So. Mina is deaf now… It's something that I found interesting, and fitting with Bakugo being there. It will come with a lot of bs for her tho. But worry not! Mina won't turn into an emotionless asshole! She'll be bubbly.

Izuka looked out over Kamino. Toga and Tetsutetsu were by her side. The rest of the league was scattered through different cities around the world.

"Well? Shall we get started?"

The three leapt into the city and began running.

They eventually found an alleyway, grunts could be heard coming from the shadows.

"Hmmm odd. There seems to be a fight going on…"

The three walked into the alleyway. Inside, they found two heroes beating the form of some small person.

"Hey! Leave them alone!"

The heroes turned and looked at the new arrivals. They didn't recognize Izuka, or her two friends.

"Do you know what this little urchin did? They attacked us! Nobody gets away with attacking a hero!"

Motes of darkness drifted away from Izuka. In an instant, she was in the hero's face, her mask off. "You forgot… I did, and still can!"

Izuka unleashed a kick that made the hero explode. His partner turned to Izuka. "Sh-shit! Y-you c-can't win! I c-called the agency a-already!"

Izuka grabbed the man by the head and raised him up. "And they are still nothing to me."

The man screamed as Izuka squeezed, before exploding in her hand. She immediately turned to the person laying on the ground. "Hey, are you okay?"

"Big sis?" The person stood up and looked at Izuka. Both her and Toga gasped.

"Is it-"

"Yes. There's no doubt about it… Why are you on the street?"

The little demon child toddled over to Izuka's leg. "Bad people. They took me from the orphanage."

Sirens sounded and lights flickered.

"Did they call the police too?" Tetsutetsu grunted. The child nodded.

"Alright little one. You can stay with us." Izuka smiled. "Now, wanna raise hell?"

The little demon grinned. Their pointed teeth gleamed in the light.

"THIS IS THE POLICE! COME OUT WITH YOUR HANDS UP!"

"Let's go!" Izuka said, leaping into the open street. Five police cars, and twenty officers, and fourteen heroes. "Huh… they got a lot of help…"

"They've changed the way they work now… all of the heroes work with the police like clockwork to capture villains. They're much more prepared now…" Toga said. "Saw it on the news."

Izuka appeared behind a hero and killed them. Toga downed two heroes quickly. Tetsutetsu faced every police officer at once, bullets bounced off him harmlessly.

Izuka couldn't see the little child. Suddenly, a scream came from behind her. Izuka turned around to see the child with their hood down. Black antlers sprouted from their head. Their hair was spiky and white. Currently, their clawed hand was holding the disembodied heart of one of the heroes. The child ate it, and their form became muscled.

'A demon quirk and a blood quirk…'

The child ripped through several heroes. Izuka took out the rest. "It's been a while since I've done this…"

Izuka took the last hero in her hands and kissed them, before punching through their chest. She quickly appeared before Toga, and kissed her, sharing the blood.

"Well then," She said with a grin. "Shall we get going?"

Mina wept on the bedside. Midnight sat in her kitchen, explaining what happened to Aizawa.

"That's not good…"

"Yeah no shit sherlock." Midnight grunted. "How the hell do you think she feels?"

Aizawa listened to Ashido through the open door. "I never thought anything like this would happen… this class is certainly full of problem children…"

"Well what are we gonna do for her?"

Aizawa looked at Midnight. "For now, I'll give her the next few days off. She should start learning sign language… I'll try to break the news to the rest of the class."

"Are you going to punish Bakugo?"

"I could… but the thing is, he didn't mean to make her go deaf. As I've been told by everybody else, she actually attacked him."

Midnight sighed. "I'm not gonna change your mind anyway…"

"Is something wrong with that?" Aizawa raised an eyebrow.

Midnight shook her head, but didn't look at him. "You're fine Shota, you're fine. Just go."

Aizawa left Midnight's home. The woman walked in to check on Mina. She brought with her a whiteboard and dry erase marker.

-Mina-

Midnight tapped the girl on the shoulder. Mina looked up at Midnight, her eyes puffy from crying. "Yes?"

