Rage and Sadness.

That's all Percy Jackson could feel, ever since the incident. When it first happened, he couldn't believe it. He thought that his eyes were playing tricks on him, but his eyes would never play this trick. Annabeth, gray and lifeless, sprawled on the floors of the throne room. Blood spilling across the floor, making puddles of red. Luke, standing over her body, with a crazy look in his eyes. The gut wrenching scream that came out of Percy's mouth, echoing around the room for eternity. Later, Percy found out what happened next. Percy, not knowing where Luke's Achilles heel was, started slashing and stabbing at random, hoping that he may avenge the death of his best friend. He wanted to make Luke pay, no matter the price that came with it. Percy lucked out, and stabbed Luke's Achilles heel, which caused an almost instant death. Percy felt that Luke's death should've been worse, if at all possible. Then came the worst part. The Olympians came striding into the room, expecting a full fledged battle between them and the Crooked One. Instead, they found two dead demigods, and a satyr comforting a third demigod. "WHAT HAS HAPPENED HERE?", yelled Zeus. "WHY IS MY DAUGHTER ON THE FLOOR, LIFELESS? WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY, PERSEUS JACKSON?", bellowed Athena. "Lady Athena, what has happened h-," Grover started, but Athena cut him off. "SILENCE SATYR! I DID NOT ASK FOR YOU TO SPEAK, I ASKED THAT SCUM OF THE SEA!", screamed Athena. Percy, trying hard to breathe normally, began his story, starting from the moment he entered the throne room. After finishing, Athena, with her stormy gray eyes fixated directly into Percy's soul, thought his story over. Meanwhile, the other Olympians and Hades were discussing what could have possibly happened. Many, including Percy's own father, Poseidon, believed the boy to be a traitor, worthy of banishment from the face of the Earth, into the pits of Tartarus. When Athena finally made up her mind, the combination of her death stare and stormy gray eyes were enough for Grover to start breaking down, though no one paid much attention to him. "Percy Jackson, the council has decided your fate. For treason against the gods, and working for the Titan army, you shall be banished to the pits of Tartarus! There, you will have no help from any god, including your own father. I believe this to be a suitable enough punishment for your crimes," Athena said calmly. No one said a word. The hero of the prophecy, the savior of the gods, was to be rewarded a one way trip to Tartarus, for crimes he did not commit. Just thinking about it, Percy's rage grew, and as his rage grew, he developed a plan. A plan to escape Tartarus, and show the Olympians how wrong they were. Percy started to grin, just from the thought of it.
