Sora narrowed his eyes, observing the person who standing several yards away, exchanging determined gazes with them. He could see they were armed with a Keyblade - much like himself. The spiky-haired boy firmed his hold on his weapon, bracing himself to use it to defend himself.
"Go on!" he urged the other person. "Show me what you're made of."
Wasting no time, the other person held their own Keyblade over their shoulder - before charging as fast as they could in the direction of the young boy.
Bravely, Sora stood his ground. He was not the least bit afraid of the person who was coming at him with a magical weapon much like his own. The brunette knew they were not as expierenced with a Keyblade as he was. He silently watched them nearer and nearer, readying himself for when their weapons clashed.
He was confident he was about to show them how a Keyblade was used properly in a fight.
As they reached where Sora stood, the other person let out a loud battle cry which filled the whole land. They summoned all their strength as they whipped their weapon around in the boy's direction.
Acting fast, Sora raised his own Keyblade. He was successfully able to shield himself from the other person's attack - but the sudden intense impact as their weapons collided caught him completely off guard.
Shaken by the fierce blow, Sora stumbled backwards as his Keyblade vanished from his hand. He wobbled a few paces away from the other person before his legs gave way beneath him, causing him to fall flat on his back on the ground.
Seeing that they had beaten the boy, the other person made their way over to where he lay, standing over the brunette as they directed the triumphant grin on their face to him.
"How was that?"
"Superb!" Sora sat up on the ground to smile back at the person who had managed to knock him to the ground with their own Keyblade. "Your fighting skills are really coming along nicely, Kairi!"
"Why thank you, Sora!"
The red-haired girl beamed happily at the compliment she had recieved from her best friend. She was highly enjoying being trained by him to use her Keyblade. The young Princess-of-Heart swung her flowery weapon swiftly through the air. She was certain that with all of Sora' experience being passed onto her, she would become just as capable of fighting in battles as he was.
"I'll become a capable fighter someday!" Kairi declared. "In time, I'll be just as strong as you, Sora, and will be fighting our enemies alongside you. Who knows? Maybe at some point, I will have to come to rescue you! That'll make a change from you needing to save to save me again!"
Sora laughed as he scrambled to his feet.. He could tell the young girl he was training was determined to put the Keyblade she had gained to good use. He was always willing to go out of his way and put his life on the line to protect her - but he knew she had it in her to become a capable fighter herself.
"I don't doubt it, Kairi!" The spikey-haired hero nodded agreeably. "You and your Keyblade will become unstoppable!"
The end.