Midnight erased the board and quickly scribbled over it again.

-Aizawa is giving you the next few days off. I'd like to teach you sign language-

Mina sniffed. "You'd do that… for me?"

Midnight nodded.

-I need to know… why did you fight Bakugo?"

Mina tensed. It was subtle, but Midnight could tell that whatever it was made her angry. "I wanted to know about Izuka Midoriya."

-Why ask him?-

"Because. He's the reason she became a villain."

-What do you mean?-

Mina clenched her fists. "When we were at the training camp, Yumi- who we now know is Izuka- was in the hot springs with us. She was covered in scars. I have no doubt that many of them were from training and building support items… but on her arms and back, there were scars from Bakugo's quirk."

Midnight gritted her teeth. 'They failed to mention that he used his quirk on her…'

"I knew that he told her to kill herself, but when I saw the scars, and she revealed her true identity… it all clicked…"

Midnight scribbled across the whiteboard. -Did you consider Izuka to be a friend?-

Mina nodded. "I did… and still do. She was nice to everybody who was nice to her. And becoming a villain… it isn't her fault that the world is fucked up."

Midnight nodded. -Do you want to meet up with her?"

Mina shot a look at midnight, who held a finger to her lips. Mina gave a questioning look.

"You know where she is?"

Midnight nodded. -She is a person I trust-

"Why do you keep in contact with her?"

Midnight sighed and scribbled on the whiteboard. -Did anybody tell you what happened to me?-

Mina shook her head. "They just said that you were on sick leave."

Midnight facepalmed. She scribbled across the board once more. -Of course they didn't… didn't help me either…-

"Midnight… what happened?"

Midnight sighed. -The battle of Kamino… Izuka Midoriya was defending her family. I was searching for Bakugo. I lost him, and ended up fighting Izuka. As we fought, she told me what my fans really thought of me. She said they don't see me as a hero-

"SHE'S WRONG! OF COURSE THEY DO!"

Kayama gave a sad smile, tears brimming at the corners of her eyes. She turned around, and as she did, Mina noticed that her legs were trembling a bit.

'What's wrong with her?'

-Izuka was right… they only saw me for my body-

Midnight kept the marker on the board. Mina's eyes were wide. "N-no…"

Midnight shuddered, and quickly erased what she wrote. -I went to my office a few nights ago, I got her phone number and called her. We talked. She was the only person to actually comfort me-

"That sounds like her… After Tetsutetsu lost in the sports festival, I heard something coming from the rooftop at lunch. Her and her friends were there, singing with Tetsutetsu as he played the guitar. She helped him…" Mina said.

-And she's helping me to- Midnight wrote. -If you want, she can help you-

Mina bit her lip, but then her eyes gleamed and she nodded. "When can I see her?"

-I'll schedule a time. For now, we can work on sign language.-

"Okay."

Izuka sat in her room. It was pitch black as always, a comfortable light for her. Sleeping on her bed was The little demon child, Ōritsu Jigoku.

Izuka brushed a hand across the small child's cheek. For some reason, her heart fluttered when she saw them. Her every instinct was screaming at her to keep them safe.

Izukas phone buzzed on her desk. She reached over and saw it was Midnight.

"Hello?"

"It's me. I need another favor…"

"What is it this time?"

"One of the students wants to meet up with you. Mina Ashido…"

Izuka tapped her finger on her desk. "Same time tonight… same place. Will that do?"

"That's perfect. We'll be there…"

"Alright."

Izuka hung up and looked at her bed. The child slumbered peacefully. Izuka poked her head into the living room. "Can you watch the kid? I have something I need to take care of."

Toga looked up at Izuka and nodded. "Sure thing babe. What are you up to?"

"Got another call from you know who. She wants me to meet with Mina. I think something's wrong with her."

"Alright. Stay on guard though."

"I will."

Nemuri stood next to Mina on the beach. It was getting close to midnight. Izuka would arrive soon.

"Are you sure she'll be here?" Mina asked.

Nemuri nodded. Suddenly, a faint shadow appeared in the distance. It got bigger and bigger. Until Izuka skidded to a stop on the beach. A wave crashed down on the shore behind her.

