The beginning of Maid Marian's story. (Short story)

Now a savior to the poor of a Mid-Atlantic American city, a gentlemanly young struggling-actor-turned-vigilante (who just happens to be one of the tallest foxes you'll ever meet) recalls his upbringing in England and the first time he ever made the choice to become a hero. This character-study origin story is a stand-alone excerpt from my larger crossover work, "L'EDgendary"!

While Robin Hood goes off to save Friar Tuck and the jailed citizens of Nottingham from Prince John, Maid Marian and Lady Kluck stay behind in Sherwood Forest to defend it from Prince John's forces. Author's Note: This is my theory into why Maid Marian was missing in the second half of the film.

King Richard has died, Prince John is back on the throne ... and for Robin of Locksley, this all spells trouble of the worst kind.

My first Robin Hood fanfic that takes place during Robin Hood after the song sequence "Phony King of England" where Little John secretly sneaks into the Sheriff's place at Prince John's castle and makes out with the Ol Bushel Britches himself, "The Sheriff of Nottingham. Rated T for sexual kinkiness.

I Saw Disney's "Robin Hood" in the theaters back in '73 (dating myself a bit, there) and very much enjoyed it. Many years later, I had some speculations of what might happen if Prince John had won out in the end and what might happen to Robin, Marian, and others as a result. This is the first chapter of that storyline idea.

This is a rewrite of the Disney movie by yours truly and her online brother, Roleplayer48. There is no romance, and just a lot of fun with Robin Hood and Little John giving Prince John a hard time.
