6 years have passed. Section has been redesigned with the branches no longer acting as independent institutions, but are now partnered with an international network of agencies. The Collective has all but dispersed, but war continues to threaten Section as factions of the organization plot against the agency. Nikita must take drastic action when her family is directly threatened.

Nikita is assigned to work with a forger to take down a dangerous terrorist group . As she gets to know her contact, she learns about his dark interests and it horrifies her. Section wants to protect him. Nikita wants to kill him. Her contact just wants to kill. With so much going on in the city and at Section, no one's hands are clean.

Section One is under attack. Someone has leaked information about the locations of their substations. Now Section is being audited to find the mole. Oversight has sent 2 representatives to conduct the investigation. The last time that Section played host to someone from Section Four, it nearly destroyed them. Their new guests are little older, and a little more dangerous...

Nikita and Michael move into a suburban split-level to play house during a mission to entrap an attorney in league with an imprisoned terrorist. As they go through the assignment, Nikita begins to wonder if the man she is living with is real, or just another illusion. Story line is taken from S2E11 Pyschic Pilgrim and follows the episode scenes .

There's a new face at Section, a mysterious looking Valentine's operative with a knack for seduction. Nikita is assigned to work with him, but is warned to be careful. As always with Section nothing is ever as it seems.

This story picks up with Nikita running Section and how she dealt with the loss of saying goodbye to Michael. Will their paths ever cross again?
