Jonathan Joestar, aka Jojo walked down the street. He suddenly spotted Erina Pendleton.

"Hey, Erina!" Jojo waved happily to her.

She turned away from him, tears falling down her cheeks. This was not her usual behavior. She ran away in shame. Erina couldn't bring herself to talk to Jojo. Not because of him, but because of someone else.

Jojo reached out to Erina. "Erina, wait!" This isn't right. What happened?

Sounds of snickering could be heard. Jojo gasped and turned around.

"Look at that sorry look on his face!" A boy pointed at Jojo while his friends laughed behind him.

"Go tell him why she ran away!"

"But I just couldn't bear to see Jojo cry!"

The sneering continued.

Jojo scowled. His fist was clenched. "Why, you…What did you do? What did you do to her?" he shouted.

Jojo raced home.

At the Joestar home, Dio Brando was sitting in a chair reading, But his peaceful time was interrupted by Jojo throwing open the doors to the mansion.

"DIO!"

Dio sighed and closed his book. He stood up quickly. "I wouldn't use my name lightly if I were you!"

Jojo ran forward, ready to hit Dio. "This ends now! I won't let you hurt her again!"

Dio turned around. "Oh, ho? So, you heard about your darling Erina?" he smirked, "And now you want to take revenge with your fists, eh?"

"I won't let you insult her!" Jojo threw a punch that was promptly blocked by Dio.

"You're just twisted by jealousy!" Dio elbowed Jojo in the face. He then proceeded to rub the hit in Jojo's face both physically and verbally. "You want more of what happened when we boxed?"

Dio pushed Jojo away, while Jojo slid to the floor.

I can't beat him. But if I lose here, I'll have to spend my life cowering in Dio's shadow. Erina came into Jojo's mind. But most of all, I have to fight for Erina's honor!

Dio took off his jacket. I'm going to pulverize him. And I'll do it fair and square. That way he'll know beyond a doubt he can never beat me. All the times Dio beat Jojo flashed in his mind. Not in a fight, and not in life.

Jojo shakily got up. He ran at Dio again. Dio got into a stance.

"Come!"

Jojo punched and again Dio blocked. Dio kneed Jojo in the face.

That's it! That felt good!

Jojo recovered and grabbed Dio's head and shoulder.

"How could he grab me after that kick? How about some more?"

Jojo bashed his head into Dio's. He let go of Dio, only to punch him again.

"Dio!" Jojo kept punching Dio. "I'm going to beat you until you cry!"

How could rubbish like him beat me?

Jojo geared up for another punch, sending Dio flying. Some of Dio's blood splattered on the stone mask hanging up. As Dio hit the ground, the mask shook. It sent out curving spikes, falling on the floor as it did so.

Jojo turned around to see the mask when he heard a thump. He was shocked to see the mask like this. Jojo's attention was pulled back to Dio.

"You...you...you…" Dio was shaking. "You have a lot of nerve, don't you?" Tears were coming down from the mighty Dio.

"What?"

"You filthy cur!" Dio now brandished a knife. Just as he stepped forward to use it, George Joestar, Jojo's father, came in.

"What's going on, you two?"

Dio hid the knife.

"Father!"

The spikes on the mask went away.

"Boys fight. That can't be helped. But Jojo, you were beating Dio while he was down and unable to defend himself! That's not civil!"

"But-"

"No excuses! To your rooms, both of you!"

The boys looked at each other.

"You'll both be punished later,"

Dio glared at Jojo. Jojo glared back.

Dio glowered in the confines of his room. Needless to say, he was extremely furious that Jojo had defeated him.

Jojo lay in his bed, thinking that he had avenged Erina. But he couldn't shake the nagging feeling that his and Erina's friendship (or was it romance?) was never going to be the same again.

As both boys drifted off to sleep, they disappeared from the sight of those in their world.