"Hey."

"The hell was that?" Mina gawked.

"I trained harder." Izuka said. Mina didn't respond.

*Ahem* Nemuri cleared her throat. "Izuka… she can't hear you."

"What do you mean she can't-" Izuka stopped. Mina was still just looking at her dumbfounded. She couldn't hear. "She's deaf? What the hell happened?"

Nemuri sighed. "The provisional licensing exam… Mina attacked Bakugo, and he hit her with an explosion."

"Can it be fixed?"

"Recovery Girl took a look at it… the damage is more than she can repair."

Izuka sighed. "What about Iryu?"

Nemuri Shook her head. "The damage is really complicated. Iryu cannot heal nerves, and neither can Chiyo. The explosion hit her in the back of the head, and caused not only stress to the brain, but also caused her inner ear to vibrate so hard that several of the small organs inside burst. Her eardrums were ripped, and her cochleae were pretty much destroyed."

"Is that it?"

Nemuri shook her head. "Izuka, her ears were pretty much demolished. Her Malleus, incus, and stapes were shattered, and the shards stabbed into her nerves, severing them. All in all, it's irreparable."

"Fuck." Izuka grunted. "FUCK!"

Nemuri bit her lip. Izuka hugged Mina closely. "I know sign language… is she learning?"

Nemuri nodded. "She's picking it up pretty quickly. She learned the first half of the alphabet today."

"Good… do you want me to make anything for her balance?"

Nemuri hummed. "Possibly. We have Hatsume working on it actually."

"She'll pull through for you guys. Anyways, what else? Why bring Mina here?"

Nemuri pulled out the white board and gave it to Izuka. "Ask her."

Izuka looked at the whiteboard, before taking it and writing.

-Mina. Why did you come to me?-

Mina read the message and blinked. "Midnight said you could help me… I wanted to talk to you… and maybe… join you…"

Izuka bit her lip. -Don't you want to be a hero?-

"If heroes are people like Bakugo… then no…"

-Mina… give your class a shot okay? If you still want to join us in one week, then you can.-

Mina read the message and nodded. "Okay Izuka."

"Right. That's probably all correct?" Izuka asked. Nemuri nodded. "Okay… I'll see you when I see you!"

Mina smiled at Izuka. As did Midnight. "We'll see you." Midnight said.

Izuka waved goodbye, before turning to the water and dashing off. Both watched her go. "So should we get back too?" Mina asked.

Kayama nodded, and both returned to UA.

Izuka returned to the base to find the little demon child awake. They were watching an old movie with Toga.

"Hey. I'm back."

Toga turned and looked at her. "Hey. So what's up with Mina?"

Izuka sighed and sat down next to her girlfriend. "The provisional licensing exam was today. Mina confronted Bakugo about me. He hit her with an explosion…"

Toga growled. "Is she okay?"

Izuka shook her head. "She's completely deaf."

"FUCK!"

"Toga! Language!"

The girl looked at Izuka as if she were crazy, and then remembered that there was a child present. "Oh… sorry."

"Okay… people on street swore too."

"What's your name kid?" Izuka asked, patting her lap.

"Ōritsu Jigoku." The child crawled into her lap as Toga snuggled up to Izuka's side.

"Is that the name that they gave you at the orphanage?" Izuka asked.

The child shook their head. "It's the name that the bad people gave me…"

Izuka ran her hand through the child's hair, marveling at the beauty of his antlers. "That won't do… Toga… I'm going to make a decision right now…"

"Oh?" Toga looked at Izuka.

"I think… This one will be our child…" There was a beat. Toga kissed Izuka deeply. "Is that a yes?"

Toga nodded.

"Well then… we should give them a new name." Izuka smiled. "What should we call you?"

The demon child looked up at Izuka with curious eyes. "Durza…"

Izuka and Toga smiled. "Okay then… We're your new moms Durza!"

The child looked back and forth between Toga and Izuka, before their eyes watered. Durza cried as They leapt and hugged their new parents.

Izuka and Toga smiled. They had their first child.
