Chapter 496.
"The new Nuisance."
(March 3, Ketcham Park.)
Seems normal as usual and tons of kids are there with classes done for the day, and we see Lincoln, Jordan, Ryan, Gretchen and Hope with the eagles and training for the annual Bald Eagle Festival and contest.
Also there are some of the louds and known friends from the other schools.
Rusty, Polly, Flat Tire and Jenny are on their bikes and roller skates and going around enjoying the breeze and speed, and also avoiding hitting other folks.
Lisa and Darcy are interacting with the new Pokémon that have arrived to the Park: Falinks and even though they are classified as fighting-type Pokémon, they seem friendly.
Luna and Sam are with Sully and Mazzy, and even Tabby as they begin to talk about the songs for April, and Liam is not too far playing with his new buddy, Wooloo. He's also playing with Lana, Lola, Yamper and Rockruff. Stella and Simon are interacting with some Squirtle by the lake.
Mollie and Sadie are both chatting about their next date, and then we see Lynn with her soccer team and doing some fun practice time, alongside Paula, Annabelle and Jill Talley.
Zach and Hassan are trying out the new drone Hassan made and it's working wonders and they use the drone to record the aerial practice of the eagles to help see if they need to improve or if they're doing alright.
Now we go back to Lincoln and the others with the whole eagle training ordeal.
"So, we got the whole thing planned right?" asked Lincoln. "We handle with eagle training and even with dodge ball training and then when both things are deal with on spring break, then we can lock and load for the upcoming video game contest against Hazeltucky."
"Game, set and match man. I am as ready as you are and ready for some epic Star Wars Battlefront 2!" replied Ryan. "But, I do question on the condition of those three bullies from the other day."
"We're not gonna have to worry about them guys" replied Hope. "From what Jenny told us, they're not gonna be back to do anything for the next two months and I think next to their detention, they're also in for some heavy duty grounding and unable to bring any harm to us. They can try whatever they want, but in the end they'll only make the hurt onto themselves."
"They messed with the rules of the school and picked on our friends and so they pay the price and the judgment is cast onto them" replied Gretchen. She then thinks. "But, I have this bad feeling that they will try something, something bad."
"Guys, we've been through a lot" replied Jordan. "We went against the odds and faced hard hitting enemies who all tried to bring harm and ruin to our family, friends and loved ones. Those three bullies might be the new enemies we're gonna be facing, but we can handle the issue that comes. As we've always had, we can take them on."
"Jordan's right" replied Lincoln. "Let's not dwell on those we may have sparked a conflict with for the future and look forward to the plans we have made and set. So, what else do you guys wanna know?" He then signals the eagles to stop flying.
The eagles land onto the shoulders of Lincoln, Jordan, Gretchen, Ryan and Hope, and they pet their heads and scratch their chins.
"Well, what's the word on Great Lakes city?" asked Hope. "Anything from Santiago and Chang?" they all go over to the picnic set they made and grab some food to eat and something to drink.
"Well, Ronnie Anne said that her Tia Frida and Tio Carlos are gonna have their wedding anniversary this weekend on March 6 and who knows what they have in store for them" replied Jordan. "Let's hope it doesn't turn south real fast, because who knows what Carl would have planned."
"Knowing that kid, trouble ahead" replied Ryan. He then gives a piece of fish to Harrier and then pets his head. "Anything on the hero counterparts? What about their deal with the new lady who wants to run for mayor?"
"Nothing" replied Lincoln. "But the answers lie within FutureTech and the allied base." He then looks to Jordan. "Any word on your godfather and what's going on?"
Jordan shakes her head in denial. "Sorry Linc, but no word. We haven't gotten anything from him since the other day, but from Jenny's word, she heard that the man who helped in Mayor Davis's reelection got fired. What the heck happened?"
Lincoln knows that one. "Leni caught Vic snooping around the office and it looked like he was getting some dirt and making some cheating methods to make Mayor Davis look bad, and so she ratted him out and that's why he's out of the job and FutureTech was the one to lock him up for good."
"Leni did everyone and Mayor Davis a favor and saved the reelection, but the issue is that they think Vic may be in cahoots with the new lady running for mayor. Which is a totally bad sign, at least the odds have been dismantled and there can be one heck of a fair fight."
Hope didn't like this. "That new lady, Selena Williams is gonna make things even harder on Mayor Davis, but knowing that her words of racism and rude gestures, no one will vote for her."
"Dang right on that one." Jordan and Hope fist bump each other and then they all enjoy some talk and rest with the eagles and enjoy some good food. Then someone yells at them.
"Hey! You kids! What on earth is this?!" They all turn to the left and see this woman coming towards them.
Selena Williams - This lady is 44 year's old and standing at Rita's height. She has long brown hair tied into a bun and brown eyes, she wears a black suit and skirt with a red shirt underneath and black shoes, her fingernails are painted white.
