It's Howard" Frank got an idea looking at Amber "He just bought a three-stone diamond engagement ring. Has it hiding in his locker," Frank said chuckling.
"Lucky girl of all the styles that's my favorite," Amber said with a smile. Nodding her head seeing how well the man knows his wife.
Danny nods "Smart man hiding it here. I would go all out,"
"Yup, one of the few places any woman will not think of," Frank laughed looking at Danny. Nodding his head towards him making him confused,
"Well, I got work to do. Knowing the GIW has something I need to prepare some evidence and have things ready. Call me if you two need anything."
Danny and Amber nods
Monday Morning Casper High
"I don't know, he just acted strangely," Danny said. Pulling into the school parking lot he sees Tucker by his wrangler and Sam near her hybrid. "Frank is never like that but he's right about the GIW," Danny said with a sigh.
Amber nodded. She asked Danny when he was driving if he found Frank's behavior yesterday a little off. With the two getting out of the jeep they see a large group of GIW hazmat agents at the school doors.
"What's going on here?" Amber asked. Turning to Danny who narrows his eyes on K and O while the Hazmat agents are making the students go through three different scanners at one time.
"Tucker, call Vlad to get him here please. I'm calling my parents," Danny. said Tucker nods and begins to dial Vlad's number as Danny starts to dial his parents.
Amber walks to Sam and Valerie watching the GIW. As the three glanced at each other they hear Adam talking to Lyn. With the three turning around they see the confused face of Adam and Lyn.
Lyn was the most confused of them all. Her father didn't mention anything, in fact, he's been busy this whole weekend looking over reports after reports and sending them in with phone calls.
"You three, why are the scanners picking up an ecto signature?" One Hazmat agent said walking towards them holding some type of scanner. The Hazmat agent moves the scanner between the three girls as the scanner moves toward Amber. The scanner started to beep more rapidly. Danny got in front of the scanner glaring at the agent.
"Your picking up a ghost-catching device called the Fenton Thermos and a few other pieces of equipment" Danny pushes the scanner off to the side making the beeping lessen. Glaring at the Hazmat agents walking towards them. O and K started to walk as well.
Valerie and Amber let out a long sigh. Adam blinks and looks at Sam wondering what she is hiding. Lyn looks confused at the two. Looking at Danny arguing with the agent, Lynn walks forward to calm Danny down but Tucker got in front of her shaking his head with a narrow look. None of them ever saw Tucker this serious and Sam would know. Tucker has given her more narrow looks and this one is the worst of them all.
"Those are unauthorized equipment given to civilians they will be-"
"HA!" Danny shouted glaring at the agent. "I would like to see you try to take them from me or my friends!" Danny took a step forward glaring at the agent who took a step back from him.
"What is going on here?!" O demanded. The operative looks at the group and when he sees Danny standing in front of Amber but also glaring at the agent. He raises an eye wondering what is going on.
"Sir the scanner is picking up ecto signatures, strong ones. The boy here has ecto equipment which I'm trying to confiscate from the civilian," Explained the agent. Looking back at Danny and pointing to him and everyone else.
"You're not going to confiscate anything of my family or anything I built with my friends," Danny. stated Glaring at O he turns to see K walking towards him with a smirk, Danny drops his bag on the ground. Everyone saw the smirk that K gave it meant trouble and payback.
"Hold up!" Tucker said getting in between the agent and Danny. "He fractured your wrist the next thing Danny is going to do is break your arm." Tucker folds his arms looking at the operative with the cast on his wrist. "Just ask Dash over there on how many times Danny fractured his wrist."
By now a large group of students is circled around watching the whole scene. Some students are whispering others are on their Pear phones recording it while some are streaming it live. K and O look around and nods turning to four gents in the hazmat suit.
"Check their bags and take whatever equipment they have," K ordered. The four agents nod and walked towards Danny "Oh, if he puts up a fight, you are authorized to use extreme force," K said holding his bandaged wrist and laughing.
Danny takes a step forward and cracks his neck. As the agents get close someone made a loud whistle getting everyone's attention.
