Harry and Gabrielle were on a little vacation in the great state of Ohio. Specifically, they were currently located in the second home they had recently bought in the southern part of the state. Currently though, their time together was a little scary. The thunderstorms outside were fierce, and then suddenly, there was a lot of wind.
To make matters worse, their radio began to make that loud noise that Harry knew was the Emergency Alert System. Seconds later, the announcement came up.
"Tornado warning in effect. Repeat, there is a tornado warning for all of Southern Ohio. At 3:35pm, local doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado."
At that point, Harry and Gabrielle knew that the thunderstorm that was currently rampaging through their area was the one that the announcer was mentioning. It didn't even take the announcer saying where the storm was to figure that out.
"Everyone in the warning area should immediately seek shelter in the lowest level of their home. And stay away from windows," the announcement continued.
As instructed, Harry and Gabrielle proceeded to rush into the basement. Gabrielle was now clinging onto Harry, trying not to sob in panic.
"Shh-shh, it's okay. We're gonna be fine," he assured her.
