It follows the adventures of the young lion Simba, the heir of his father, Mufasa, and his twin sister Amani. Simba and Amani's evil uncle, Scar, plots to usurp Mufasa's throne by luring the father, son, and daughter into a stampede, and Mufasa was killed.
