it's been 10 years, 10 years ago when a boy named Izuku Midoriya was diagnosed Quirkless. In a world where Superpowers called Quirks have taken over the majority of the World's population, 80% of humans have those said superpowers ranging from telekinesis, super strength, mutations, control over elements and so on. Fiction that can only be found in superhero comics have become reality while 20% of the world's population were Quirkless including Izuku Midoriya. A World where Heroes as a job and Villains who uses their powers for their own gain alike exists.

Izuku has a dream of becoming a hero but Ever since he was Diagnosed as Quirkless at the age of four, no one believed in him. Not his Childhood friend, not his Peers, not the Adults around him, and not even his own Mother as all she could say to Izuku is "I'm Sorry." now as years passed...

It's been 5 years, 5 years ago. Izuku's Mom insisted in making Izuku move to a place called Iwatodai, a place owned by the Kirijo Corporation, a place where discrimination rates are very low and let Izuku attend into a school called Gekkoukan Middle School. His Mother knew that Izuku has been hurting since he was Diagnosed as Quirkless, she knew how Quirkless kids a treated though she can't come along with Izuku due to her Job, she knew that Izuku would at least have a normal life there without having to worry about other kids bullying him.

There, Izuku meets his cherished friends: Makoto Yuki, a stoic, calm, and reserved boy, Yukari Takeba, a popular, cheerful girl; Akihiko Sanada, a calm and collected senior who leads the school's boxing team; and Mitsuru Kirijo, the Student Council President of Gekkoukan high and daughter of the head of the Kirijo Group, Junpei Iori, a class clown, Fuuka Yamagishi, a Shy girl, Aigis, a female android; Ken Amada, someone the same age as him with the same love for heroes, Shinjiro Aragaki, a distant young man who has a secret motherly side in him, and Koromaru, a dog who lost their owner.

It is also a place where Izuku discovered something sinister happening. When the clock strikes 12:00, The Dark Hour Appears. The First time this happened. Izuku was creeped out, coffins are everywhere and there are puddles of blood. This is when Izuku met a boy the same age as him named Ken Amada who helped Izuku to escort him into their dorms. This is also when he Joins the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad, SEES for short, a group of students investigating the Dark Hour, a time period between one day and the next that few people are aware of. During the Dark Hour, Tartarus appears, a large tower containing Shadows, creatures that feed on the minds of humans. To fight the Shadows, each member of SEES is able to summon a Persona, a manifestation of a person's inner self... And their way of summoning their persona is to shoot themselves in the head via Evoker. This is a power, separate from quirks. And Izuku has the potential to summon said persona.

Though Izuku is mortified by the idea of shooting oneself in the head to fight, he was determined along with his New friends to exterminate the Shadows. Though he may not have a quirk but he has now the power to become the hero he always wanted to be, Saving others from the hands of shadows. With proper training and weapons handling, his preference being a staff, he'll assist his friends in whatever it takes with his Persona named Jason,

As Months go by, SEES and Izuku fought their way into Tartarus. Days where Izuku felt happiness bonding with his friends especially Makoto, Days where Izuku cried because of the loss of a Member... Shinjiro, days where Izuku felt betrayed and Overwhelmed by Ikutsuki, days where all of them including Izuku felt the despair of death and the hope to keep living, the day where Izuku found his resolve in becoming a hero changing his persona from Jason to Theseus. Until eventually, they reach the top of Tartarus. Nyx appears which became of their Former friend named Ryoji. Nyx the Harbinger of the fall, and when all hope seems lost with Nyx being too powerful. Makoto Yuki became their hope, as their leader, as the one who can use multiple personas, as the one who understood Izuku the most, he used everything he had to defeat Nyx; to destroy the dark hour, Tartarus, forever. Sacrificed his life from everyone's demise.

The day that Makoto Yuki died, in the school rooftop in Aigis's lap with her shedding a tear. Izuku and everyone else mourned for their valued friend's death.

