It had been six months since Tim Bradford saved her. Many things had changed since then... most importantly she had developed feelings for Tim. The words that he had said to her as he pulled her out kept on ringing through her head, "I'm here, boot." Takes place after 2x11

Post #3x06. Tim's confrontation with Mack's wife, Beth leads to him doubting himself and eventually to an emotional and mutually vulnerable moment with Lucy that finally brings some feelings to the surface. Post 3x06. Assumes Rachel and Tim have called it quits due to the distance. This is my first attempt at a fic in a long time - I tried to stay true to character - enjoy!

Tim and Lucy respond to a call of disturbance nearby, things happen, and Lucy becomes high as hell. And Tim is definitely not having the best day.

This is my interpretation of what happens after S3 Ep 6 of The Rookie, Revelations. It was painful to watch the episode end without anyone (aka Lucy) being there to remind Tim that he is a good person and he did the right thing, so I tried to fix it!

I am loving Bradford and Chen's storyline! Thanks everyone, writing this is my way of biding time until season 3! Happy there will be one, even if it takes months before they can shoot it.

Wishful thinking. If Chenford weren't being planned as one of those incredibly slow burns. Of course the way The Rookie is handling is best and I do not own the characters. Just one scene at a time, from the beginning, what I would've liked to see. This is fantasy after all right? So until it happens for real on the show, I'll keep myself busy here.
