An old enemy haunts Martin the Warrior's dreams, yet how can that be when that enemy has been dead for many seasons? With the arrival of a young mousemaid connected to his past, Martin takes up his sword once more to protect the one place he swore never to return to. When an old enemy from the Sandeyes' past returns and threatens the peace of Redwall Abbey, Jared Sandeye must find the warrior within himself and fight to protect his family and their sacred home. In doing so, a lifelong secret of the siblings is inadvertently revealed that will change Redwall Abbey and Mossflower Forest forever.

During my off time on deployment I decided to do a parody summary of one of my favorite books, The Long Patrol by the late Brian Jaques, inspired by the style of the "Really Really Fast" series by Viva Reverie on YouTube. The work will contain humorous and somewhat incorrect SPOILERS. Also, as a warning, mild foul language is sprinkled throughout, though most are censored. Enjoy!

A deadly winter storm brings the Corsair King of the Western Seas to the shores of Mossflower, and a chance for heroism, bravery, cowardice, and death returns once more to the peaceful walls of Redwall Abbey.

As Mossflower plunges into its bitterest crisis, adventurers from around the world join up to save it. What a pity Martin the Warrior doesn't always choose the right beasts - or more accurately, everyone could buy a cheap MMORPG... Some parts of the dialogue taken from RABToons, some parts of the world taken from Airan's Enigma, and co-written by The Grey Coincidence.
