I'm really bad at summarizing stuff so I'll make this brief. Basically in in Academy City there exist a group known by both side of the city. no one knows who's in charge, how many people are part of it. This is just a story going into the lives of few of it's members they are known as the Dollars. (Hopefully this doesn't suck.) canceled for the time being.
