After her parent's execution Aquila spends her days indifferently. Treating patients as District's 4 doctor and Annie's bright smile is what keeps her going even after what happened. So really, there isn't much of a choice when the name "Annie Cresta" is called out at the Reapings.

"Finnick and Taiya have kept up with their training more than any other tribute," Haymitch said shaking his head. "They'd both kill and die for each other. I'm serious Katniss, do not cross them. She's actually a very lovely young lady, friends with just about every victor there is, she'll be last on their kill list."

The Tributes are Reaped for the 75th Hunger Games instead of the 74th and forced to compete in a Quell where the rules are all different. With the Game turned on its head, no one is sure what to do, least of all Sky, a very unlikely Tribute. For Sky it's all about Survival, but for the vicious boy from 2 it's about Victory. It's been two years since the end of the war and Katniss and Peeta are officially married and both 19. What if Katniss agreed to have a baby at a much earlier age than in Mockingjay?

Cato wins the 74th Hunger Games. On his victory tour he meets Katniss Everdeen and they have a brief affair. Thirteen years later, Cato is mentor of District Two, ready to help his tribute win it all. Until he sees a twelve year old boy with uncanny resemblance to himself getting reaped. When the truth becomes clear, Cato knows he will stop at nothing to get this boy out.

Katniss and Peeta weren't the only victors who irritated President Snow. The Capitol, the victors, rebellion and how everything fell into place just before the 3rd Quarter Quell.

Amalia is Katniss's older cousin, Gale's best friend, Haymitch's daughter, and a Capitol favorite. She beats Katniss to volunteering for Prim, but isn't expecting for Gale's name to be drawn. Despite their friendship, the two now find themselves at odds as they try to figure out how to survive the challenge that is the 74th HUNGER GAMES.

Almost a hundred years after the failed Second Rebellion, the Hunger Games continue. Panem has changed, and yet it has not. Traditions carry on, and District Eight braces itself for another Reaping Ceremony. [Part III of New Friends, New Enemies]

Cel Perdanez had always needed to fight for her sight. She would go into the Games: for her victory, for her surgery. Only after she's recovered her eyes would she rise. Her demise won't matter: she's better off dead than blind. (Until Daria asks her, in a whisper, what's wrong. That is all it takes for Cel to break.) A story about self-loathing, recovery, and life out of death.

It's the implication that there is something going on between Gale and Madge. When Katniss goes off to the Hunger Games, who else does Gale turn to but the Mayor's daughter? Gadge, slight AU/mostly canon from Madge's perspective.
