A/N: Hello random people who may or may not read this. I'm Roxas5684 and I'll be doing this because I am mind numbingly bored. Credits to Klldarkness for allowing me to use his DnD style system. Last thing I remember is a little girl running into the road to get a toy some bullies had thrown in the street. She was crying and wasn't paying attention to the road. The car came out of nowhere and was about to kill her. I managed to toss her out of the way and take the hit myself. Then everything faded to black.

Each letter stands for a quantifiable characteristic. Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, and Luck.
Strength is how hard you hit and how much weight you can move.
Perception is the way you can see the world around you.
Endurance is the length of time in which you can do strenuous activities or how much of a hit you can take.
Charisma is how well you interact with others.
Intelligence is how smart you are, how good you are at making plans, and the validity of the plans you make.
Agility is how fast you move, how good you are at dodging, and your overall reaction time.
And Luck is kinda self explanatory.

I touched my metaphorical chin in thought. This is Dragon Ball. Stats like strength, endurance and agility are easily racked up through training. Stuff like perception, intelligence, charisma, and luck though... Those are hard to come by. So this is what I'll do.

Excellent choices. Now you may select your special features. These features, or Feats for short, are traits that you gain as you level up. You can begin with two.
Feats:
1. Energy Suppression: You can suppress your energy. Grows easier with practice. Can be learned without Feat if you gain a master.
2. Energy Sense: You can sense other's energy. Grows with Perception. Can be learned by training under a master
3. Bio-Saiyan: You were destined to be stillborn but a Saiyan scientist found a way to make you useful. Race changed to Bio-Saiyan, 3 Strength and Endurance, Energy Modification becomes 5.0. Gains access to the Bio-Saiyan Alternate Universe (AU).
4. Hidden Potential: When encountering those in power or those who can sense power, they will feel your affinity for greatness and grant you opportunities others wouldn't normally gain.
5. Saiyan Pride: When battling on behalf of the entire Saiyan Race, you gain 10 Luck

I rubbed my chin in thought as I considered my choices (again). Hidden Potential seemed like a really good one, while Bio-Saiyan seemed like a pretty good second. But that plus ten luck tho... But I mean when would I get an opportunity to fight on behalf of the entire Saiyan race??? If I fought Frieza. But I mean... I could get it later. Yeah. YEAH! I'll take Hidden Potential and Bio-Saiyan. Then later on, I can get the others. I finalized the choices and moved on.
Now create your character's appearance. Certain looks are locked due to your heritage.
I shrugged at that then realized... I could only have black hair and black eyes. GODDAMN SAIYAN TRAITS. Anywho, I designed my hair to look like Gogeta's (while in base form of course). I made it so I'd grow to be about 6 feet even and have a runner's build when I grew up.

In conjunction with your Bio-Saiyan perk, you may choose two special powers to gain from genes you have been altered with. The choices are:
Frieza Race: Environmental Invulnerability: You can survive the cold of space, breathe in space, the ocean, or while being strangled.
Namekian Race: Ki Control: You can control your ki to an amazing degree and manipulate it at a much higher degree than other beings
or
Regeneration: you can have regeneration based on the amount of ki you have. You can even regenerate limbs.
Majin Race: Indestructible Body: You have a nigh unbreakable body and can absorb people
or
Perfect Mimicry: you can perfectly mimic any ability you see.
Shit. This one's hard. Wait... Will my body change based on what I pick???
The Frieza and Namekian Race abilities don't change you on an outer level but the unbreakable body and ability to absorb others turns your skin color pink and puts small pores in your skin.
Ok fuck no to that one. I choose Environmental Invulnerability and Regeneration.

Options:
The Reign of Frieza: No Super Saiyan ever appeared and stopped Chilled so the Cold family has ruled over Planet Vegeta for years. You will be inducted into the Strike Forces of the Frieza Force and take over planets for a living.
The Pen is Mightier than the Sword: The Tuffles won the battle for Planet Saiyan way back when, but kept a few Saiyans as pets and bodyguards. You are one of those Saiyans and you serve the King of the Tuffles. You have the opportunity to avenge your race. Will you take it?
Bio-Saiyan: You are a once stillborn child that was revived through unnatural means by a Saiyan scientist. How the rest of the Saiyan race takes this fact however, is up to them.
I selected Bio-Saiyan, for the simple fact that I chose the Feat.
