In this story we will follow their lives prior to being locked up, see how Stef rose to power in prison, how Lena survived and killed her abusive husband, how Callie narrowly escaped her mother's boyfriend, and ultimately coming together in jail and becoming a family.

This takes place one night shortly after graduation.. it is sort of a missing scene. It is mostly a rewrite of an earlier story called "When?"
