A sequel to 'Belittle'. In the summer of 1996, ten years after her stint with Inspector Gadget, our tiny heroine is snatched from her comfortable home and brought into a challenging and somewhat surreal situation. Rated T, for things which probably wouldn't be mentioned in a children's cartoon.

"I had no choice in this matter when Dr. Claw gave me an ultimatum," Dr. Slickstein reminded the Inspector. "either allow Penny to die or use my knowledge of medical science and bionics to save her."

Gadget regains full use of his mental faculties and memories, and finally discovers the truth about Penny's role in all his past missions. But before he and Penny can clear the air between them insidious forces separate uncle and niece. With Penny's life in danger Gadget must face his past and recognize his own worth if he ever hopes to be reunited with his beloved niece.

There are only two things that Inspector Gadget would never do without, his niece Penny and his hat. He adores his gray headwear, which not only suits him perfectly, but also hides a lot of his gadgets. Why doesn't he take it off almost at all?

Explores what might have happened if Inspector Gadget had an intelligent, competent sidekick, instead of that idiot capeman. How would this person react to Gadget's clumsiness, and also to Penny and Brain helping him behind the scenes? How much better would season 2 have been? What new possibilities could have unfolded? 15 year-old Penny is helping her uncle with spring cleaning and finds a creative way to make the time go by faster, and in doing so reminds Gadget that it's okay to give in to his human instincts once in a while. Brain, meanwhile, muses on how odd (but lovable) his humans can be. Family fluff/feels and no incest.

When Penny was little, Uncle Gadget always told her a lot of tales about princesses, evil dragons and brave knights. Penny knew one such "knight." He was different. He wore a trench coat, read a newspaper, drank cold tea, and a police badge glistened in his pocket instead of a sword. But his titanium armor was inside.

Penny isn't one for silly nicknames and careless words of endearment. She had experienced loss far too early to fling around words like "love" so carelessly. Gadget, for his part, has never really had any need for nicknames himself. But there are times between uncle and niece when certain words capture everything they mean to each other. The story of Penny and Brain's long, hard journey in the Junior Police Academy. Can the Gadgets convince the Academy instructors to respect a 12 year old girl and a talking dog, when the Instructors think they are just riding on their Uncle Gadget's name and reputation? Penny and Brain go to Summer camp. They make a new friend. Brain must defend Penny and her new friend. Explains how Penny got the football jackets she wears in season 2. Also, Inspector Gadget remodels their home, and Dr. Claw sees this as the perfect time to sabotage the Gadget home. Takes place between seasons 1 & 2 of the original series. Penny and Brain are elderly, and they want the world to remember and learn from their lifelong war against MAD. They make a new friend, who is out for herself at first, but grows to love them. It was a new school year and Penny is studying at the Agency University were all the agents from the HQ and MAD agency is studying here too. Talon is forced to study here by Dr. Claw don't know what the reason is, and Kayla have a plan about those two agents this college. Would Penny and Talon be still enemies even if they were staying on the same roof and colleagues ( spoilers!)
