The brother I've always wanted a pokemon fanfiction starring Ash ketchem and Goh

It all began after ash had defeated team rocket once again after they had tried to steal another pokemon that ash was trying to catch this time it was a gengar that was abandoned by its trainer and causing a lot of pranks mostly placing a curse on Ash as a joke.

But not long after team rocket was sent blasting off again Ash started feeling tired and fainted.

"Ash what's wrong please wake up" shouted Goh as he saw ash fainting and losing consciousness after being caught by gengar.

" Pikapi" shouted pikachu.

"Pikachu we need to get Ash back to the lab immediately gengar we need your help" shouted Goh.

Gengar agreed and they rushed back to the lab as soon as they could with gengar carrying Ash all the way there.

Ash then woke up a little while later in the bunk bed that he and Goh shared back at the lab.

"How are you feeling Ash" asked Goh after Ash opened his eyes."

"I'm sort of ok"said Ash a wet cloth was on his forehead indicating that Goh had been taking care of him for a little while.

" Didn't you have any idea you had a fever Ash you had me worried sick" said Goh.

" I guess not but then again I've never had a brother to worry about me before" said Ash laughing nervously.

"Whoa Ash are you telling me that you're an only child like me" asked Goh feeling shocked.

" Yeah my mom is the only family i have sure i have lots of friends and my sort of adopted family in the alola region but i don't really have a dad or a brother" said Ash before he sneezed.

" It sure must be nice to have so many friends Ash because before I met you i was always alone and i felt like i didn't really need friends sure i had chloe the professor's daughter visiting me from time to time but i didn't really know how to treat her like a friend because I was always doing nothing but studying Pokémon all the time" said Goh.

"Well we could be sort of like brothers and look out for each other from now on" said Ash before he yawned and fell asleep.

" Thank you Ash you're the best bro i've always wanted" said Goh before he climbed into his bunk and fell asleep as well.

As the two trainer brothers slept through the night they dreamed of all the happy memories they would make together on their never ending journeys through the Pokémon world.
