The Heir has found himself overwhelmed by the sheer evil of the Darkest Dungeon. His last remaining mercenary, a man trained in the occult arts, sends out a message to many different lands, requesting aid of those of a higher caliber than the norm. I own none of these characters, nor their respective games/anime/movies/etc.

Four enter the dungeon, perched at the very precipice of oblivion. Now only one remains, a hands breadth from being unwound. Teetering on the brink of insanity and facing the abyss, the true test begins. Is there no hope in this hell? No saving angel in an Abominations time of need? Or perhaps a young mage girl can answer his prayers for salvation.

The world that these broken heroes knew is now nothing but fractured rock and earth. Attempts of accepting the terms of truth is unbearable, and we soon make false truths and bury it with lies. But in the end, madness will set in like a parasite digging into the weak flesh, which will consume us, and kill us within.

The not at all anticipated prequel to Bad Bitter Bits Fan Fiction features an Arbalest, a Crusader, a Vestal, and a Leper are tricked by someone or something, and wake up in an asylum far away from the world they know.