Four students from Wellston Private High School stood together. Their names were Arlo, Seraphina, Blyke, and Elaine. Standing on the opposite side of these students were four students of Agwin High School. Their names were Broven, Gou, and Rein. The last person isn't important, so we'll ignore them.

"Look who finally showed up. Wellston," Broven didn't look happy.

"Ah, Broven, it's been a while! How've you been?"

"Cut the crap, Arlo. You're the one who challenged us!"

Arlo smiled, but Sera looked up from her phone.

"At least have the decency to show up on time!"

Sera glared at Arlo. He lied…

"Oops, my bad,"

Broven stood up. He walked towards the center, while Arlo did the same.

"So what are you planning? Wellston has no need to instigate a turf war,"

"I heard you guys just recruited a new Queen. Word is, you haven't lost with her on your roster yet. I wanted the chance to see her in action,"

The Queen in particular, Rein, looked over at Arlo.

Broven, the King of Agwin, frowned. Be careful what you wish for, you cocky bastard!

"So how do you want to settle this? One-on-one or three-on-three?"

"One-on-one,"

Broven noticed Sera. He pointed at her. "Looks like you've switched up your team as well. Who's the new girl?"

Sera looked up.

Arlo's grin grew wider. "Oh, you mean Seraphina? She's actually a returning veteran!"

Broven glared. "Seraphina"? Where have I heard that before? He jolted when he realized where he heard the name. Wait! Seraphina? The same one who…

Images flashed in Broven's mind of a girl with pink hair in a ponytail beating up people, including himself. Who instantly took down our entire roster?

Broven remembered the look in that girl's eyes. He was filled with fear then and now.

"Alright, let's get started, then!" Arlo knew the effect Sera's name would have on Broven.

"Turf War between Wellston and Agwin will begin! Jacks, please take your positions! Whichever team knocks out the opponent's lineup will be victorious."

The Jacks of each group, Gou and Blyke, squared off. Their eyes glowed in anticipation, literally and figuratively.

"And...fight!"

Gou dashed towards Blyke. Blyke ran backward to avoid Gou.

He's fast! A melee fighter maybe? Blyke thought.

Blyke's signature beam lit up each of his hands. He then tossed the balls of energy at Gou, trying to keep him away.

Gou jumped up, high above Blyke, and smashed his fists into the ground. Blyke had used his beam to shoot away from Gou.

What? He used his energy beam to dodge it?

Blyke charged up his beam again. This time, Gou was the one to dodge, but he didn't dodge completely. His right leg was messed up.

Broven noticed.

When Gou landed, he thought of how to get close to Blyke. Blyke thought that Gou was annoying, with all the moving around.

Gou picked up rocks from when he had smashed the ground and threw them. Blyke threw energy balls at the rocks, creating dust that Gou had to shield his eyes from.

When Gou opened his eyes, Blyke was standing in front of him, ready to fire a beam point-blank.

A large column of light shot down from the sky, forcing both Gou and Blyke to jump back. When the dust settled, everyone rushed to look at what the light had left.

In the center of where the light had pierced, lay two young boys. One had blue hair, the other was blonde. They were wearing the strangest clothing. It looked old-timey, like something out of a history book.

To Sera, both looked horribly beaten, so she was surprised to see them sleeping peacefully. If she had gotten a beating that bad, she wouldn't be able to do that.

"Elaine. Heal them,"

Elaine, a girl with blue hair and green eyes, was startled. "What? But we don't know who they are!"

Arlo disagreed with Sera. "It's none of our business. We should call the authorities instead,"

"We should help them. The authorities will take a while to get here anyway,"

Arlo sighed. "Fine. Broven, I need your healer to work to help these boys as well,"

Broven said, "Gou is injured. I'm willing to take the loss, but please at least let us help out our own teammate first,"

"Very well,"

Elaine worked hard to heal the two boys. Soon, their injuries were gone. She thought that it was weird that the boys were injured so badly, seeing as the two weren't even in high school yet. By the looks of things, they were only twelve or so.

One boy began to stir.
