Easy Company receives a German spy they don't particularly care for. Karolina Shütze is assigned to a company preventing her from exacting her revenge. Secrets, vendettas, and a world at war bring them together to do one thing: kill Nazis. And who knows? Maybe they can be friends after all.

The men of Easy Company, are relatively new to Toccoa Camp and are excited when a new group of nurses are assigned to the base hospital. Bill Guarnere, is less than thrilled when he discovers that he knows one of the new nurses Viola rather closely. Easy Company has been through six months of combat, but the Siege of Bastogne will test them all in ways the war just hasn't yet. As the war drags on, former resistance fighter Alice Klein also faces the hard truths about what it means to be a German Jew. Thankfully none of them have to do any of this alone.
