The group plans to celebrate New Year's at Jenny Joyce's party, but Erin finds herself left out. One shot, my first attempt ever at writing fanfiction so I'm not brave enough to try a multichapter story yet. Enjoy!

James bit his lip in amusement, casting a glance over to the digital alarm clock on the bedside locker nearest to him. '03:00'. Of the two of them, Erin was definitely the most likely to have a full blown cack attack in the wee hours of the morning. Over a single grey hair. From his head.

A short but sweet one-shot I wrote based on Series One's final episode, in the talent show. It follows Erin's thoughts and feelings as she realises she's potentially lost both Clare and James' friendship. How she's struggling over why James avoiding her is affecting her so much. But she's too stubborn to realise why. Rated M for strong language reasons only.
