A real odd couple situation has occurred in Galo's home, with him extending his spare room to Lio. Lio's determined to move out as soon as possible, but Galo isn't so keen on that idea.

Galo was unsure why Lio usually retreated onto the balcony of their apartment late at night, nursing a constant stream of cigarettes, so he decided to follow him one night. Rated K for fluff.

Galo is missing. Having known him since they were young, Aina sets off to find him. The journey sparks memories of her childhood with Heris, her sister.

Galo learns the hard way that some rescues aren't so simple. When the immediate repercussions of losing the Promare hit Lio, his bond with Galo becomes a matter of survival for the Burnish leader.
