When Crowley and Aziraphale find a baby on the edge of a forest, they take her in to care for her until they're able to find her a new home. However, sentimentality soon gets the better of them, and they really can't deny the fact that they're both falling for this little girl as though she were their own.

Just as all demons and angels held counterparts with each other, DEATH held one, as well. And When she goes missing, DEATH goes hunting. Or, more specifically, requests a favor of one who spoiled The End to go a hunt. They picked themselves up because it was the only thing they know how to do. They patched up their wounded and nobody commented on who they used to be or how different they looked. Some of them didn't pick themselves up, but nobody commented on that, either. (This story folllows Hastur, Ligur, and Crowley through the fall to current times and how they survived Hell.)

Crowley has a plan for stopping Armageddon, but it requires Aziraphale to take up more than one role. Nanny's dog is a holy terror, Warlock is traumatized, Satan is basically an overgrown animal-loving preteen, and the belly rubs were the angel's idea, Crowley swears.
