Modern/Uni AU, DN. Daine is a student who's really into astronomy and Numair is an astrophysics grad student and TA. Mostly just fluff between our favs and an exploration of the circumstances and interactions between our other favorite characters in a Modern/Uni setting. Slowly but surely will be finished.

Daine asks Numair for his advice on an important decision, and receives a long overdue answer that neither were prepared for. Post-RotG AU where they did not become romantically involved.

Story set in Tortall after the events of the Tricksters Choice instalment of Pierce's universe. A mage has summoned someone from our universe for unknown reasons, and she must learn the ways of Tortall and learn to control her newfound magic. A very vague idea I had, that may or may not work.

Carthak barely behind them and another storm rising, Numair and Daine manage to pause in a moment where past, present, and future seem to blend as one. Set between EM and RotG; pre-relationship; canon-compliant.

Waylaid by a blizzard, Daine finds a way to stay warm and pass the time with Numair. Boundaries are tested as they both wonder if there are some lines better crossed. Post-RotG AU where they have not become romantically involved.

Alanna finds out that George has been keeping a file on her in his role as Spymaster. When Daine accidentally interrupts the fallout, she gets more than she bargained for when she finds out just how much George sees. Post-RotG where Daine and Numair have not begun a romantic relationship. One-shot.

Daine and Numair wile away the late hours of Beltane in conversation and starlight. Post-RotG AU where they did not become romantically involved. A Beltane gift of fluff, friendship and flirtation.

Set about 7-8 weeks after one of my other fics (I Just Can't). Daine and Numair reunite at Fort Mastiff during the turning point of the Scanran war.

Moonlight, bonfires, and ale;Daine and Numair find themselves blurring lines one summer night. Post-RotG in an AU where Daine and Numair did not become romantically involved.

Tarshim is a terrible place...full of those filled with anger and hatred. I'm glad I left. Although I guess I could have thought of a better escape plan. If it wasn't for Numair and Daine I would have been dead by now... but I'm glad I get a second chance...