The woman is holding a clipboard, camera and has a wagon of fliers and they can tell that she is trouble. "What are you kids doing here? Shouldn't you be in school? And why are there eagles here?! What the heck is going on with this park? I demanded this place be closed for the rest of the afternoon for my speech!"
They look to the woman's features and they notice her fliers and see the name, and it all made so many signs on who she is and what she stands for.
Lincoln speaks up for them. "Ma'am, we're just having a picnic and a break from training with the eagles. We're not doing anything wrong."
Selena Williams scoffs. "I beg to differ, and what on earth are with these birds? Are you yours?"
"They are" replied Jordan. "They've been with us for more than two years and the younger ones have been with us for nearly a year as well. What the heck is your issue and what's with that attitude?"
"Yeah, no one is getting hurt and there's no trouble around here" replied Ryan.
Selena Williams didn't seem amused by them. "Well, children such as yourselves shouldn't be interacting with such beasts. I demand that you children send them back to where they came from and go back to school."
This gets them annoyed. "Lady, they came to us and three of the eagles hatched here in Royal Woods" replied Lincoln.
"Also, classes are done for the day. School won't be back up until tomorrow, what the heck is wrong with you?" said Jordan.
"I don't care. You should be in school as the rest of these hoodlums causing a mess in the park!" Everyone hears this, and looks to the woman and so does Luna and Sam and they do not look pleased by this situation.
"Ma'am, we're just having fun. Is that even wrong?" asked Gretchen.
"To me, yes it is wrong. Children should be ready for what is to come and what is to come is their start in life and their jobs and you five should go back to school, now!"
Then Yamper, Rockruff, Raptor and Apollo arrive and block the woman from them. "What on earth? What are these monsters?! What is this town gotten itself into?!"
"What the heck is wrong with you lady?" Selena Williams sees everyone in the park is looking to her, as well as the Pokémon and some grownups.
"I can only guess that you're the new person in town who's been a total annoyance to everyone with no consent of even understanding what the heck everyone is doing" said Sam.
"Kinda feels like we got ourselves one of those same folks who come and start a tussle of trouble or in other words, the enemies we've been facing and sending back to the big house" said Liam.
"The very same lady who thinks she has the nerves to do what she wants in our town and ruin everything we've all been working hard on" said Stella.
"Also known as Selena Williams" replied Jenny. "The very same one that my auntie has been talking about and completely ignoring on the news."
Selena Williams's looks around and everyone who's against her. "What is the matter with all of you?!" She then sees how everyone looks and sees how their personalities are. "Oh I see. The corrupted folks, the ones that should've been removed and reeducated! You should all be grateful that I'm here, to fic this town!"
"Dude, we're all fine. It's you who needs to be fixed in the head, and there's no hell to way that we're gonna be following you" said Luna. "We're not some dumb idiot puppets who follow that fool who lost being the Commander in Chief of the country."
That made Selena Williams angry. "Donald Trump is a great man and he will be the ruler of this…"
"I think we've had enough of you." She turns around and sees Peter Harris and a heck ton of aircraft above her from the Allied Outpost and the Gladius BattleCruiser slowly coming above them. "Selena Williams, get the hell away from this park and take your damned business elsewhere."
"No!" yelled Selena. "I have a speech to make and I have the rights to do so at the…."
"Lady, look to the poster over there." Officer Schoffner points to the flier on the wall of the park bulletin board and they see Selena Williams has been dubbed banned from the park, for the many things she's done to ruin and annoy peoples businesses.
"Ever since you came to our town and began ranting on stuff that isn't even wrong, the whole town is now aware and have now planned on keeping you away from the local businesses so you won't bring any ruin, harm or annoying garbage and trash talk to the good folks of Royal Woods."
"The very sole reason why we had to lock up your little friend, Vic. He spoke like a canary and it took some…" Peter Harris cracks his knuckles. "Convincing to get him to chatter everything, and that's why we're placing heavy duty security all over the town, so you don't do anything to anyone."
Jordan snickers. "Looks like someone is gonna lose hard when the votes come in, but we all know who everyone else would rather have for a mayor."
"And that would be me!" yelled Selena.
They all remain silent. "Guys, there's something wrong in her head" replied Polly. Jenny and Stella record this and they will post this whole ordeal so everyone in the state of Michigan knows.
"Lady, you should leave now before things get a whole lot worse for you" replied Lincoln. a Blastoise surfaces and stands behind Lincoln alongside Abomasnow and a Houndoom.
Selena Williams sees this trouble happening and so she takes her leave and grumbles about this, but before she goes into her car, she looks to everyone and yells. "You will all be reported for this!" She then drives off.
"Report this to who?" asked Peter Harris. They take their leave and go back to their own business.
But Lincoln and Jordan on the other hand, they can tell that things are gonna get a whole lot worse. Who knows what this woman plans next to their beloved town and at what lengths she will go to, to become their mayor.
They have to inform their hero versions, that this woman has come and is about to bring tons of trouble and chaos to their world.