"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE!" Vlad shouted. Glaring at everyone he looks at one Hazmat agent who has his hand pulling on Danny's collar shirt while Danny has his fist back ready to strike. "Release my godson, NOW!" Vlad snarled. Everyone shivered to hear the dark animalistic voice coming from the mayor.
The agent released him while Danny fixes his shirt glaring at the agent.
"Thank you. I didn't want to fill out any paperwork or have a news press to why my godson sent GIW agents to the hospital," Vlad said regaining his composer. Team phantom broke out laughing while Danny nods. Some of the other students blink at the mayor but they have seen what Danny has done to Dash.
Then the FAV pulled into the parking lot. Maddie and Jack jump out of the vehicle walking towards the group.
"What is going on here!" Maddie demanded.
Jack stares at the device in the agent's hands walking towards them he looks at the device and back to Maddie. Looking over to his son and friends he turns back to the agents while Vlad stood next to Jack right.
"It's a modified version of the Fenton finder with the ghost storm tracker. This would give a more precise reading in the area," Jack said. Looking at Maddie who is next to her husband on his left side. She looks at the device in the agent's hands and looks at O and K.
"Question is who are you trying to find?" Maddie whispered. Looking around seeing many students she looks back to Danny who has his arms folded. Tucker is on Danny's right and Sam on his left. Looking at the other side seeing three tall scanners while students walk through them. Her eyes widen realizing what the GIW is doing.
"Would you like to know," K said looking at everyone "EVERY STUDENT HAS TO GO THROUGH THE SCANNER, REFUSAL WELL..HAHAA". The operatives of the GIW took a step back and Agent Alpha walks towards the group. Ishiyama is behind him looking sad but also defeated as well.
Vlad glares at Alpha, "What is the meaning of this. Why wasn't I notified or the superintendent?!" Glaring at the head agent of the GIW.
Alpha snorts and looks towards Danny with a glare seeing he is the one causing the trouble. Turning to the Hazmat agents he points to the scanners. With the Hazmat agents walking back, K and O stood on each side of Alpha. Then the news media arrive and pulling in the parking lot is Michael.
Lyn blinks at her father who looks angry. Wondering what is going on she looks at the GIW while Danny looks ready to fight. Adam is lost but also confused. At first, he wonders why Danny was refusing the agent to scan. But when he told them about the equipment he has. Ideally, he wasn't thrilled a student carries ghost equipment even if it belongs to his family.
"Alpha what is the meaning of this. Why didn't you contact me?" Michael demanded. Looking around wondering what is going on he sees Alpha smiling.
"I didn't want to tip off Phantom," Alpha said with a smile. Everyone looks at the head of the GIW wondering what he means. Smiling he walks towards the camera smiling. With the news reporters getting tips from students. "Recent events lead us to believe Phantom is using his dead body to walk among us. A halfa".
Camera's lights shutters. Danny tilts his head towards Alpha wondering who told him. But yet they didn't reveal his identity only to be a halfa. Looking at Tucker, Valerie, and Sam both of them already came to that conclusion. As Danny turns to Amber who has a narrow look at the head agent.
"A halfa?" Vlad asked looking at the head agent, he turned to Danny but remains quiet. "That sounds ridiculous you must be reading too many comics," Vlad tries to brush it off but Alpha smirks.
"What is a halfa?" The news reporter brings the mic forward to Alpha who smiles. Vlad doesn't like where this is going at all.
"An abomination of this life. Using his dead body to hide from us pretending to be alive. Once we catch him we will-"
"You'll kill him," Maddie said. Glaring at the GIW everyone turns to Maddie and Jack walking forward. Vlad blinks and looks at Danny wondering what his parents know or did Danny forget to tell him something. The news media all look at Jack and Maddie glaring at Alpha.
"He's not dead. They are not dead," Maddie said. Gasps are heard all around soon more pictures are taken and the cameras are on Jack and Maddie.
"Maddie what are you talking about. Jack, what do you two know I don't?" Vlad asked wondering what is going on with them. Granted he knows more but yet he wonders what Jack and Maddie know?.
