this episode is a based on a joke I told myself: there are people who aren't taking this virus very seriously, but if this virus were a serial killer murdering this many people already, everyone would react with agreement 'lets stop this person', but because it's a virus doing the killing, there a people out there willing to give this killer a pass for whatever reason. So the solution is to rebrand this COVID 19 to the 'Hitler virus' and everyone would do their part to fight and defeat the 'Hitler virus'.

Rick is in the garage looking through a microscope when his jaw drops

In the kitchen, the family is having breakfast when Rick storms in, grabs Morty and tells him they have to go.

In the car, Rick gives the exposition

Morty: What is this about, Rick?

Rick: Look for yourself

Rick hands Morty a microscope and continues

Rick: I've been examining this COVID 19 virus and I found something, Morty. There, see that is the virus. Now zoom in. Closer. Look. You see that?

Morty: What? What am I'm looking at?

Rick: A Swastika. Hitlers back, Morty. And he's taken the form of a contagious virus.

Morty: What? How? That doesn't make any sense, Rick.

Rick: It make perfect sense, Morty. Hitler knew people wouldn't take an infectious virus seriously as he knew people wouldn't take his invasion of western Europe seriously until it was too late. Hitlers doing the same strategy he did in 1939 and it's working. That clever bastard. Now it's up to us to stop him.

Morty: I still don't understand. How did Hitler become a virus?

Rick: Morty, quit asking stupid questions. We don't have much time and we got work to do. This infection is coordinated by a nano-scopic vibrational signal and I've traced the signal to its source.

the car pulls into a retirement home.

Rick: Follow me, Morty

Rick and Morty knock on the door and a live in caregiver answers

Rick politely ask if Mr so and so is there. Rick makes up a lie to get him and Morty in.

Rick and Morty manage to get the elderly man alone. Rick injects a sedative into the mans arm putting him to sleep.

Rick explains that the signal leads to this elderly man and invariably Hitler in virus form. Rick is going to shrink in size and enter the elder man.

Before shrinking, Rick gives Morty a knife and a device that will beep and tells him: If anything goes wrong, gut the man and fish me out of his blood, Morty'. to a terrified Morty.

Rick shrinks and enters the elder man, swimming through his blood stream while Morty is having awkward conversation with the nice caregiver who doesn't speak English very well.

Rick gets close to Hitler virus using a COVID 19 disguise (looks like a big beach ball with Ricks legs dangling out of it) Hitler virus looks like a big beach ball with a mustache and swastika pendant. Hitler virus doesn't speak, instead he vibrates causing the elderly man is 'talk in his sleep' while confronting and battling Rick.

Rick and Hitler virus fight - it's like trying to beat up a big beach ball. You can't strangle it. You can try to punch it and kick it. The fight feels very silly and futile.

Hitler virus explains through the sleeping elder man that Rick is too late. The virus is now a global pandemic and phase 2 is about to initiate.

The stakes are raised. The infection has been incubating and breeding a standing Nazi army. With a vibrational signal by Hitler virus, the virus within all infected people of the world begin to acceleratively grow adult sized, killing it's host. Three to five full grown, man sized, fully clothed, fully armed Nazi soldier emerge from the carcass of people around the world.

Citizens are terrorized. Armies are overrun. Politicians are killed and governments around the world are seized by the Nazi army.

In the retirement home, Morty and the caregiver see what is unfolding via a television set.

There a banging on the door and the caregiver answers to Nazi troopers who kill the caregiver. Morty freaks out and rushes to the elderly man.

Inside the elderly man, Rick is still struggling to fight Hitler virus. Rick knew what Hitlers plan was all along and he was secretly infecting the worlds population with a Rick virus. Rick initiates a signal and Rick soldiers emerge from their host the same way as the Nazi soldiers to combat them.

It is officially World War 3

Back outside, Morty gets the sleeping elderly man onto a wheel chair and they hide as the Nazi troopers search the place.

Morty and elderly man are hiding in the wall boards when Ricks device starts to beep, alerting the Nazis to their whereabouts.

Morty and elderly man are found out and Morty is about to be executed before being saved by Rick soldiers, killing all the Nazis in the room.

A Rick soldier responds to the beeping device by gutting the sleeping elderly man, killing him and draining his blood to the floor. Another soldier shines a shrink ray over the blood and Rick regrows to size.

Rick asks for a status report. The Rick soldiers have successfully defeated the Nazis, but with all governments destroyed who will maintain law and order? Rick declares himself king of earth just like how the U.S. established hegemony after World War 2. the end.
