Borrowed from my series, The Thornton Tales, this super smutty short follows John and Margaret as they spend a few days in Manchester. With no children or commitments, what could a young married couple possibly do to entertain themselves? Whilst unpacking, Margaret notices that she is missing something and after interrogating her mischievous husband, they check out the hotel bed.

As Margaret hunts for a lost treasure on Christmas Day, her loving husband is both amused and allured by her new dress, which is as red as a cherry. With time to spare before their guests arrive, what can they get up to? With a little bit of mild smut and plenty of fluff, this Christmas one-shot borrowed from my Thornton Tales collection, offers a bit of festive fun.

A one-shot from my series The Thornton Tales to try and give us all some Christmas cheer. This fluffy short story follows Margaret and John Thornton as they gather around their Christmas tree and think on all the comfort and joy they have been blessed with. They thank God for the contentment they cherish in their marriage and all the love they share with and for their children.

Modern AU. John Thornton hasn't seen Margaret Hale in sixteen years. Everything turns upside down when an unexpected visitor turns up at Marlborough Shipping Depot, forcing John to relive the best—and worst—time of his life.

Modern AU. (OG) Margaret Hale is a British expat who moves to Milton, Connecticut to live with her father when her mother's health deteriorates. Born and raised in South Carolina, John Thornton is the owner of a trucking company, Marlborough Shipping Depot. Whenever the two meet, sparks fly.

This is a retelling of Gaskell's North and South, but with a twist. At the beginning of our story, when Margaret is propositioned by Henry Lennox, she feels obligated to agree. (I've used a bit of poetic license with her reasons). Anyway, Margaret marries Lennox and then goes to visit her parents a few months later, as they have moved north. What will happen when she meets John?
