Second ever fanfic! My own spin on the established narrative. I enjoyed the series well enough, but there were always a few things that bothered me. Louise was insufferable, and Saito was a bit bland as a protagonist. So I decided make things a bit interesting with a re-write. Give him a decent backstory, some motivation, and a backbone to his new master!

Louise fails to summon a familiar, and instead finds herself transported to a strange place where the sun never shines. If she ever wants to return home, she will have to keep her wits about her and learn to survive on her own. Well, not completely on her own.
