There, they learned of a secret alien invasion on Earth with certain victory. However, they all gain the power to shapeshift into animals and fight back. They are the Animorphs.

Revamped version of an old, discontinued fanfic of mine under the same name. Book summary on first page. "It was supposed to be a normal Saturday afternoon. Tobias is getting tired of lying to his mom about the war with the Yeerks, but what matters more right now are the eerie dreams about the ocean that he can't shake-off. He's not the only one having dreams and when they turn out to be a cry for help the Animorphs have to leave the safety of dry land and take the plunge to rescue what may be the last remaining free Andalite on Earth.

Tellion 7854 was just another low ranking Yeerk in the seemingly endless war against the Andalites. Then, through a strange twist of fate, or perhaps something greater, she was given the chance to become something else. Something no Yeerk had ever been before.

A runaway Kelbrid, a human girl named Lilah, a stubborn Andalite female and a Yeerk-turned-Nothlit-turned-Yeerk-again are brought together, stranded back in time to the Andalite-Yeerk war on Earth. They try their best to get home despite their differences and the fact that they may've irreversibly altered the past. Oh, and what are they supposed to do with the Animorphs?

The Animorphs have rescued Ax from a Kelbrid moon, butis story doesn't add up, and the absense of Kelbrids raises suspicions. Jake decides to travel to the Kyritlyp to make sure that they had the real Ax. Menderash thinks that they already have the real Ax and sees the mission as a fatal error. Jake isn't backing down, and Menderash decides to take matters into his own hands.

They thought they had seen it all with aliens secretly invading, but then the Yeerks discovered a weapon no one had anticipated: a girl roughly Jake's age. The only problem: she can't remember a thing. Will she be caught, or will the Animorphs intervene?

In this story, Jake and Rachel are temporarily stuck as giraffes. Rachel dies giving birth to her and Jake's daughter named April who has developmental delays. Cassie is a dove while Tobias remains a hawk.
