The Fanfiction is mine
1837 Arendelle, Norway... 5 years before the Eternal Winter
Elsa: Age 15
Anna: Age 13
3 years before Queen Iduna and King Agnarr's ship sinks
King Agnarr and Iduna waited in their room. The window was open. It was Fall.
They had been worried about their daughters.
Mostly Elsa. She was afraid. Not by someone. But herself.
Iduna and Agnarr had asked a secret creed to send an assassin for their uses.
Iduna sat on a chair next to the fireplace. Agnarr looked out the window as he stood quite close to it.
Iduna was reading a book. She looked to her husband.
"Is something wrong?" Iduna asked.
"I'm just waiting for the assassin. I only hope that The Brotherhood has gotten our message." Agnarr said.
"And what makes you think they'll help us, dear?" Iduna asked.
"The Brotherhood and Arendelle have been in alliance far longer than King Runeard had been ruling. Even longer than I have. We have helped them and they have helped us. I can only pray that they have gotten our message." Agnarr said.
Iduna got up from her chair and walked to Agnarr who was looking out the open window. A cool breeze from the dark night, seeped through the window.
"If they do send their Assassin, who do you think it'll be?" Iduna asked.
"Not sure, but they know who to send for these assignments." Agnarr said.
Then the breeze stopped. It felt quiet.
Then a young man in a white cloak jumped in front of them. Startling the rulers.
The man had a hood over his head. His face was difficult to see. Only his lower jaw and nose could be seen.
After Iduna and Agnarr had held each other they calmed down, knowing that this was the Assassin.
"Greetings. I am King Agnarr, and this is my wife Queen Iduna." Agnarr spoke.
The hooded man stayed silent.
"I understand your codes. Violating them would mean punishment. But we need your help." Agnarr continued to speak.
The figure pulled out a book from his bag.
He opened it and started to write in it. He had his feet on the window as he crouched down.
After he was done writing whatever he wrote, he handed it to Agnarr and Iduna.
They read it.
I am Altair. The Brotherhood has sent me on this assignment, summoned by the rulers of Arendelle. I'm here for whatever assassination you need me for.
Agnarr and Iduna looked to each other, then they looked to Altair.
"We aren't asking you to assassinate anyone...We need you as a guardian." Iduna spoke kindly.
This confused Altair. Why would they ask an assassin to be a guardian?
"We understand your confusion. But our daughters are not safe. Our eldest child, Elsa. She was born with powers. And we fear, if evil and bad people were to find out about her magic they would no doubt capture her and use her, or they would kill her for a price." Agnarr said.
Now Altair understood. They feared for their children. This "Elsa" they speak of, sounds interesting. Born with Magic they say. Quite interesting.
"We'll pay you as much as we can, if you do this." Iduna said as she pulled out a bag of money but Altair refused to take it. Assassin's weren't paid to do their jobs. They either did it by order from their superiors or they did by their own will.
Agnarr handed Altair his book.
Altair started to write in it again.
He handed it back to Iduna and Agnarr.
The money is not needed. I will do as you ask. But you must not tell anyone about me. I will watch over your daughters as long as I live. You have my word.
This brightened up Agnarr and Iduna.
"Thank you, We know the risk that you're taking for us. We don't know how to repay you." Iduna said.
Agnarr handed the book back to Altair.
He wrote in it again.
He handed it back to Agnarr.
Just an apartment I can stay in. Not too fancy and not a place known by many. Another thing….I wish to see your daughters.
After reading the last line. A bit of uneasiness filled the majesties. The assassin wanted to see their daughters.
"Why must you see them?" Iduna asked. Agnarr handed the books back.
Altair wrote in it again.
I must know who I'm protecting. If I do not know who they are or what they look like then Protecting them will be less efficient.
Iduna and Aganrr understood.
"Very well, but stay close to us. The guards won't take an assassin to the castle very lightly." Agnarr said.
They walked to the door as the hooded Altair got down from the window. He followed them. He was slightly shorter than Agnarr. He was very young. At least 15.
He was the same age as Elsa. Or at least, so it seemed.
Iduna and Agnarr walked through the hallways. Altair stayed close to them. He stayed vigilant. He knew how Guards were when it came to assassins. Not very welcoming.
They first went to Anna's room. They opened the door quietly.
"This is Anna's room, she's our youngest daughter." Agnarr whispered.
Altair took a peek through the door. He saw a brown-haired girl asleep on her bed. Her hair was a mess though. She looked thirteen. Elsa was about to turn 16 in about a month. Anna had just turned 13.
Altair looked to Agnarr. He nodded his head in acknowledgement. Agnarr nodded his head too.
They closed the door quietly, trying not to wake up the sleeping Anna.
"This way, Elsa's room is just across the hallway." Iduna whispered.
They walked down the hallway. Altair followed. They reached Elsa's room.
Agnarr reached for the door knob but paused.
"Wait, she could still be awake. And you said you didn't want them to know about you." Agnarr whispered.
Altair wouldn't take no for an answer. But he had an idea.
He pulled out his notebook and wrote in it.
I'll watch her from the window in her room.
Agnarr and Iduna knew that this was the best way to fix this.
Altair then walked away from them. He went to the nearest window and opened it.
He jumped out the window and grabbed onto the castle wall. He climbed up it. He made his way around the castle.
He then saw a few guards pass by a window. He hid behind the wall that blocked the window. The guards went right past him not suspecting anything.
Altair continued his way around the castle.
He made it around the castle and looked through the window. He hung to the wall.
He got a close look through the window.
There he saw a young girl about his age. With platinum white hair. She hugged her legs and buried her face. Altair felt sorry for the girl. This was Elsa.
She had her hair a lot like Iduna. Elsa looked up a bit. Looking towards the window.
Altair froze still. Elsa squinted her eyes. She blinked once but the white hooded figure was gone.
She could've sworn she saw someone hanging on the window, watching her.
….
No that's silly, no one could do that. Or at least not any that she knew of.
She buried her face again in her legs. Still scared and afraid as ever.
Altair was behind the wall of the window. That was close. Too close.
Altair now knew what had to be done.
Protecting this family was his top priority.
He jumped from the wall and landed on a lower roof. He looked back to the window of Elsa's room. He then looked straight forward and leapt off of the roof.
Assassin's Creed
Winter's Edge
Created and Directed by Frostzilla 2002
Author's Note: Well it's official. I'm making an Assassin's Creed Crossover with Frozen. Now if your wondering what the codes are for The Brotherhood I'll Explain them here.
Never reveal yourself in front of any living thing
Your disguise must always be equipped to you even while you rest
Show your targets no mercy
You must not speak to anyone
Yep those are just a few codes I cam up with. Think of it like the Mandolorian but you can't speak and you must always where the hood over your head at all times. And I did have the assassin as Ezio but Anime God Kai was being an ungrateful little Sh*t or using Ezio because he said it would ruin him Ezio. So I decided to use Altair.
