A short story set at sea and in the Narnia of the White Witch. A Calormene crew encounter a ghost-ship, fauns and wolves. It contains no bad language or violence, but there is some peril and so it may scare young children.

One night, Aslan is awoken to find a baby girl on his cavestep. When she turns 17, he tells her she is the rightful Queen along with four others who will come to Narnia. But first, the Princess must defeat her estranged mothers spell of eternal winter. Armed with her own magic, Aslan, and the Pevensies by her side, will Diamond take her place in Narnia? And maybe find a King?

On a night surrounded by concrete, majestic evidence of the four Royals' status, the two youngest Pevensies have a talk, once and for all, of long-running guilt and resurgent feelings of unworthiness, and Lucy, for the first and last time, is finally brought into the light with regards to the darkest and most horrible part of her brother's self.
