It is Easter on Tracy Island but it's not a happy time for Captain Hayley Madison who remembers a terrible disaster that she and International Rescue got involved in during the time of Easter 2061. Here be the story from both Hayley and IR's perspective as they battle to save lives and stop the culprits in a terrifying event that became known as The Gibraltar Incident.