Alpha glares at Maddie taking a step forward, Jack stepped in front of his wife and looks down at Alpha with a hardened look. Alpha glares back but looks at the general screaming at him.
"WHAT ARE YOU ALL TALKING ABOUT!" Michael demanded, glaring at Alpha "What recent events?".
Alpha smiles "After some investigation in the ghost zone and capturing a few ghosts. We question them demanding to know the location of Phantom's base. We got no information on the location but information on Phantom status being a halfa. Half ghost,half-human. Half alive, half dead something that shouldn't exist nor can't".
People in the media began to talk.
"Indeed. Phantom appeared two years ago. At our best assumptions fourteen and now he must be sixteen years old. But we are scanning every student to make sure," K said on Alpha's right side.
"Once caught we will eliminate the abomination of his afterlife," O said.
Michael's eyes widen to hear this. Students begin to talk and look around. But other students started to protest some seniors started to walk towards the GIW screaming and yelling at them.
The camera is on Alpha smiling "We have gone through the investigations and thus claim Phantom and his halfa family as an enemy."
Maddie looks at Jack who hasn't removed his hardened glare from Alpha. Looking at his wife he gives a nod making her smile. Turning to the camera with a grin she looks at Alpha wonder how he is going to take this.
"We have blood and ectoplasm samples belonging to Ember Mclain when she was wounded." Everyone turns to Maddie nodding her head stunning everyone in silence. Alpha's eyes widen to hear this piece of information. "But also have tested the blood watching it turn into ectoplasm than back to blood. They are alive. Yes, they are halfa's, but alive with the ability to turn into a ghost."
No one said anything. Maddie folds her arms in victory and her grin never left her face seeing Alpha's shocked reaction. But it didn't stop there Jack nods and walks forward with the camera on him.
"During the museum battle, one of our Fenton ghost level scanners scanned the ghost prince. Low b to a power rank. Very powerful but when Danny Phantom and Ember McLain got in front of the scanner. It detected unknown core, unknown level and reading human DNA." Jack looks at Maddie who nods and spoke.
Vlad looks at Danny who shrugs his shoulders like he forgot to tell him something. Rolling his eyes Vlad began to wonder how Danny and Ember were able to do more with their power.
"Indeed after the battle, Jack and I collected samples belonging to Ember McLain. After many tests and many hours of lost sleep. One of our devices short circuit in doing so it changed the blood to ectoplasm and ectoplasm to blood. We duplicated the process many times and ran tests as well," Maddie. said Everyone started to mutter in this new revelation.
"So they are alive? But Ember McLain is a ghost are you saying Phantom can turn ghost-like himself to be a halfa? To be alive once again?" The reporter. asked All eyes are on Maddie who shakes her head as she looks at Vlad who is confused.
"No. She chose to become a halfa by a ghostly relic called the Baetylus. Danny was charged to retrieve it from the seventies from his charge like a ghost governor. Vlad here has two family heirlooms that actually are ghost relics that hold ghost powers," Maddie said. Everyone turns to Vlad who nods and sighs. As he took a step forward he looks at Alpha.
"Indeed, I wasn't aware until later on. When Pariah Jr and that Queen Dark came to attack me. I had no clue it was passed down in my family for generations. So I loaned one heirloom to the GIW a key of some sort. To the Fentons a crown," Vlad said.
"Interesting," Michael sighs and nods hearing this. Knowing it's possible because they had something called the reality gauntlet but soon it was lost by some criminal name Freak show.
"The skeleton key that opens a portal to the ghost zone and earth. Yes, I've been reading up on it. But.." Michael turns to Maddie and Jack.
"Is it possible for someone to exist like that?" Michael asked. All eyes are on him while the camera zooms in taking a close-up.
"SIR YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS!" Alpha shouts at the general who glares back at him. "How do we know if the data is real, they can be lying. They may be trying to protect Phantom."
"He's done a better job than you!"
"Yea better than the GIW!"
"He tries to help unlike you!"
Shouts and protests are all coming from the students and faculty of the school. Alpha sneers at everyone as he turns to Maddie who took a deep breath.