Shortly after those events, at the end of the school year. During their last dinner party, the SEES members discover that they are trapped in their dorm, and that the day March 31 is repeating itself. Later, a large door-like hole opens in the floor of the dorm, and SEES is attacked by Metis, an anti-shadow weapon similar to Aigis. In the midst of fighting Metis to protect her friends, Aigis's Persona, Athena, transforms into Orpheus, the original Persona of Makoto. She also gains the ability to summon multiple personas just like how Makoto does it. Aigis can subdue Metis, whose actions were an attempt to end the time skip and save Aigis, who she calls her "sister".

Underneath the dorm is the Abyss of Time, the cause of the time skip. The Abyss contains seven doors, the insides of which contain multi-floor dungeons, similar in design to Tartarus; it is in these areas that the game's combat takes place. At the bottom of each floor, everyone witnesses an event from the past of a member of SEES. After seeing several of these flashbacks, everyone discerns that the event shown in each door relates to how that person had awakened to their Persona with Izuku wanting to protect everyone. At the bottom of the seventh and final door, SEES fights a Shadow-like version of Makoto Yuki After defeating it, each of them obtain a key. By combining the keys, they would be able to end the time skip and leave the dorm. However, Metis presents Everyone with an alternative: instead of unlocking the front door of the dorm, they may also use the keys to travel back in time, to before the fight against Nyx and the death of Makoto. Now unable to agree on how to use the keys, everyone determines that they must fight each other to decide; Izuku, Yukari and Mitsuru wish to travel back in time and save Makoto from his fate, Akihiko and Ken wish to honor his sacrifice and leave the dorm, while Junpei and Koromaru intend to act as a neutral party and hold the keys until the others can make a rational decision. Aigis, Fuuka and Metis claim all eight keys, which fuse into the Final Key. After debating on what to do now, they discover a third, new door in the Abyss of Time, which the group uses to travel to the moment Makoto sealed Nyx from the world.

Metis explains that the purpose of the seal created by Makoto Yuki was not to seal away Nyx herself, but to prevent humanity's despair from calling out to Nyx and bringing about the Fall once more. The subconscious will of mankind to despair and wish for death constantly rebirths a monster called Erebus that summons Nyx to destroy the world; Metis implies that Erebus's contact with Nyx is what caused the Fall. Everyone realizes that the wishes that created Erebus also came from them along With Izuku's hopelessness because of his quirklessness, and so they fight it, and can defeat it. Mitsuru points out that Erebus will return, as humans will never stop wishing for death. After breaking the time skip and exiting through the front door of the dorm with the Final Key, Metis, Aigis, and the rest of SEES are summoned to the Velvet Room, much to a man named Igor and a woman named Elizabeth's pleasant surprise. It is here they and Izuku learns of Metis's true origins: that she is a manifestation of a part of Aigis's personality. Distraught over the death of Makoto Yuki, she no longer wanted to live like a human, and wished to return to being a machine then Aigis changes her mind, deciding to continue to attend school, something she had chosen not to do earlier.

Now I'm present time, Izuku is now 14 years old and he fondly remembers those 1 year worth of memories with everyone. Now moving back to Masutafu in hopes of attending an Elite Hero School called U.A high. Using the power of his Persona, Theseus to become the hero he always wanted to be, his lifelong dream of saving everyone with a smile starts here. Riding in a train, Izuku looks through his phone filled with pictures of him and his friends; Makoto-san... Yukari-chan, Junpei-kun, Mitsuru-Senpai, Akihiko-Senpai, Fuuka-chan, Kenchan, Shinjiro-Senpai... Koromaru, Aigis, Ryoji-kun... Izuku smiles and looks at his Evoker and his staff in his bag, "Yeah... I hope you're watching me Makoto-san... Shinjiro-Senpai... I'm going to be the best hero there is...!" With his newfound determination, resolve, and power. The train is nearing Masutafu station with his Mother waiting for him, He's ready...
