A Romulan warbird finds itself in the ME Universe as Subcommander V'lana Avesti discovers that both universes face a common menace. Story begins at beginning of ME2 and will continue through to ME3. Events will diverge from canon-they have to in a story like this. I'm rating this story M because V'lana has a potty mouth and adult situations. Better safe than sorry.