"We have a recording from some time ago asking Phantom some questions. He explained to us what the Baetylus. It's proof along with the data we have we can provide the recording to the media. To have their opinion of what is going on," Maddie said looks at Vlad. Hoping he would allow it because with his support things will run smoother.
Vlad sighs and pinches the bridge of his nose. Nodding his head "Very well Maddie with this new information being revealed today. I have no doubt more and more questions will be asked. I just wished you two came to me about this," Vlad said with a sigh.
Jack nods but places a hand on Vlad's shoulder "Sorry Vlad. Just you been busy and then the Boogie incident. We were shocked by this new revelation. With the attack from Queen Dark and everything going on. We didn't want to burden you more with unnecessary pressure."
Vlad chuckles and nods. "We've been friends for a long time, Jack. I trust you with my life."
"Mrs. Fenton, I also wish to see a copy of the data you have on Phantom. I want the GIW to review it to see if it true," spoke Michael. Looking at her seeing her shake her head shocking him. The media and cameraman are taking pictures and streaming Maddie's answer.'s
"No."
Michael is stunned at the declaration. Alpha glares at Maddie.
"The reason why because the GIW will use the data to find a way to kill him. He's sixteen years old and for the past two years, he's put his life on the line to protect this town from ghosts. Jack and I realized he was only trying to do the right thing." Maddie said.
Jack nods "Yup and what did we do. Blame him for the trouble blamed him for the damages. He was out there putting his life and afterlife for us. He didn't do it for recognition or fame, he is doing it because it's right. Because he is probably the one who can do this. We told him he doesn't need to do this alone that we are willing to help him," Jack said.
Many students shout and applaud Jack for his speech. Seeing how far the Fentons have come but also because of Danny's new change. Many students see Danny as a new positive figure in the school.
"I WON'T BE DENIED IN DESTROYING THAT FREAK!" Alpha shouted. Charging towards Jack, he spears him, But Jack manages to hold his ground and throw Alpha to the side. K tried to shoulder tackle Maddie, but she sidestepped and slammed an elbow down on his back.
O quickly found himself being punched by Vlad in the face. Throwing a punch Vlad ducks and brings his hands up like a boxer with a quick right he knocks O to the ground. Vlad seeing Alpha behind Jack who is fighting off five hazmat agents. Seeing Danny punching his way trying to run towards his father.
Vlad charges towards Alpha and tackles him to the ground. "AHHHH!" Vlad screams and holds half his face feeling it burn.
"VLAD!" Jack and Maddie run towards Vlad.
Alpha got up and wipes the blood from his face before he took another step. Dinah went in with a power kick sending Alpha off the ground making him land on his back with a thud.
"Stay away from my MAN!" Dinah shouted angrily.
The students are awestruck. To see a teacher jump in and deliver a devastating kick sending the man off the ground making him land on his back. It was something out of the movies.
"Jack it looks like ecto acne that was burned but how?" Maddie asked. Staring at half of Vlad's face seeing the ecto acne burned.
"Started to burn when I touched and got close to Alpha," Vlad hissed in pain. Jack throw Vlad over his shoulder and began running towards the GAV.
'What could have caused those burn?' Danny looks at one of the scanners and breaks it. Picking up the ecto battery he throws it towards Alpha "Catch" Alpha slowly got up looking up he catches the ecto battery and once in his hands. The ecto battery began to smoke and soon it ignited.
Maddie's eyes widen "How is that possible?". She is shocked that something like that happened when Alpha caught it.
"Enough. All agents back to HQ now. I want an explanation," Michael. demanded. O and K nods soon the Hazmat agents turn to the general and nod. The police soon arrive and Gordon looking around wondering what is going on.
and CUT.
ok so if anyone ever saw batman and superman public enemies. Lex was mixing kryptonite with steroids injecting himself making him stronger. Use superman's weakness as his strength. But also to power up his suit. Yes, suit.
Justice league and justice league unlimited, Lex had a green metal suit with a kryptonite crystal logo on it. Using kryptonite to power the suit and weaken superman.
So I decided to use ecto uranium the ghost weakness for Alpha being a Lex Luthor of the story. Everything is all above the chapter re-read it.
