So, I do like Twilight with flash, but if you want me too, I can try and do some research for Celestia and Discord? And do a little Fluttershy too, but it will mostly be 'friendship' with maybe some flirting on Discord's side. Cause I don't think it's apart of Fluttershy or Celestia's personalities to flirt, but Discord is a jokester so lol XD
Forgive me! I haven't caught up to the new seasons yet x So this may be dated…
Prompt:
"Strange." Celestia, sprawled on her throne, lifted a hoof to her mouth, tapping lightly before putting it down as Luna moved a book she was reading down with her magic, sitting below and a little further away from the throne, having pillows to sit on.
"What art thou concerned about, Sister?"
"Hmm… I haven't received a letter from Twilight Sparkle yet and I-" she suddenly shook her head up, startled a moment before looking back to Luna. "Proper talk? At this hour?" She looked outside.
"Oh, sorry." Luna shifted her ears back, showing her folly. "Sometimes I miss it."
Celestia smiled to her young sister, before a deep laughter was heard throughout the castle, and the two sisters stood up, looking around above them for it's origin.
"…hahahHAHAHAHA! WHEEE!" Spiraling out of a thick cloud of chocolate came none other than Discord himself, spreading his arms out and wearing a marry poppin's hat. "For you, sweet princess." He pulled some flowers out of the hat and shoved it in Luna's mane, just behind her ear, as she blinked in surprise.
He then twirled himself around in the air, hovering, as his little odd wings flapped and he delicately placed one in Celestia's mane, behind her ear. "And for you, sweet sunshine of my soul~" he placed a claw over his heart, as she rolled her eyes, and took the flower down.
"Discord, you have some nerve coming at this hour to-"
"Chat?" He spun right-side up, and flicked his tail. "Now, prinny, I thought we were closer than that~" He took his hand and put it to her long muzzle, shaking it and squishing her cheeks before she snuffed some air out of her nose to get him to let go.
The guards advanced, their spears pointed towards him, golden as they shined in the light.
Discord removed his hand and looked at the spears, his eyes shifting, before chomping off one of them and chewing.
Celestia stood back a moment, before sighing and stomping her hooves down in rhythm. "Thank you, Gentlemen. But we'll have none of that. Leave us be."
"But, your highness!" A guard looked back, protesting as his men kept their guard up.
She gave him a stern look, before a kind smile. "I can handle anything Discord tries to throw at us. Isn't that right, sister?" She looked for her sister. "Sister?" she even looked, at one point, under her hoofs as she moved back before seeing her sister up in the air, yawning, and moving through a window.
"I shall retire and leave this one to you, dear sister." She nonchalantly exited, as the guards then filed out on command as well.
She was alone now…. and for some reason, she seemed nervous.
"Wait.. um… Luna?" She looked up, but Discord swerved around her, his tail looping slightly around like a cats.
"Oh, dear me. Are we alone now?"
He then swiped himself up to her face, "You did this to yourself, you know."
She sweated a little on the side of her face, laughing lightly and through her nerves before a mist of dragon magic came in the door.
"Ah, finally!" she happily raced over to it, having it unravel before-
"Whoopsie!" Discord poofed over to it and grabbed it, posing like a ballerina on one tippie toe.
"Discord..!" She made a frown of disapproval, and started to try and move around him, but he quick-stepped to the right and left of her, giving her no option.
She gruffed and stomped another foot down.
He chuckled, leaning down and purposefully holding the letter tightly behind his back…
"You really ought to learn to give yourself a break from all these 'royal duties' of yours, Prinny. But, alas…" he dramatically leaned up, having a hand fall on his face as the note remained securely in his other hand.
Celestia eyed it…
"You'll always be that recklessly, overworked philly I've always known and- AH!" he saw her swipe her mane out, and as he pawed through it with both hands, he suddenly looked to see the note gone.
"Why-! I..?" he looked up, and saw her trotting back to her throne, her magic having seized the note, and reading it.
She lifted her back leg and scooted her tail's long, flowy mane over, giving him a look of victory, a slight horse's grunt of satisfaction, and then sat down at to lounge on her throne.
