Sorry for the notification, everyone, but I thought this might be of interest to some of you. I know the break between year 2 and 3 is a long one for this fic. For what it's worth, the first three chapters of year 3 are written and published for Patrons, so I am working on it, but that isn't why I'm posting this.
Since I know I'm keeping you all waiting for so long, I thought I would mention that I have a new fanfic that might be of interest to some of you.
It's called "Harry Potter and the Perversion of Purity". Think dark Harry, but it's actually done in a realistic manner. Think Harry who starts basically the exact same as he did in canon with only a few minor alterations, and think of a Harry who progresses in a natural way. Perversion of Purity is written very differently from Ashes of Chaos, but if you enjoy this, you may enjoy that. Especially for those of you who take issue with the pacing of this fic. I have said many times this story is not meant to be written like a novel — but that story is. So if you're looking for something darker, more realistic, and more reasonably paced than this written by yours truly, feel free to check it out.
The best part is — it will be posted TWO TIMES PER WEEK until year 1 is complete! It updates on AO3 and FFN every Wednesday and Sunday.