He watched her plopped down and grinned mischievously, "Oh…" he rolled his fingers up, palm facing down. "So we're playing keep away, are we..?~"
He began to slither like a snake,… moving down and humming some chaos melody of ancient origin, one he knew she would recognize…
She grinned slightly, remembering, but then went back to perusing her letter, but her ears clearly indicated she was aware of his game…
He moved on his tippy-toes from one furniture to the next, before diving under Luna's pillows, and poofing to replace a lamp.
Finally, he tackled her, but she teleported before he could and ended up just slamming into the throne.
He moved his mouth to see his face had landed on a etched picture of her and her sister smiling. "Oh dear…" he adjusted his jaw, rubbing it. "I hope that's the right sister." he teased, before turning to see Celestia once again trotting away in a haughty and 'winning' manner.
He rolled his tail up, before flicking it out like a whipped gun-shot, coming right back for her… slowly rising to his feet before…
Fluttershy knocked, and softly, peeked open the door a crack.
"Oh, um.. so sorry. Excuse me… am I… um.. interrupting.. something?"
Her little hoof slightly trembled at entering so 'bluntly' as she thought it was, and ducked her head down, her mane coming over half her face before she saw Discord.
"Fluttershy..? Eep!" he put down his 'monstrous attack formation' with his hands and weakly chuckled.
Celestia looked behind her with her eyes, and smirked slightly, before rolling up the note and nodding to the young mare. "Come in. I'm glad you've come for Discord. He seems to be acting up again."
"How did you..?" Discord watched her strut by him, "Well, I'm flabbergasted!" he dramatically shook his head. "And, not to mention, slightly offended. What? Is Fluttershy my mother or something?" he put a hand to his chest, before Flutterfly flew up, holding an adorable, scolding, pout on her face.
He immediately piped down, lowering his head and his ears.
"Please don't be mad I snuck out late to see my friends…" he whined.
"Discord, you know that an important part of a growing.. um… Discord, is his sleep." Fluttershy tried to be sensitive to his.. um… species.
"But I don't want to go home, I want to play!" he complained, thrusting his arms down like a teenager being caught out late in the night.
"…Oh… Discord…" She gently flew over, and lightly placed both hoofs on the side of his goat-dragon like face.
He looked up to her with big, glossy eyes… sparkling in the castle's light.
She smiled warmly, very kindly, as usual to her nature. "I understand it's hard for you to find friends, Discord. But the princesses are very business with their royal duties. And I could use your help with the other animals." She pulled away, lifting a dainty hoof up.
"Won't you come back with me? Please?" she bent her head back, as if not sure if asking was alright or something.
He pouted, folding his arms, before remembering who was listening in…
He smirked, looking back and getting an idea…
"Oh, but of course, Fluttershy." he grinned, "But um…" he tapped his fingers together, mostly the claw parts. "Could… well, you see." he scrapped his feet on the castle floor. "I've been having some WONDERFUL nightmares lately, just splendid! But the other night I had a … well, an awful, dreadful memory dream and maybe we could… just for tonight… cuddle this time?" He grinned widely, as Fluttershy shifted her head to a tilt and Celestia slammed a book shut, twitching.
He leaned back, a smug little look on his face. "Unless someone else wants to volunteer…"
"-And we're heading back, right away!" nodding her head firmly, Fluttershy headed for the door. "Oh, but I'm sure Angel would love too, though. She's so considerate of others."
"That's not the evil bunny, is it?" he watched as Celestia sent a lightning bolt towards his tail, a warning…
He pulled it up and gripped it, twiddling some fingers her way as a goodbye, before cozying up to Flutterfly and wrapping his arms around her. "Allow me~" he gestured, and poofed them home.
He was miserable.
Under direct orders of the royal family…
He was sleeping in the barn tonight… and the bunny whacked her little foot at every exhale of her sleeping body into his face.
He sighed, before falling asleep with the other squished up animals… but the bear smelled, ghastly!
That was the only wonderful part.
